First off, I waited at the reception desk to be seated for at least 5 minutes before someone finally showed up. Then after she did shut me down it was a good 7 minutes before she she, the host just came back and asked me if the waitress had been there yet. I told her no, she went and got me some tea and said she would get the waitress. Well. Well the waitress did show up. I ordered dinner. It was by far some of the worst Italian food I have ever eaten in my entire life. Chef boyardee would have been better. The alfredo sauce on the penne had no taste at all. The only good part about the whole meal was the meat ball. When the waitress came back to bring me my check she asked me if I needed a box. I told her no. I would not feed that to my dog. There was still 3/4 of my food left on the plate, she never said sorry. Asked me what was wrong with it. Just set the bill down and left needless to say, I would never recommend this place or even suggest it to anyone coming to Branson for Italian food. read more

The food was great. Had the worse service I've ever had in a restaurant & I have eaten at thousands! She took the drink order - another waitress had to confirm & deliver. Dropped off our food & headed to the kitchen. We asked another waitress for parmasean. Our waitress dropped it off - back to the kitchen. Came out 1/2 through out meal and dropped off the check - no how is everything or would you like another drink. Stopped back to pick up the money but we were not finished. Never saw her again. The greeter was not in a greeter mood.. our waitress Nikki.. she is quick and on point! We ordered an appetizer of bread sticks..omg so soft.. so flavorful (garlic and rosemary). We also got a trio sampler.. the spinach chips were salty but delish and the fried cheese ravioli was sooo goood.. the cheese sticks were cheese sticks..the food was good, not bad, not omg great, but good. I was at Pasghetti's with a very large group of high school students. The place is really neat inside and I enjoyed the ambiance. The servers were great and handled our group of 80 people with ease. We have the choice of four different meals. I had the fetticini alfredo with chicken and it was good. Considering they served this many people in about 20 minutes I was highly impressed. It wasn't the best fetticini alfredo I have ever had but it did the trick for this group. read more

The theme of the restaurant is so cute and the inside is like a little Italian street. It has an odd smell to it that is kind of musty. The food was not great either. Servers were amazing. The food was really good! We had a birthday dinner there, and when we asked about a birthday dessert, the staff member kindly let us know that the usual singers weren't available that day. Still, she went out of her way to sing for us herself and brought out a dessert. We even joined in singing--it made the celebration feel extra special. The Cajun Chicken and Shrimp pasta dish was amazing! The other dishes that my family got were bland, and looked like something I can make at home with canned sauce and boxed noodles! I wouldn't waste your money here, the prices are high and the food does not compare to the prices. The service was absolutely slow, and the waiters and waitresses worked with AirPod's in, very unprofessional and you can tell there is definitely not a manger present to tell them to work hard. Not worth your money IMO. Came here with my family while visiting Branson. Our server was great, fast and super kind, wish I could remember her name. The food was bad. Italian is my favorite and I barely ate my meal. I got the tri-perfecta and tried all three and all three tasted bad or had issues. One of my family members ended up feeling nauseous after eating because of the poor food quality. The interior was very cool! Nice decorations. Arcade was a little bit of a bummer, many machines out of order. A good place to bring little kids to see the interior, but I would not go for the food. We went here lunch. They were ready for us. There were 80 of us. A very limited menu was offered. I had the Alfredo chicken pasta plate. It was a large portion. The Alfredo was excellent with the grill chicken. The food here was not good. Me and my family left with upset stomachs. The waitress who served us was so amazing! If i could, i would recommend her for a much higher end restaurant. Let's just be real for a moment. All of these 5 star reviews were people who were paid or work(ed) there. We didn't even get the chance to try anything there. We walk in and the place is not busy whatsoever, but they tell (NOT US) the people ahead of us that they are "backed up in the kitchen". Then they proceed to say another groups table is ready while rushing them to follow the waiter. Saying, "come on guys let's go!" In an annoyed tone. THE HOST HAD AIRPODS IN IGNORING US. We told her that people had not even talked to us yet as the group ahead of us proceeded to walk out. Wasn't long before we walked out since the host had purposely ignored us with her AirPods in, looking down standing at her podium. These children need to be fired and the attitudes and atmosphere of the whole restaurant needs to change if they want to earn even a cent of anyone's money. The murder mystery was awesome. The actors were great and very talented. We loved the fact that the show was interactive. The area where the show took place, the seating was a bit tight I would recommend opening up a bigger room. The ambiance was awesome, the music was great! The food on the other hand was the worst. Our soup was tomato basil and was extremely cold. The main course of mancotti was warm but a horrible flavor, there was actually no flavor, the sauce was like it was poured out of a tomato sauce can. The green beans looked great but were crunchy. The cannoli I think were bought from walmart. It is a large restaurant with several well decorated dining rooms. For starters, the sampler appetizer was pretty good. I would probably just go with either the toasted ravioli or the mozzarella sticks if I had it to do over. Side salad with ranch was really good. The Triperfecta, Pasghetti with meatball, and the chicken parm sandwich were all delicious. Cost was just a little over $100 tip and all, which seems a little steep for 3 people. The atmosphere is exciting and fun, but the food does not make up for it. I could have made better Italian food at home with cheap ingredients. The toasted ravioli had to have been from the frozen section at a grocery store because I have bought something very similar from Aldi. Service, however, was very friendly and prompt. We got the spaghetti and meatball and the chicken Alfredo and the Alfredo was good but the spaghetti tasted like the sauce was plopped on some noodles from a jar.
