Communication over the phone was prompt, detailed, and professional. They came to the location when they said they would! The price was the same as over the phone! Everything was taken care of promptly and professionally! Manners and quality of service is how you are successful in any business! Would definitely recommend this company for fixing our key fob service as it was requested! read more

Mehmet saved me this morning! I locked myself out of my car at the gas station. He was there in 10 minutes and got me on my way fast! I was very pleased with his service and the service of the customer Service representative on the phone. She went the extra mile to help me communicate with the technician because my phone was in my car. Thank You Both! read more

Keys do not work. Had two keys made, you have to push the unlock/lock button multiple times to get them to open or lock the car. For some reason, they won't manually unlock the door to the car. They won't remote start the car and the technician knew that when he gave me the keys. I guess he didn't know you have to program that separately from the lock. Can barely get them out of the ignition switch. Needless to say, waste of $300.00. Went back to using my old key and will go to the dealer for new keys. read more

the person that came to us was here in 10 min. Took him another 20 min at most to reprogram and give us a key to our truck . Very nice guy and we highly recommend this company . We will if needed use them again ... thank you so much and I will be sharing . Cost was way less than the dealership . And he will reprogram our original key if we find it for nothing . Quality service which is hard to find these days. read more

Very fast took less than 5 minutes to open my car that I was locked out of once they got here and not for too bad of price too. Thanks again. read more

Tech told me $250 which I repeated back to him. When done was told it was $350 and they didn't even have the tools to cut the flat key. Go somewhere else or get it in writing before they start. read more

Listen do yourself a favor and go with another company. These guys are hacks. They charged me a price for a new key fob and didn't even cut the key! So now I have paid for something that is only half useful. When I asked about why they key wasn't cut I was told that isn't apart of the "new key price" and then they stopped responding to me entity. Such a scam I feel ripped off. They came out quick but because of that it feels even more like a scam they rushed out to come when I didn't need a rush job and charged me for a half ass job. read more

My husband bought an import car that only came with one key, he wanted a spare made so he bought a blank Honda key. He called yesterday to ask if he brought in his blank key would they be able to cut it for him. The guy that work that day (1/16/25) told him to come after he gets off work and he can do it. My husband goes there around 5:30-6 and showed the guy the original key and the blank one. The tech said he can try to trace it first since the original was worn in and the curves were hard to make out. My husband said okay that's fine. He traced it and said he can cut it, perfect. When he finished he handed my husband the key but it wasn't the Honda one he brought in. It was just a spare they had and he told him to try it out first to see if it works and to let him know. My husband tested it, then text him saying it worked and asked him when he can get other one cut, since that was the one he originally wanted cut. The guys basically tells him that he doesn't need it cut and that now my husband wants him to do free work and to be grateful he was able to cut it at all. My husband literally called to ask if he can cut the key we had and if he was uncomfortable cutting it why didn't he just tell us? We went to 3 places prior and they said they weren't comfortable cutting it, which was fine we just continue calling around until we called this shop. He did us a favor but we paid for the service? No you're doing your job. I tried calling this morning to see if I can get this handle, they told my someone will reach back out today. Still no call. Really disappointed the customer service, they're so unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. read more

Did not perform the service that was advertise, requiring me to go pay more and use my time to fulfill what I needed.

I needed a key fob with key programed and cut. The technician was prompt and knowledgeable. He got my replacement key fob working quickly. I highly recommend them and will use them again! read more

Was charged an obscene amount and the job wasn't fully completed. They left one of the locks without screwing in the metal plate on the door so I had to do it myself. They bought the wrong kind of locks and the replacements did not match the originals at all. Now I am out 1,700 and will probably end up changing them again. If you don't need a new lock drilled just save yourself the money and do it yourself. read more

100% would recommend this service. The price was very fair and cheaper than part+labor at my dealership. He was very friendly and got me a new key within 5 minutes!! I will be using them again, if I ever lose my key again! read more

We called this company, who answered personally and responded, unlike another company who said 24/7 & 3 calls later... still haven't called us. This company called right away, told us how much & when. All were great. read more

(In Jacksonville, Florida. Southside, near San Marco. NOT San Francisco!) I called at 6:04pm tonight for a quote, and now at 6:55pm they are leaving my home, service completed. I have a second car key and two remote fobs for my used Hyundai I just purchased, for less than anyone else was charging, for the exact amount they quoted over the phone. I...AM...AMAZED. (And they gladly wore masks, as I requested.) Wow, just wow. Thank you so much. Couldn't be better. read more
