We arrived at 8 PM on Thursday, October 23. As the website indicates that the establishment is open until 9 PM. The doors were locked, no one would come out and even tell us that they weren't open. We called and they had indicated they closed at 8 PM. Very disappointing that no one would even come out and advise that they were closed. They would just stand there and look at us. Ambiance was about the only nice thing about this place. Waitress just started the night before so she is learning everything which is all good, but don't start new people on a Friday. Ordered appetizers and never got them. Ordered our food and it took awhile to get it. No drink refills. The biggest issue was they forgot my father in-laws food and it took us 17 minutes to get anyone's attention. Finally spoke to a manager(who was also playing hostess) and they handed it off to the kitchen manager. He comes out hears issue, goes to the kitchen and comes back with food. Says if he eats it I'm charging for it. We were in complete and utter shock. Normally you would eat that cost and as a courtesy not charge them for it. After some back and forth and the manager taking the plate away we asked for the check and went to leave. Had to wait another 21 minutes due to them charging for appetizers and father in laws meal. This was very disappointing. To start off, it took us 15 minutes with an empty line to even get a table. Secondly, the waiters do not have any common sense. We asked 3 times in a row for a bigger plate/bowl for our salad, and it takes them 10 minutes each just to bring the same size saucer out. I came here on a Sunday around 7pm and it was EMPTY. We were 1 out of 3 families in there. I love the outside of this place with the giant fork and meatball, so fun! The service was friendly and pretty quick but then again, there was barely anyone there. I had the 'Pasghetti and Meatball' and my husband had the 'Papa's Lasagna'. The food was just okay. The sauce was very bland. This was definitely the worst spot we went to for food. It was edible, we ate everything but wouldn't come back. It took 15 minutes just to get our drink order in, which gave us plenty of time to memorize the menu, alphabetize the condiments, and contemplate our life choices. When the food finally arrived, it was... fine. Not hot, not cold--just sort of there, like it had been chauffeured over in a seat warmer that gave up halfway. The plates, however, were hot enough to brand cattle. After eating, we sat for another 15 minutes before our server reappeared, presumably returning from a quest to find the lost ticket book. This place is F.I.L.T.H.Y Everywhere you look it's disgusting and dirty. The bathrooms were worse. Theres no way management doesn't see this but we wanted to bring it to their attention and got a really short tempered young lady that immediately comp'd our bill and walked away. Yummy as usual!! I suggest making a reservation if you are really hungry since our wait was a little over an hour. Although it was long, we able to get a couple of drinks at the bar before being seated. The food was worth the wait. The meatball is a mix of hamburger and Italian sausage that includes an added burst of flavor. Last but not least, I love the inside of the restaurant because it is made to look as if the diner is in a New York City burro with cute shops, a trolley, and rides at Coney Island. read more

Do not waste your money! $180 for 6 people & none of were happy with the food. The pasta was so dry, the fettuccine was all stuck together & tasteless. Someone got spaghetti with meatballs & the only sauce on it was what was on the 1 fist sized meatball that came with it, everything else on the plate was dry unsauced spaghetti noodles. Very very disappointing at that price point. And nothing is included with entree, salad & bread both extra. Save your money. read more

Authors note: I wrote the majority of this while sitting at the table, but edited it an hour later at our resort. Regardless, I don't normally write one-star reviews, but this place deserves it, and if possible I would give it a NEGATIVE FIVE stars. Here's the original post: Food and service are marginal at best. We made a reservation for a party of 18 six hours in advance and was put at three separate tables 20 minutes after arrival--I guess they didn't have time to push them together and rearrange the chairs. It didn't stop them from adding the 18% tip automatically for large parties even though we were at separate tables. Too bad for them; I usually tip at least 20%. When they delivered the meals we were missing utensils...again, had to wait while my salad wilted. When one of the wait staff brought out a tray of plates he tried to distribute them, but we had to help because he couldn't even identify what was on the plates. (He informed us that it was his first day). The spaghetti sauce is almost better than ketchup, the bread is tough, the chicken parm is obviously frozen, and when I ordered Blue cheese dressing for my side salad was told upon arrival that she (the server) "couldn't find the blue cheese, but here's ranch--it doesn't matter." This place might be acceptable for four year-old kids that only eat frozen chicken nuggets, but no adult in their right mind would eat there....this just in (we received the bill): when the server found out that it was our 82 y/o's birthday, they offered cake--we found out that it wasn't "on the house" when it posted to our bill. I don't mind paying for it, but really? (Note: we only mentioned the birthday because they handed the bill to the man celebrating his birthday, and we insisted that we pay for the meals because it was his birthday). Well...one more item as we were getting ready to pay: a bus boy took it upon himself to begin scraping the take-home plates into the trash before the server brought out our boxes. I can't wait to leave. I was just informed by my 7 y/o niece that "the floor in the bathroom is sticky and gross!" My kids told me that the "arcade" upstairs was missing parts (I.e. joysticks, buttons, etc...) on almost all the machines. What a wonderful memory for our grandfathers birthday. One we will never forget. The broccoli was good. That's it. Don't go there. Go to the Waffle House across the street for better food and service. read more

We will never darken the doors again!! Our waitress was horrible! She sat down at our table to take our drink orders and she finally brought them out! All the Dr Peppers were horrible! We told her and she said they taste like shit right? She said I'm sorry I knew it was at the bottom! But she brought them to us anyways! We got her to bring us Sprite which was a million times better!! We gave our order and she didn't show back up to our table until almost an hour!! Finally she came back and said remember me!! Beware the service charge the owner makes everyone pay, even the staff. This charge is to offset the charge that CC companies charge them. You're charged whether you use a card or not. First off, I waited at the reception desk to be seated for at least 5 minutes before someone finally showed up. Then after she did shut me down it was a good 7 minutes before she she, the host just came back and asked me if the waitress had been there yet. I told her no, she went and got me some tea and said she would get the waitress. Well. Well the waitress did show up. I ordered dinner. It was by far some of the worst Italian food I have ever eaten in my entire life. Chef boyardee would have been better. The alfredo sauce on the penne had no taste at all. The only good part about the whole meal was the meat ball. When the waitress came back to bring me my check she asked me if I needed a box. I told her no. I would not feed that to my dog. There was still 3/4 of my food left on the plate, she never said sorry. Asked me what was wrong with it. The greeter was not in a greeter mood.. our waitress Nikki.. she is quick and on point! We ordered an appetizer of bread sticks..omg so soft.. so flavorful (garlic and rosemary). We also got a trio sampler.. the spinach chips were salty but delish and the fried cheese ravioli was sooo goood.. the cheese sticks were cheese sticks..the food was good, not bad, not omg great, but good. I was at Pasghetti's with a very large group of high school students. The place is really neat inside and I enjoyed the ambiance. The servers were great and handled our group of 80 people with ease. We have the choice of four different meals. I had the fetticini alfredo with chicken and it was good. Considering they served this many people in about 20 minutes I was highly impressed. It wasn't the best fetticini alfredo I have ever had but it did the trick for this group. read more

Terrible service, and we didn't even go into it with high expectations because our waitress told us at the very beginning it was her second night and "she pretty much knows nothing". Great. Took our drink order and apps order, all good. Took our food order, tried leaving the table before she got all the orders. The apps never came out. When we finally asked we got a "oh new system glitched, still want them?", no. Then the food comes out. It's alright, except dad didn't get his food. The kitchen staff is running food so they had no idea what was happening. Waited a second thinking his was coming. No. Did the waitress come check? Not for about 20 minutes as we're actively trying to flag down ANYONE. Fully ignored. Waitress finally comes, we're halfway done eating (at dad's request that we eat while it's warm not wait for him). And she looks puzzled and says "where's your food?". Let her know it never came and she said "oh, new system again, do you want to me go ahead and put the order in?" .....sure. Finally flagged someone down to get the manager and she looked around for a second and then just went back to work. Manager, with no management skills comes out with the food eventually, we're all done eating, and the hostess rudely walks by and says talk to them, dude has seemingly no idea why he's there. Tell him what happened and he just says "I was getting the food out as fast I could, it happens, can I help you with anything else?". Mom said I don't expect to see his food on the bill since he had to wait so long and eat after everyone. He says "if he eats he pays". Mom sees red, she told him this is not how you manage a restaurant, I would have comped the entire meal if I were running things but that's not what we're asking. He says he can do a discount, mom says no. He throws his hands up says "fine I can do that, sir you can eat it" and walks away. TWO seconds later the waitress we haven't seen all night drops the check and walks away. Check still has dads food on the bill so back to the manager mom went. We paid and left and will definitely not be back. Only full flop on our trip to Branson everyone else has been incredible. read more

The theme of the restaurant is so cute and the inside is like a little Italian street. It has an odd smell to it that is kind of musty. The food was not great either. Servers were amazing.
