Great service, on the phone and when I went to the shop. Could not be more pleased with how they focused on customer service. They do house calls for unlocking cars, change the locks on your doors, make keys and just about every service a locksmith provides. True story, I tried a "verified" business on one of the apps, only to get completely scammed by a locksmith. Since that time I have been asking around and a few of my friends said "Pierre on Sunbeam" and that was the right answer. From the time I first spoke to them on the phone, they made me aware of what the maximum cost would be to get me a new key FOB. There was a caveat that they needed to see the car to make sure, which is exactly what I did. And from the time I entered, to the time my parts were ready, they were professional, proficient and honest. Want to know something else, the price they quoted me was more than what they charged. The owner simply said, "it did not take me as long as I thought". But that is not even the best part - I had a latch on my center console he fixed and later texted me the repair part I needed with the caption "when it comes in, I will put it in for you". Also, they have a cool in store set up with lanyards, hidden key boxes, fake rocks to hide hidden keys, color coded keys and lots other cool gadgets. I really like to find businesses that stand by their work, are honest about costs and go the extra mile. Well guess what, I found one and if I could I would give them 10 out of 5 stars, I would. read more

I brought in 2 new keys/fobs for my old Explorer. They needed to be cut and programmed. I didn't expect the friendly and professional service, but that's what I got. Fair price, and was on my way within 10 minutes. Highly recommend. read more

Bought new locks for my house. Got a quote from Pierre. Took the locks in to get rekeyed. The locks were much more work than originally estimated, but they honored their original quote. I highly recommend these guys, very professional and skilled. read more

I had to leave a review because I am SO pleased with the service I received from this locksmith. I was paired with this shop through AAA, and I will certainly use them in the future, if needed, regardless of going through AAA or not. Taylor was the locksmith that helped me and he was fantastic. Straightforward, respectful service. I will definitely recommend this shop to anyone who needs a locksmith in the future. read more

Pierre's Lock Shop - Keys & Locksmiths Near Me - Jacksonville, Florida

Got locked out of my car on San Jose, called them during the day and they were able to meet me within 30 minutes to get into my car. Super nice locksmith who worked quickly and professionally to open my car door. Great price too! Under $60! read more

I took in 4 items and they were open in 15 minutes for a reasonable fee. Im happy with the deal and will use them again.

I lost my car keys at the beach. Had my car towed to the dealership thinking it was my only option at that point. Dealership quoted me $600 and a week's wait for a new key. I called Pierres because I found them on Yelp. Their guy met my husband at dealership, popped open my car so we could get the registration out and I had emergency keys within an hour. Pierres told my husband about a website to buy the key w the remote fo $49. Once we're all done with this it will cost around $250. $250 vs $600 is a no brainer!!!!! read more

Came out quickly and finished the job with haste. The only thing better than the service was the locksmith Zach!

Top shelf. Pleasure to do business with. Super nice and friendly. Made copies all of my keys and it was a lot. Highly recommended.

Absolutely great service. Courtesy of perpetual clumsiness I washed my key fob and had to get a new one. Stopped by after work, told Mike what I needed, handed him my Fob, and 10 minutes later I was out the door for an incredibly reasonable price! So happy to have found this place and hopefully I don't need a locksmith any time soon, but if I do, I'm coming here! read more

One word: AWESOME!!! We got locked out of our car and called AAA. We were fortunate enough to have Pierre's lock shop called to come out. Within 10 mins of calling, they arrived and had us back in our vehicle with no damage. Dan was our guy and was professional, efficient and really friendly. Could not be happier and really recommend this company and crew! read more

I needed a Locksmith to replace a key I needed to turn in by today's end. The gentleman that helped me was nice and quickly made the key. Once I'd paid I realized I needed it to be gold not silver. They had to match to turn in. He just as quickly made another key so they'd match . At no additional charge ! Awesome. I will definitely return in the future for any key needs. Thanks read more

Locked my key in my car while at work, super stressful time! One of my coworkers recommended Pierre's so I gave them a call. Within 15 minutes of placing that call, my key was in my hand and I was able to go back about my day. Amazing customer service and a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend! read more

Pierre Lock Shop has a workshop. I had a personal safe that I had lost a key for and took it to his shop. He made 2 keys for it. Cost me $12. That was it! Other locksmiths dont have a shop and have to come to you. Therefore a charge just for showing up. Then they have a minimum of $85 on top of that even if small personal safe. And when you call, you get an answering service that they will locate a "locksmith". But they will require your address. Are you aware that anyone can claim they are a locksmith in FL? FL doesn't require locksmiths to be licensed. So you are giving your address to who knows, letting them know you have a safe in your house. Scary. Pierre Lock shop is the only locksmith I would highly recommend. read more

Pierre's Lock shop is a life saver!! My 22yr old daughter was on her way to the hospital to see her bf at 12am when she stopped for gas and her doors locked automatically when she shut them. Panicking she called me from a nearby store since her cell was also locked in. I called a dozen different places. If they weren't wanting my whole paycheck, they were very rude. And then I finally got in touch with Pierre's Not only were they very affordable, he was so polite and professional. To top it off he got to her in 10 min.!! Amazing, u can't get customer service better than anywhere!! I will refer them to everyone!!!! Great job Peirre's Lock Shop!! read more

I called them just minutes before closing with an urgent issue with my car key fob. It was 91 degrees outside, I was parked in the hot sun in a car with a pushbutton start that was not responding to the key fob. Pushbutton start vehicles do not have the ability to be started with a key, so I was well and truly stuck. Please note that I had not purchased the fob from them, I was just in a desperate situation and the local Buick dealership told me they were backed up and could not help me for 7-10 days! I had just heard someone recommending Pierre's, so I called them. They quickly told me that they would send someone, and told me what the expected charges would be. The technician, Flip, showed up quickly and with a smile on his face and a calm, reassuring demeanor that really helped to relieve my stress. He was pleasant and professional and was able to quickly solve the issue without having to reprogram the fob and to give me some tips on what to do if a similar problem occurs in the future. In the end, he did not charge me the price that had been quoted to me because he felt that the issue was resolved so quickly and easily that it was not warranted. Having just returned from an unexpected trip out of state to take care of my 85 year old mother who had fractured her neck in a fall, and having to replace an expensive tire that was damaged on the trip, I was so very grateful for his ethics and compassion. This business has earned my respect, appreciation and all of my future locksmith needs for LIFE! read more

Locked my keys in my trunk, Ramon was there in about 10 minutes after I called AAA, he got my door open in about 2 minutes and I was able to get my keys. Huge thanks to Ramon and Pierre's Lock Shop for helping me out. 10/10 would recommend. read more

This was phenomenal service. My automatic car key was stolen and I needed to have a replacement key programmed to my car. After being cancelled on and ghosted by multiple locksmiths, I found Pierre's Lock Shop. They were able to program my key within 10 minutes and gave me a really fair price. Service was professional, efficient, and kind. I could not recommend them more highly. read more

I have a 2009 Toyota Corolla, and bought a new transponder key on Amazon. I was unable to use any of the YouTube methods and messaged Pierre about programming my transponder key. He gave me some written instructions of how to do it myself, but he said if that didn't work, he had the programmer. It turns out this car has to have the programmer. At the store on Sunbeam, Greg got it programmed in just a few minutes. The cost was a fraction of what the dealer charged. Fast replies to your messages, great customer service, excellent prices, and work done in minutes. Can't ask for more than that! read more

Fantastic service! Will always recommend this business because of their prompt response, their ability to keep the needs of their client first, and their expert advice in offering safety and security solutions. Mike was the Locksmith and Security technician that helped my small business out. He is an outstanding example of professionalism! Hope we never need a locksmith again, but if we do, or if I can sway anyone's opinion - go with these guys! read more

Locked my keys in my car and had to call AAA. They sent pierre's and someone was there in less than 20 minutes!

Great service! Our key broke off in our car door, contacted them through Facebook Messenger and got some prices and told us to stop by the shop anytime. My husband came by and they were able to take the key out super quick, and at a great price! He also told me if we wanted to bring a remote in, he will program it at a great price! read more

The guy came to rekey me after I lost my key and having a ruff day. After spending 2 hours with me he discovers that it's not working and says he has to leave to go to the shop for another key. I then reply and ask if I could use the key that doesn't work to stay warm in my car while I wait for them to come back. They refused, which they also tried to charge me $125 for a key that did not work. So, they left me in the cold at my car waiting for them to return. This is by far one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! They have cold hearted people working for them. It just doesn't make a lot of sense, I'm sooooo upset about this treatment and will be filing with the BBB. read more

I had a car key made, very quick and easy service

Locked my keys in my car (again) like a dumb-dumb (it happens more often than I'd like to admit), and was sent a smith from Pierre's after calling AAA. I didn't catch his name and he didn't write it on the card, but whoever showed up on 9/13/17 around 8 to apartments off Hodges was awesome! Super friendly, got there quickly, had the door open in no time flat, and I was back in business (until next time, anyway.) Actually, if it was Pierre himself, I guess his name technically IS on the card. Fast, friendly, and amazing service! I would recommend Pierre's to anyone, anytime. read more

Needed my key fob programmed so I called the shop and the man on the phone was extremely helpful. Was actually willing to talk to me and discuss the details of my situation rather than just rush me off the phone. I went in and he worked quickly to get the job done. Best yet, the price was almost half what I was getting quoted elsewhere. Would definitely recommend this shop! read more

I am an imperfect human being as evident by the fact that I locked my car keys in my car while it was in my home garage. Who does that?! I called AAA at 5:30p and dispatched Pierre's Lock Shop. The ETA was 6:30p, Flip from Pierre's arrived at 6:15p (BAM, already fantastic because of his timeliness, especially during drive time on a Friday). Flip was so professional, courteous and quick! He was able to get my car unlocked in literally one to two minutes, tops. Flip and Pierre's Lock Shop saved the day! read more

Excellent and honest service provider. I would use them again and recommend them without hesitation. The service technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He arrived on time, didn't waste any time, and cleaned up the work area prior to presenting an invoice. No surprises when the invoice was presented. Basically exactly what Pierre had quoted over the phone. Thank you Pierre. read more

They are great!!! I got locked out of my car on a military base and with the exception of having to meet them at the gate, they made my night. You don't even have to call. You can text them what's going on and someone will call or text you back to find out a little more info. They were quick, efficient and friendly. Better end to a stressful day. read more

Ramon saved my day in record time. I locked my keys in my car on the way to work so I called AAA which said it would be an hour.
