He came in an unmarked car and no uniform. The receipt he gave me was a generic pad that you can get at the dollar store. No company address or logo. He didn't give me an estimate. He even asked for a tip! He left the boxes the locks came in. Two locks per set. He used three boxes. I checked the UPC on the boxes. Turns out they retail for about 15.00 each. He was at my house for one hour. Even with labor and service call and parts the cost should have only been about $200-300. I immediately called to complain about the charge. He first said that he didn't service my address. After repeated calls, he agreed to an $856. refund. To date I've only gotten back $300. This guy takes advantage of people. Avoid this company!
