With our roofing project, we found Parkside Roofing, Dave Park, John, and team to be exceptional, trustworthy and reliable. We plan to go back to them should there be future roofing needs. read more

Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy! Responded to inquiry in minutes. Great communication was able to do an inspection next day. Knowing nothing about roofing *first home*. This definitely felt like a company I can trust. read more

Dave & his team at Parkside Roofing came to the rescue! I called around and gotten many quotes, but no one was like Dave! The project itself would have taken other companies more than a week to finish! But Dave took the time to explain the work that needed to be done. After his thorough explanation, my boss & I decided to go with Parkside Roofing! They finished the commercial roof in 4 days! Efficient & worth every penny! Thanks Parkside Roofing for everything! read more

I would definitely recommend Parkside Roofing. Dave and John was great to work with. Smooth operations from getting quote, scheduling repair, and work to completion. I had a roof leak and got several quotes. Parkside workers were prompt and highly efficient. Kept everything clean and organized. read more

Great team at Parkside roofing. They were able to get me a quote quickly for a leak in my roof. Everyone on the team is super professional and I would definitely recommend them. As you know, we've been having a lot of rain these last few months, so it was important to get my roof leak fixed. The parkside team also performed preventative maintenance in order to prevent any more leaks from occurring. Would recommend 100/100 times. read more

Dave and Parkside Roofing came highly recommended, especially since our current roof was problematic and we had some poorly installed solar panels that needed additional attention and care. Dave appears extremely trustworthy and communicative and I am very happy with the new roof and the work that was done. It looks amazing and a huge relief to not have to worry about leaks should we have another rainy season. The only reason I rated them 5 stars instead of 5 is that my ceiling is filled with nail misfires in need of repair. There are likely 25 holes in my ceiling that need to be sanded and repainted. They are a bit of an eyesore and I need to hire an additional contractor to take care of this project. read more

Good work, great price, good customer service. The work has been done well, we get our final inspection with the city in two days. Dave is the mastermind and has been very organized and punctual. Our roof is looking great! Their team kept our house area clean and was courteous to our neighbors as well. If we ever need a new roof in the future, like for the addition I'm dreaming of, I'd call them up with no hesitation. read more

Really happy with these guys. Dave was incredibly responsive and answered all my questions while I was collecting numerous bids. Once confirmed, their crew showed up on time and completed my repair same-day, with no extra hassle or attempt to up-sell. We haven't had any real rain since, but I'll check back in once quality is confirmed. I'm expecting good things based upon their professionalism. read more

Great company! Everyone from Parkside was friendly and professional. Easy to work with and helpful with checking our leak as well as providing maintenance for the rest of the roof. When it comes time to reroof, we will be reaching out to them again and I will be recommending them to friends and family! read more

They are super efficient, meticulous, and incredibly personable. I highly recommend this company. Couldn't have been more please and would certainly hire them again. read more

Parkside Roofing was very professional. I really liked the bid process, came out measured and within a few days got a bid via email. There was no pressure or up sell pressure. The bid was very detailed and comparable pricing. The team was very professional, day 1 had tear off, wood repair and product delivery. Day two started the roofing and completed on day 3. After researching solar fans to pull heat from the attic we chose to add two and it has reduced the heat in the house, so should reduce the air conditioning cost this summer. I would definitely recommend Parkside Roofing to all. read more

Parkside roofing did a terrific job. I had a leak in my roof and I didn't know where to start. I called Parkside and they sent out Dave, who immediately diagnosed the problem. They had a crew over within 2 days and fixed the issue - no leaks since. Highly recommend. read more

Dave and his crew did a great job. First off, Dave knows his stuff. Found my issues right away, and explained what would be needed to fix it. My roof was already 25 years old so I decided to go ahead and reroof, not just repair. I have a split level house, and the gully that is created where the first floor roof line meets the two story wall was causing my leakage problems. It didn't drain well at all, so water just sat there. His guy built a cricket that created a nice slope from the high point of roof line down to the bottom. Finished that and sealed it very well, and no more valley. Had a good rain after they had finished, and it just flows right on down. Great value for the professionalism, great folks he has working for him, and professional. Can't ask for much more. read more

Dave and John were wonderful. They were able to work around my schedule. I had another roofer do a quick patch job, which still leaked. John showed me pictures of the damaged spots on my roof. He explained what is to be done to fix the problem. Very professional and happy with the job. read more

We love Parkside Roofing! Our tile roof was starting to leak and with the rain anticipated this winter we had to get something done ASAP. I really appreciate the before and after pictures of the areas that needed repair too. Dave and his crew are very nice, knowledgeable and professional. I am happy to report - No Leaks! Thanks to Dave and his crew! read more

Just want to complement this company on their promptness and honesty. Just completed receiving our estimate. Arranged via text with Dave to meet John at site. Exceptional folks. Accurate assessment , really fair, good information. When we decide these will be folks we select. Thank You for your prompt service so appreciated. read more

Dave was by responsive and a pleasure to work with. He fit my job in quickly. His supervisor, Isidro, arrive promptly on time and did the work quickly and professionally. I highly recommend their services and will not hesitate to call them again if needed. read more

Had ceiling damage in the utility room of my home and knew I needed roof repair. Went to yelp and started researching roofers and noticed through my research that others stated they had a hard time finding roofers who would work on a metal roof, which I have. So with the fact that Parkside Roofing would work on metal roofs and they had a solid 5 star rating I gave them a call. From start to finish, Dave and John were very responsive and professional. Customer reference list and photos of previous jobs provided, and a contract was written up prior to work being started. I was very impressed with their immediate identification of the issue, their solution, their communication with me and with each other in the organization, and their work. The pricing for the work done was completely reasonable and it was completed before the next big wave of rain hit the area which made me very happy! You will not go wrong with Parkside Roofing for your roofing needs. read more

Parkside Roofing - Finished roof and chimney repair. Tiles brought up and replaced after protective barrier laid down. Chimney flashing added. - Roofing Near Me - Fullerton, California

I've always imagined that having to repair my roof would be a painful process as the roofing contractors would gouge you for every penny you have. Thanks to the guys at Parkside Roofing, I no longer have that fear. I live in a high windy area and noticed that the ridge shingles on my roof were starting to fall off. So I called Parkside and they recommended that I just replace the ridge shingles with a better material. Instead of trying to sell me a brand new roof, they noted that the rest of my 20yr old roof was in good condition and didn't need replacement. They walked me through what needed to be done and explained to me everything I needed to know about my roof. The guys at Parkside are honest, hard-working and reasonably priced. Which is is extremely hard to find in any business these days. read more

Needed a roof replaced and found 3 reviews on Yelp I went with Parkside Roofing and I am very happy with the results and the whole process. Dave and his team got it done very fast and cleaned up every step of the way.He has a awesome team of guys.Best of everything with Parkside so if you are undecided on who to go with I can tell you save your time on all the reviews Dave is your guy!!! read more

The boys at Parkside did an amazing job replacing the roofing felt atop my master bedroom on short notice. When I was figuring out who to hire for my project I met with Dave, the owner, for a quote. Dave came across as very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to work with. When a second leak was discovered on the opposite side of the room right before work was to be completed, Dave updated the quote with a very fair cost bump. The project was completed very quickly and also very QUIETLY, which was surprising since all of the other roofing contractors I've used have always sounded like they were doing jumprope up there. As the work was performed, the workers noticed a number of broken roof tiles elsewhere on the roof which would have led to subsequent problems. Alex, the project lead, took pictures of all of the broken tiles, noting their location, and compiled them digitally. Alex then gave us a link to a private digital album so that we could see the damage for ourselves without having to set foot on our 2nd story roof. Very handy! Alex helped us figure out the areas of highest concern based upon the likelihood of pooling, and we ended up having them add some additional layers of felt. In the most troubling of the new locations they even fashioned a mastic shim to assist our awkward roof with water management. Both Alex and Dave were very responsive to texts and emails throughout the process, very fair in pricing, and their workers exceeded our expectations. I'm definitely recommending Parkside Roofing to my friends in the area from now on! read more

Dave from Parkside Roofing is the best. Our roof need a complete tear off. There were parts of the fascia that needed replacing. The fascia repair needed to be done after everything was off the roof. Our carpenter asked if he could do the work on the weekend as he had another job. Dave was very agreeable and arranged to have the tear off done on a Friday so our guy could have the weekend to fix things. It worked out great. The fascia was fixed over a weekend and Parkside came back on the following Monday to put new roof on. Dave kept me in the loop about everything. If I had questions, he got back to me in record time. I would recommend Parkside Roofing to anyone that needs a roof or questions on exactly what is needed. Thank you Dave for making my roof job a good experience. read more

My wife and I counted at least 9 different contractors hired over the past 20 years, to do work on our home. Parkside Roofing is by far the "best experience" we have had. After we established our requirements, Dave took the time to explain the work that needed to be done to meet our requirements. He is a very good listener, and was able to complete everything we wanted, in the time frame that he stated, within the quote we signed. He installed a new metal roof, with boxed-in eves, a large fascia, with an extra large custom patio. Craftsmanship and quality was top notch. Everyday his crews cleaned up and left our property better than when they started. That is a sign of pride-of-workmanship by his crews. Efficient & well worth every penny! Thank you for a job well done Parkside Roofing!!! read more

Dave was referred to us by my colleague. He is approachable and efficient in his evaluation of a roof situation. I was surprised at how fast he was able to get us the estimate. And the way he handled the business professionally. Dave made things easy, simple and straight forward. Thank you, Dave! read more

Dave and his team just finished a roof replacement for me and I can't say enough good things about Dave and his Company. He is a real pro. They started the work on time, finished on time and cleaned up everything - and the price was right where the proposal said it would be. I wish all contractors were this professional and reliable! I recommend Parkside Roofing without hesitation and I am so grateful to have found an honest and skilled Company to do the work. I suggest if you need roofing work you give Dave a call. He really takes pride in what he does. Just look at all these excellent reviews, that should tell you he is top notch! read more

Just got a QUOTE from these guys. Just wanted to say they were profesional, on time and fair priced . Nothing to complain about. How ever I still am.going to get 2 more quotes and will let everyone know.how they compair read more

Dave and his crew were amazing. His quote was very fair and the work was completed before the estimated time. The job was more than we anticipated having to remove 4 layers of roofing from a flat roof, but he did not charge any extra for that. Dave and his crew were respectful and very knowledgeable. My property was cleaned up each day. I was very impressed and would not hesitate to use them again in the future or refer them to everyone in need of a roof. Thank you Dave and your crew!! read more

I am thankful to have stumbled this company on Yelp! Dave was very helpful, though we haven't had the chance to meet face to face, I've always felt that he has our best interest! Thank you so much for giving us a great roof! Just in time for Christmas and rain!!! read more

I can't say enough about how professional Alex and Dave are. Fair pricing, great communication and service. You'd be a fool not to go with them! read more

David and his guys fixed my cracked cement roof. They were very professional and quick. They were very clear on explaining what was wrong with the roof and were very good on addressing the problem. read more

Dave just completed my roof and his team did a great job!! Let me say though, that while others expect and got a perfect roofing experience with this company, we had a bad experience with the city's permit department that delayed us for many weeks (no fault of Dave's). I mention that to say, if you want a roofer who will do great job under normal circumstances, other reviews will tell you Dave is your guy. However, I will say that, if you want a veteran roofer to be there with you when things go wrong and anything unexpected happens, Dave is still your guy!! It was somewhat stressful for me, but Dave was very professional, caring and was absolutely a man of his word. I would absolutely recommend Dave 110% to do your roof and guide you through anything that could happen. He is a true professional who will look out for your best interest, and I am very glad I hired him and his team!! read more

Dave stopped by to assess needed repairs. It turns out my issue was HVAC-related instead of roofing. Still, he was very helpful, informative and pleasant to deal with. Parkside is first on my list for next time! Five stars all the way. read more

Having just bought our little house, Dave and his team did a great job with our repairs, new back roof, and gutters. When we need a new roof, we will definitely be calling him. In the meantime, we will happily be referring Parkside to anyone that needs a high quality, honest, and reasonably priced roofer. They are hardworking and wonderfully considerate. read more

We bought our home in December and the inspector and realtor told us that the roof was at the end of its service life. We got a few quotes in the winter that were double what our trustee inspector told us it should have been. My fiance called around for a few quotes. Dave, the owner and CEO, came over same day and was on time. Dave was the only roofer that came prepared with samples, was professional, gave a detailed propsal. His quote was in the middle, but still within the amount that our trusted inspector said it should have been for a roof of our type. He explained the whole process, including permits, time frame, etc. Out of all the roofers we spoke to we had confidence that Dave was the only one that would get the job done right. Then he handed us off to Alex his manager, who was a pleasure to work with. Alex checked in with my fiance and I via text every day to make sure we were kept up to date. He also asked if we were satisfied with the work as we went along. Very impressed. The workmanship was excellent, save for a few nails, but Alex made sure that everything was cleaned up tidy. The work was done on time and as promised. Thank you Parkside for making this an awesome experience. Thank you for exceeding our expectations. In the future when we do need a new roof or some regular maintenance we will be happy to call you back again! And recommend you to our friends! Nick and Jennifer read more

Dave and his crew did an awesome job with our roof. Had very competitive pricing and also great communication. I had a billion questions and Dave was quick to respond with much detail. His staff was always on time and very friendly as well. Thanks again! read more

Thank goodness for Dave and John! They were thoroughly communicative and efficient throughout the whole process: consultation, formal contract, and services. I was able to get my roof fixed within a day turn around since initial contact, just in time before it gets rainy again. I also looked at two other roofing companies for comparison: I liked that Parkside roofing provided pictures so that you have a clearer idea of the conditions of your roof, and their prices were comparable to one and lower than the other. They did notice additional work to be done upon closer inspection when on site, and notified me before moving forward with any additional services and costs. Given coronavirus pandemic it's also a tough time for added expenses right now, even if it were for essential needs: however, I really appreciate that they work with you to take care of your needs without sacrificing quality. Would definitely use their services again and recommend to others for future needs read more

In May, we contacted Dave to inspect the age of the roof on a home we were looking to purchase. Dave and his team were quick to respond. They took photos and assessed the age of the roof. Their assessment fell in-line with the home inspection. As a result, we were able negotiate the purchase of the home. We plan to hire Parkside Roofing in the future. Sorry for the delayed review Dave. read more

Our new roof looks great! Dave and Isidro were both great to work with. Their price was competitive, and kept me informed of additional cost due to wood damage. They also kept the yard neat and clean throughout the process. I will definitely recommend Parkside Roofing to others. read more

Truly a Five Star Company! I did the traditional 3 estimates but felt it was not enough. I found Parkside Roofing on Yelp and decided to get a fourth estimate. (Project Manager John) came out and spent some time with me explaining what he saw after looking over my roof. He didn't give me a cheesy sales pitch nor did he push me to make a decision right then and there like the other contractors I meet with prior. (Owner Dave) His 2 crews are F*@k!NG AMAZING! First crew came out and tore down the roof with little to no mess. Second crew came out the next day and began replacing old rotten wood as well as my AC unit stand that was beyond rotten. Since my home was built in 1946 it needed some additional work in preparation of the new plywood and roofing material. If you own an older home you know it's always a mystery when you began any construction. Dave's crew worked their butts off in 90 degree plus weather to get the job done as soon as possible. I can't say enough about those hard working guys! Thank you to everyone involved! Keep up the great honest work you are doing! read more
