BUYER BEWARE: Dishonest/Unethical. We had a tire sidewall blowout on a stock 2018 toyota prius on coastal highway north of Guana. AAA sent a Past2PresentTowing flatbed, but the first driver/operator(polite/nice guy) who arrived didn't have the blocks necessary to load the vehicle without dragging/damaging the front bumper on the ramp, after softly/repetitively insisting/saying we could leave since he had it under control, upon his initial arrival/handing over the key. Another tow vehicle(driver-operator/employee, Blake?, if I recall correctly) from them arrived shortly after I discovered the first didn't have the proper/necessary equipment(stated they rotated trucks and the last driver must have lost the blocks) and instead of bringing blocks to properly load the vehicle onto the flatbed, sent the first truck on it's way and decided to jack up the vehicle from the pinch welds(despite me mentioning that I work on the car myself all the time and pointing out that the owners manual, straight from from the manufacturer, specifically states to never jack up the vehicle from any point other than the front/rear central designated/reinforced jack points) WITHOUT even using a slotted pinch-weld adapter puck on his floor jack... While I pleaded for him to not do so, he continued anyways, rudely/belligerently claiming "I have done this for 30 years". I even pleaded that I'd show him the owners manual stating it was unsafe/damaging to the vehicle to do so, to which he said he didn't care/didn't want to look at it. I was finally left with no choice but to demand he stop attempting to load the vehicle(as he clearly couldn't be trusted to safely transport the vehicle) while I contact AAA with my concerns. He said he was leaving if he did so, and I said that's fine. Hopefully the managers/owner will see this review and teach/train their employees to respect their customers property, rather than treat paid tows as a snatch and grab. These unscrupulous "professionals" refused to properly/pridefully do their jobs and wasted an hour+ of our time in the process. I highly recommend you are extremely cautious if hiring them/referred by AAA to transport any semi-modern/modern cars with relatively low clearance compared to SUVs/Trucks and historical passenger cars. read more
