The murder mystery was awesome. The actors were great and very talented. We loved the fact that the show was interactive. The area where the show took place, the seating was a bit tight I would recommend opening up a bigger room. The ambiance was awesome, the music was great! The food on the other hand was the worst. Our soup was tomato basil and was extremely cold. The main course of mancotti was warm but a horrible flavor, there was actually no flavor, the sauce was like it was poured out of a tomato sauce can. The green beans looked great but were crunchy. The cannoli I think were bought from walmart. Our server was very good and attentive, the bartender was very hardworking, but there should have been 2 working for 105 people. read more

We had a large party (reservation with plenty of notice), and there was just a sweet little 70yr old woman taking care of all of us. It took 45+ minutes to get drinks and 1.5hrs to get our food which was less than mediocre. The manager came to help our server and was extremely rude. we will not be back. read more

We were able to walk in, party of 3, at 7:30 pm with little to no wait time. Service was fast, and everyone was friendly. We loved the atmosphere! It is a large restaurant with several well decorated dining rooms. For starters, the sampler appetizer was pretty good. I would probably just go with either the toasted ravioli or the mozzarella sticks if I had it to do over. Side salad with ranch was really good. The Triperfecta, Pasghetti with meatball, and the chicken parm sandwich were all delicious. Cost was just a little over $100 tip and all, which seems a little steep for 3 people. Don't bother with a reservation. Got one for 7pm for 3 people and when we arrived we were told it would be a 30 -40 min wait.

The atmosphere is exciting and fun, but the food does not make up for it. I could have made better Italian food at home with cheap ingredients. The toasted ravioli had to have been from the frozen section at a grocery store because I have bought something very similar from Aldi. Service, however, was very friendly and prompt. I would not recommend going here if you're interested in an authentic Italian dining experience -- but if you're wanting a dinner with some cool photo ops, this is the place. read more

Let's just be real for a moment. All of these 5 star reviews were people who were paid or work(ed) there. We didn't even get the chance to try anything there. We walk in and the place is not busy whatsoever, but they tell (NOT US) the people ahead of us that they are "backed up in the kitchen". Then they proceed to say another groups table is ready while rushing them to follow the waiter. Saying, "come on guys let's go!" In an annoyed tone. THE HOST HAD AIRPODS IN IGNORING US. We told her that people had not even talked to us yet as the group ahead of us proceeded to walk out. Wasn't long before we walked out since the host had purposely ignored us with her AirPods in, looking down standing at her podium. These children need to be fired and the attitudes and atmosphere of the whole restaurant needs to change if they want to earn even a cent of anyone's money. Leaving 2 stars rather than one because the staff was very friendly and it looked really cool inside but truly the food was not good. We got the spaghetti and meatball and the chicken Alfredo and the Alfredo was good but the spaghetti tasted like the sauce was plopped on some noodles from a jar. We were served dangerously undercooked chicken and salmon (we love sushi, but this wasn't a sushi restaurant). None of our food was hot when we got it, but raw chicken is unforgivable. I didn't need my 15 years in restaurant management to know that. We alerted the server who did her best to make it right. She alerted the owner, the owner's son, and finally the manager before anyone spoke to us about the problems. The manager didn't show any concern. They paid for the two meals with raw food, but acted like that was generous. If you serve food to someone that has the potential to make them very very sick, you should be ashamed and alarmed that such a thing could happen not once, but TWICE at the same table. When they made it known that we were inconveniencing them by expressing concern over the safety of our food, we were even more worried about what else could be wrong with our meal. In the spirit of full disclosure we had a fairly large party (12+) and we showed up 30 minutes before closing, although many groups came in after us and they continued to seat them. Service was VERY SLOW. Salmon was overcooked to the point of being Dry. The pasta dishes were ok but not noteworthy. The bar order sat on the bar for 14 minutes before it was delivered to the table. The Caprese salad was very good so I definitely recommend it if you go. The Coffee bar was closed but the sign said open and the guy behind the counter ignored us standing at the counter waiting for almost 10 full minutes before telling us the coffee bar was closed. He spent his time on his phone, and frankly that irritated me more than anything else at the restaurant. Why not put out a closed sign or at least tell people as soon as you see them so they don't waste their time waiting. None of our party will return. There are too many great restaurants in Branson to spend your money with. I'd recommend looking elsewhere read more

Fun place for pictures, and great little atmosphere inside. We went for lunch and it was a pretty standard American Italian fare. Nothing to write home about but hit the spot after a long hike. The chicken parm sandwich was nice tasting and the lasagna was pretty alright. We enjoyed it! Was really impressed with this place for the prices. Obviously I did not come here expecting authentic Italian but the price was right, portions were big and food was good. Shared with my friend a meal that came with spaghetti and meatball, penne Alfredo and lasagna, all 3 so we split it all. The food was very good! Also had a drink of the day and it was really good also, not too sweet but refreshing. The decor here is super cute! It's like you're in a little Italy. The upstairs is decorated like a mini Coney Island with arcade games with is also fun. They played country music which even though it didn't fit the Italy vibe I was totally digging it. We stopped w some guests in town to treat them to a nice, casual dinner. We entered, and as most tourists do, walked through the outside spaghetti meatball for a couple snapshots. The restaraunt has been there for several years, so the bigger than life meatball, fork & noodles looked a little worn. We went in. It was a Monday night, so it was not that busy and we were seated quickly. There was a little confusion between the waiters, so no one knew that our table was theirs to work or take orders. After getting our own waiter, he seemed to be somewhat unfamiliar w the menu. He was soft spoken, in a restaraunt that was a little noisier just due to the background music. We ordered and the food was delivered in a short amount of time, but the "trio" dish had food that was cold and another plate - the chicken Parmesan sandwich was either undercooked or was made up of some type of processed chicken and was like rubber. We ordered breadsticks w Alfredo sauce which were the actual highlight of the night. Like several restaurants in Branson, they are created as a "novelty experience" but tend to have generally good food. The tourist traffic tends to cause the prices to be a little higher than general, and so was the case here. It ended up being short of $26 per person. What we found was, this one was decorated better than their food tasted. . In comparison to other restaraunt in Branson, this one night, this one meal and experience fell short for us. My daughter and I came here, we shared the tri-fecta dinner and it was A LOT of food. The house salad was very fresh!!! The pasta & breadsticks were nummylicious!
