I live out of town and found David and his team on Yelp. Reviews are a big deal to me when deciding which company to use, but because my dad was locked outside without a jacket and the temperature was dropping, I didn't have much time to do extensive research. We had a great experience with David from the first phone call to his arrival. He was extremely kind, efficient, and professional. He went above and beyond to help my father get back into his house when the doorknob stopped working, and he handled everything quickly and smoothly. It was such a relief knowing my father was taken care of. I highly recommend his services and would absolutely use him again!

Most older Volvos can have their keys programmed by a third-party locksmith--it's hit or miss depending on the model. Newer Volvos, typically 2015 and up, absolutely require dealership access to program keys, which can cost several hundred dollars. I called around to about 10 other locksmiths, and none of them wanted to touch the Volvo. Joel on the other hand, immediately said, "I'll give it a shot. He showed up on time, was communicative, polite, and professional. Although the key couldn't be programmed to the car (a known challenge with some Volvos), he still tried--and with that enthusiasm left a great impression. Sometimes, just making the effort is enough to earn business
