When I went here I got an exterior interior detail for 120. They water damaged my window circuit while there and broke my back window. I had to go to an auto glass company to get it fixed and it cost me over $200 to have the part they broke replaced. I called them throughout this whole process, went in person and everything to request a refund for my service (I should have also requested they pay for the part they broke) and they REFUSED to give me a full refund. The guy yelled at me on the phone when I asked, called me "stupid" and told me to "stop talking" if I could give this place 0 stars I would. I threaten to file a claim against them and he told me to go ahead because they've been sued for damaging other peoples vehicles SEVERAL times. Apparently the judge knows him. They also sprayed something on my front window that makes it SOOOO hard to see out of now. I will NEVER come back here. read more

Terrible! Brought in my car to be cleaned and they sprayed some chemical that stained the paint and corroded the material around the window. They refused to accept fault even when the stain is literally a spray stain and it wasn't there when I dropped it off. The car is also only 2 months old. This place used to be decent. Not amazing, but not too bad either. Just adequate. Over the past few years, the price has increased while the quality has dropped to the point that I end up having to spend at least another 15-30 minutes on my own to get all the areas they have missed. In the past, it used to be a spot here, a spot there and when you pointed the spots to them, they took care of them without making a big deal and earned their tip. Now, they just leave dirt in the car, miss an entire bumper or trunk, don't bother with the wheels, leave smudges here and there, the list just goes on and on. And when you bring it up, the washer barely touches one spot and just walks away leaving you to do his work for him. When you bring the issues to the owners' attention, they don't even bother to check whether the washer has actually done their job right and start blaming you for this and that. If it had happened only once or twice, it would have been understandable on average, but recently this has happened every single time so consistently that I wonder what's the point of taking my car to a car wash if I have to do half of the work myself afterwards. Don't get the exterior only hand wash, I did today and it wasn't worth it. They spent about 30 seconds hand drying it after and there were tons of spots still left all over the car. They also didn't even clean the windshield very well. I had a good experience previously but that was with the more costly $25 wash, I thought the exterior only would be the same quality but on the onside only. That's not the case. read more

Right before I brought my car to this car wash I hit a curb and literally broke my tire. When I pulled into the car wash which was two blocks down the street the owner, Zaven, came out and when I explained what had happened he immediately took charge. He offered to change m tire and put my spare on and advised me not to drive the car on the freeway but to immediately go to the tire store once they finished washing my car. He was wonderful. AND he didn't charge me for changing the tire. I have always come here for m car wash because they do a great job. I paid for the most expensive $35 package for hand wash and specifically asked the interior of the car be vacuumed. It was not on the seats or in the boot or really anywhere. I jus left this place.... I had them wash my car it has rims. They failed to completely vacuum my car. They failed at cleaning my rims. I asked guy to clean rims he jus wipe them and was on to the next rim. I payed 26 dollars for a car wash I want my car freaking washed... failed to gloss tires. I'm terrible about getting my car washed. Lazy and cheap, I've never had my not quite 2.5 year old car detailed. After parking near dusty construction and landscaping for weeks, getting hit by the overactive sprinklers at work, and the recent rain, my car looked awful. The dark blue paint looked filthy and chalky. It was time. A simple drive-thru gas station car wash wasn't going to cut it so I rolled into Pasadena Hand Wash and looked at the menu. No one tried to up-sell me anything, which I really appreciate. I settled on one step up from the basic hand wax package because it was going to take some real elbow grease to get through the months of grime. Since I decided to stop in at noon on a Saturday, they were predictably busy. I was told it would take at least a couple of hours. Happily, I live walking distance but they have free WiFi, massage chairs, and a shaded patio for folks who wait there. True to their word, I got a call about two hours later that my car was ready. It turned out beautifully. Seriously. It hasn't looked this good since I bought it. The paint gleams and feels like smooth, clean glass. Inside and out, I had no complaints and didn't need to ask for any spots to be touched up because it looks PERFECT. All this for less than $100. You can't beat it! I had been there once before a while back for a cheap basic wash, which was fine but forgettable. The cashier told me the current owners have had the business for about a year so if you haven't been lately, I recommend giving them another visit. They also have a loyalty card program - your 11th wash is free. I hereby swear I will be a better car owner and keep my car looking nice with regular visits. read more

Brought my car for a quick wash and ended up deciding on the "work" wash for $25 that came with some wax and whatnot. My car was finished surprisingly quickly and looked good on the first glance. When I got home and actually looked at it the back seat wasn't vacuumed at all and there were water stains all over the exterior of my car. Overall I'm pretty unhappy considering the base wash was $13 and I expected an almost perfect car if I was going to pay $25. I wouldn't recommend this wash to anyone. read more
