Purchased my 1st Liberty Safe after listening to Hannity on WOKV. Went to Knowell's and Chris was quick to approach me about my needs and explained options, etc. Since I purchased an entry level safe it was small enough to load up into my vehicle. Awesome price. Chris was super professional. I HIGHLY recommend this family owned business to buy the best safe in the USA. Thank you Chris. Mark UPDATE. I posted a new picture of its final resting place. My office closet. Mounted right up against the left and rear walls to discourage a crow bar since they will have little leverage. Four, 1/2 inches thick x 4 inches deep. These are incredibly strong concrete, course threaded, specialty bolt provided by Chris from Knowell's Lock and Safe. My entry level safe is solid and well made by the best. Liberty Safe. Trust me, it's not moving a millimeter. The house is secured by a security system, RING for the door bell. (2 way communication and cloud recording. Since I am in the security business, I have a state of the art Video Surveillance system throughout the house and outdoors. The safe itself has 2 dedicated HD cameras recording local and to the cloud. But the best security is my dog. Good luck crossing his territory. I am sure the video will be entertaining. God help you. I can see upgrading with another larger Liberty Safe or a trade up. I love what I have and it meets my needs......now. I reccomend buying the midsize Centurion 18 or 24. For about half the price of a Centurion 12, you can spend the extra $100 or $200 and literally double the interior cubic storage space with so many cool options to add. It's a great price for a basic entry level HIGH QUALITY, made in the USA, guaranteed for life safe. My only choice is Liberty Safe at Knowell's Lock & Key. ASK FOR CHRIS. He knows the products, super professional and an all around great guy that will go out of the way for anyone. Now onto another live and learn. The electronic lock has digits 0 to 9. You have 6 digit in your password. If you use the same digit twice in any order, or better yet 2 double digits, your possible combinations is about 1,000,000 +1. Use a number like this. 916149 Use 6 digits 638491 and the possible combinations is roughly 151,000. Good, but why not make it impossible to guess or have someone lift oil prints of your keypad and know the digits. Never use easy to guess passwords. Employee number, birthdate, 000000, 111111, or the default 123456. Bad idea. Use a 6 digit code generator online for random digits to use in your password. Remember to register your new safe. ALWAYS CEMENT BOLT YOUR NEW SAFE INTO THE SLAB. Buy from Chris. Nothing is better for securing safe to your floor. Best place to get a safe hands down. I jus recently purchased my second safe from knowell's. The first one was a colonial 50 and they delivered. They took extreme care with the delivery making sure not to damage my house or safe. Upon installation I they gave me a walk through on the safe again and how to maintain and change the combo. some of the best service that I could ask for. This brings me to my second safe that I bought from them this week. I stopped buy jus to see and get some more ideas and there it was a recent trade in. I asked what it was going for and the price was awesome. not long after they sold me a second safe. They are some of the most professional people that I have had the privilege of doing business with. Everyone there is exceptionally knowledgeable and very courtois. Best purchasing experience I've had in recent memory. Period. I knew what I wanted so I ordered over the phone. Liberty Centurion 12 and a couple accessories. The young lady that helped me on the phone was patient and very helpful. Any question she didn't know the answer to she quickly researched and answered for me. This is HUGE in any industry! I was set to meet them at the house to show them where I wanted it mounted to the floor but my vehicle broke down so I asked them not to mount it. The delivery gentlemen were very professional and handled the delivery well even though it was wet and rainy. They took care to not track up the house (made the wife happy!) and took extra effort to wipe down the safe and the floor. They had great reviews on google and yelp, and being unfamiliar with the area, I decided to shop them for my new safe. Their website was super easy to navigate and to build a safe. The owner, Jeff, has been outstanding and very helpful every time I come to the shop. He has been able to copy keys that were so worn, I thought they couldn't be copied, saving me from having to re key my 34 year old Van. He even helped me open my safe over the phone, helping me use the right sequence with the combination. That really saved me a hassle. I can't tell you what GREAT customer service I have received! This is my second purchase from KNOWELL'S. The first was exactly as I would have hoped for. The safe was exactly as described and the shipping and installation was top notch and professional. I needed a second safe and I decided to go back to KNOWELL'S because of my first great experience. I am very glad I did. First, let me say that they are very competitive pricing wise.
