I have an old Mustang and my carburetor is always giving me issues. My insurance company called Oops to pick up my car. Dwayne showed up and was super friendly and smiley from the get go. He immediately asked what was wrong and knew exactly what the issue was--even when my mechanically inclined father in law couldn't figure it out. He towed me to my house and started fixing it! Said he used to be a mechanic and loves old cars. He showed my fil and hubby how to fix the problem and told us what to do next to stop the issues. Last Saturday my son couldn't get his car to start not only in the middle of the night BUT also while he was visiting friends at UNF. My son called me in a panic so I gave him a number to call for assistance. We were BOTH so lucky that Alejandro Morales from Oops Lockout and Roadside showed up. He seriously went over and above our expectations to figure out the problem with my sons car. The fact that he was able to get my sons car started then follow him to Walmart to get a new battery is honestly just the best service that we ever could have been provided. He was able to keep my son calm while doing whatever he could to help him out. Ge was able to make the drive back to Boca safe and sound! Although it took CarMax forever to process the request once it was processed people here at oops got to my house in record time... Within 2 minutes the car battery was brought to life. Tony politely urged us to get a new battery as early as possible. Original negative review was taken down by owner.  I had a flat tire and Oops lockout used the wrong lug nuts causing my wheel and car to shake so badly that I had to drive with my hazards on to the tire shop.  They told me that I was lucky that I was not hurt and now my car now had to be towed to the dealership because the hub was damaged and had to be replaced due to their negligence. I was without my car for 3 days causing lost productivity at both my job and my husbands. I explained to the owner what a hardship it was to be without my car and politely asked if they would pay the difference in the tire that I would have purchased at the tire shop vs at Mercedes since my car was only there because of what they did to it.  He declined my request and while he did pay for the damage to the hub (he only did this so that he could avoid paying for a car rental for 2 weeks if I had to go through the claims process with the 3rd party vendor that sent him to me) he not once apologized to me for what had happened. I spent hours on the phone trying to get this problem solved and had to miss appointments and work due to not having a car.  I was never offered a car rental for the inconvenience and again, no apology.  This company has zero remorse for what happened to me. Their response to me was "accidents happen". Yes they do happen but there is a right and wrong way to handle things after they happen.  Highly recommend you support another small business. read more
