Because there were not a ton of people there on that particular Saturday, the owner Ben gave me a 20% discount on detailing my vehicle, and he also threw in buffing and defogging my headlamps for free. He was able to do it in under an hour, which was quite impressive considering there were at least 3-4 other cars in the queue that day. On top of that Ben caught that there was a small crack in my windshield caused by flying gravel or debris. He immediately provided a fix and patched the crack, and he was able to fix it within 20 mins. This $80 fix would prevent the crack from propagating over time and creating a huge crack across my windshield, which would then cost several thousands of dollars to replace. Thanks Ben, great customer service. Will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend this establishment for their willingness to negotiate and their proactive approach to caring for my vehicle. read more

Holy hot hell. I had a bad day. My big ol dumb dog got carsick while I was working as a deliverer all day. She vomited full ON in the cupholders and down the sides of the console. I had about 30 minutes in between shifts and I carEENED into PHW and said, please what can you do in 30 minutes. "I'm so sorry, theres dog vomit everywhere, jsut lay it on me". 40 BUCKS FOR A VERY THOROUGH INSIDE OUTSIDE WASH. If you think you can find that elsewhere do drop a line. Victor Cleaned my car and did an amazing job, as I looked on with great embarrassment because he pulled out a box of puffins cereal, a can of tennis balls, various paintbrushes (why, idk) and many many pens that had fallen through the cracks. Expensive and average job. They quoted me more then double the price during the Coronavirus lockdown due to some machine not working. I'll be going down the street from now on. Absolutely no attention to detail‼ I would give 0 stars if I could. I don't usually complain, or write reviews. I took my car to wash, got the "managers special" which "apparently" included everything. To begin with the wax was not put on properly, there was so many scuff marks where it wasn't spread correctly all over the hood and the sides. I have a red car so it's really noticeable. There was even some wax left in some pleases. I had to give it a pass myself and try to blend correctly because it was so horrible. I will probably go take for a second wash to correct it somewhere else. The tire rims were still super dirty as well. Overall DO NOT recommend!! Save your time and money. read more

Took my car in for a wash and they didn't wash my car they only ran it through the tunnel and nobody scrubbed the car knowing that is a hand wash place and I paid 30 dollars for a wash the owner told me if a wanted a rewash after waiting for 30 minutes. It was supposed to be clean when it came out of the tunnel not when they are drying the car and finishing up that does not make any sense to me having the experience in detailing cars what kinda worker does this guy have working there. As you can tell he only cares about getting his money and not having his customers cars clean and well done after a wash smh. Never going to this place again read more

When I went here I got an exterior interior detail for 120. They water damaged my window circuit while there and broke my back window. I had to go to an auto glass company to get it fixed and it cost me over $200 to have the part they broke replaced. I called them throughout this whole process, went in person and everything to request a refund for my service (I should have also requested they pay for the part they broke) and they REFUSED to give me a full refund. The guy yelled at me on the phone when I asked, called me "stupid" and told me to "stop talking" if I could give this place 0 stars I would. I threaten to file a claim against them and he told me to go ahead because they've been sued for damaging other peoples vehicles SEVERAL times. Apparently the judge knows him. They also sprayed something on my front window that makes it SOOOO hard to see out of now. I will NEVER come back here. read more

Terrible! Brought in my car to be cleaned and they sprayed some chemical that stained the paint and corroded the material around the window. They refused to accept fault even when the stain is literally a spray stain and it wasn't there when I dropped it off. The car is also only 2 months old. Do not recommend unless you want a surprise headache when you pick it up. read more

What's making this place great is IT'S 100%Hand wash ! not by machines it's actual humans not scratching your beloved cars paint . Don't get the exterior only hand wash, I did today and it wasn't worth it. They spent about 30 seconds hand drying it after and there were tons of spots still left all over the car. They also didn't even clean the windshield very well. I had a good experience previously but that was with the more costly $25 wash, I thought the exterior only would be the same quality but on the onside only. That's not the case. read more

I paid for the most expensive $35 package for hand wash and specifically asked the interior of the car be vacuumed. It was not on the seats or in the boot or really anywhere. I've been coming here for about two years now. This place is great. The owner is very friendly and does NOT try to rip me off when I ask him what type of wash he recommends. His honesty is one of the main reasons I keep coming back. Also, I love that they use compressed air to dry your door jams. This prevents water from beading on your paint when you drive away. I jus left this place.... I had them wash my car it has rims. They failed to completely vacuum my car. They failed at cleaning my rims. I asked guy to clean rims he jus wipe them and was on to the next rim. I payed 26 dollars for a car wash I want my car freaking washed... failed to gloss tires. Went asked another employee who is manager. He offered to take a look and offered excuses ie... its hot outside these guys do there best... I'm terrible about getting my car washed. Lazy and cheap, I've never had my not quite 2.5 year old car detailed. After parking near dusty construction and landscaping for weeks, getting hit by the overactive sprinklers at work, and the recent rain, my car looked awful. The dark blue paint looked filthy and chalky. It was time. A simple drive-thru gas station car wash wasn't going to cut it so I rolled into Pasadena Hand Wash and looked at the menu. No one tried to up-sell me anything, which I really appreciate. I settled on one step up from the basic hand wax package because it was going to take some real elbow grease to get through the months of grime. Since I decided to stop in at noon on a Saturday, they were predictably busy. I was told it would take at least a couple of hours. Happily, I live walking distance but they have free WiFi, massage chairs, and a shaded patio for folks who wait there. True to their word, I got a call about two hours later that my car was ready. It turned out beautifully. Seriously. It hasn't looked this good since I bought it. The paint gleams and feels like smooth, clean glass. Inside and out, I had no complaints and didn't need to ask for any spots to be touched up because it looks PERFECT. All this for less than $100. You can't beat it! I had been there once before a while back for a cheap basic wash, which was fine but forgettable. The cashier told me the current owners have had the business for about a year so if you haven't been lately, I recommend giving them another visit. They also have a loyalty card program - your 11th wash is free. I hereby swear I will be a better car owner and keep my car looking nice with regular visits. read more
