Great food friendly staff. Homemade cheesecake and lots of pies love there peanut butter pie

All I can stay is the inside is cute and workers are friendly but food is ok just ok.

Loved going to Parkside Cafe for dinner. My husband loved their pork steak! We don't get to go anymore since they changed their hours and closes at 3:00 pm now. Really miss going there. Hopefully they will change to include dinner hours, a couple of night s week. read more

On my way to play golf early on a Sunday morning. I stopped in for a quick breakfast. I knew I made a good move when I noticed how clean the parking lot and entrance looked. Great diner not to be overlooked. The price is decent but the portions and quality were excellent. I ordered the stuffed peppers. My friend thought i was gonna get just one but I ended up getting two fat green peppers. Enough food for two in my opinion. I'm definitely going to visit more often on my lunch breaks. read more

Great food that is fast and tasty. Portion size was really big. Staff was friendly. And you can definitely tell the owner and loves golfing since there's a bunch of golf stuff everywhere along with fishing stuff. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. read more

This is a nice little country feel place, glad I gave it try instead of going to McDonald's. Had the morning special eggs with bacon, toast & orange juice. This place is a local run place. Its right down the street from my house. They have a huge menu and do a real nice breakfast. I have ate some of the lunch items as well and like the chicken Panini. They also have beer/wine. Its owned by a greek family so they have GYRO's and that kinda of flair in the place. If your looking for a local spot this is it for Pinellas Park. read more

I've eaten there twice and both times I tried my favorite thing being a BLT, and both times they screwed it up pretty bad!!!

I really don't see what the fuss is... Granted there's not too much to making a breakfast w/basic staples. Most items are not home made but from a restaurant supplier for instance the gross gravy for the biscuits and gravy w/literally a few small pieces of sausage not to mention tasteless, might of well have been Elmers glue - the worst! Their version of cheese grits, throwing on shredded (tacky) American and Cheddar, worst the grits not hot enough to melt, instead of mixing it in the kitchen, it aint a taco. The so called French crepes are stuffed w/cottage cheese, nope I kid you not. Knew enough not to attempt the crepe. Looking across the table at others plates I can say don't expect much here. read more

This is my go-to location after mass on Sundays. It reminds me of the ubiquitous Greek diners from my native Queens. The prices are very reasonable and the menu has a little bit of everything, but don't expect it to be gourmet or anything. It is standard and filling food that hits the spot if you are nearby. I visit a LOT of diners in the area - so maybe it is just a population bias. Parkside is alright, but it isn't something I would go out of my way to eat. That being said, their grilled biscuits are amazing (according to the rest of my group -- I don't eat gluten). Bacon was a little generic, nothing special. Pretty tasty, meat-centric diner with friendly staff. Go there for breakfast or lunch and you'll be satisfied with nice food and good prices. The skillet was filling and flavorful with lots of veggies but other than the combinations of starch and animal proteins there isn't much for variety. They do serve quiches but I haven't gotten the opportunity to try. We got the garden omlet with feta which had great shoestring hashbrowns. But it did have an aftertaste of burnt cooking oils and the egg was almost overcooked. The garden skilled was very nice with a balance of cooked frozen veggies and russet potatoes with two eggs on top. Everything comes with meat or extra meat and if that's your thing great but the healthier options are lacking. The coffee is pretty awful even for a diner so skip it if you can. Buttermilk biscuits are starchy, fluffy and gone in seconds if your not careful. There are pancakes, waffles and crepes but I personally can't do a big, sweet breakfast. I'd go back but not out of my way for the second of the two meal options I have as a vegetarian. read more

We decided to go here because of a review we saw on yelp. And because of the location and the time of day it was. They were not very busy, we were greeted and seated promptly, Jerry our waitress told us about the specials of the night got our drink orders, my wife had the special stuffed pork with mashed potatoes and I had a Montecristo overall the food was pretty good the lemon soup with orzo was a bit overpowering for our taste but was tasty the Ice-T was good and so was the coffee I would recommend this place read more

Good selection of American food dining and affordable. Good service too. This place seems like it's been around the block for a long time, which is good for the locals. The only reason why i can't give it a higher rating is because it didn't give me that "wow" factor, plus this place should be open really early and really late... or 24 hours "." and no TVs and Wifi is not good either. Great food, great service. Went for an extra late breakfast on a Saturday afternoon, after reading some other reviews thought we'd give a try. We both ordered skillets with grilled biscuit for our bread-really good! My boyfriend ordered 2 stack pancakes-they were amazing evidently the batter is made in house, same as their cakes. Finally made it to this Pinellas Park icon. Clean. Greeted by a bubbly waitress who sat us in a booth. Got coffee pretty quickly but then service went downhill from there. Waited a while as our server ( not the bubbly energetic one) was catching up with other customers. Finally ordered and food was average. Nothing to rave about. I have been coming to this place with family and friends for years and have always been very happy with the food and the service in every way. A recent event did prompt me to finally write a review that has been long in coming. Last weekend I brought a group of 16 to Parkside after the funeral for my father and the service was just awesome. Since this whole event was indeed a very much last minute thing that needed to be planned, we checked with Parkside a couple of days before to make sure it would be alright. They made everything work for us and the highest of praises go to Kim and the staff for the stellar service and the best possible dining experience. Good food and good smiles. You guys rock. Parkside Cafe is consistently good, which is why it's become a place that I keep wanting to return to. There's no shortage of selection on the menu. They have everything here from chicken parmesan to guacamole to paninis to pancakes. I typically get a chicken salad sandwich on a croissant with a side of either onion rings (which are great as long as you ask for them to be extra crispy) or fries. Breakfast is served all day which is great considering that they are open till 9pm. The english muffins, eggs, and pancakes are all very good, but I wasn't too big a fan of the French toast. The dessert selection here is I think one of the best and biggest in the Tampa Bay Area. To just name some of the desserts, they have brownies, cheesecake, tons of pies, bread pudding, cakes, muffins and so much more. First time here around 11AM. Stood at the door, not sure if I should just sit anywhere. A kind lady appears from the kitchen and asks if I wanted table or booth. Booth please, she leads me to one and a waitress is there asking if I wanted breakfast or lunch. Breakfast please. Would you like some coffee? Yes, which was reloaded three times. Ordered their Country Omelet with home fries and rye toast, which appeared in about five minutes. This large dish contains sausage, onions, peppers and cheese topped with gravy. Delicious and quite filling. Toast a bit dry, no biggie. Just over $9 with the coffee. Large dining hall with plenty of ornaments and large TV screen showing my favorite station, Bay News 9. High shelf along walls adorned with beer steins. Planters with overflowing vines and big brightly varnished wood fish sculpture flanked by giant spoon and giant fork. Ate breakfast here today, and it's solid breakfast diner food. Great old school omelets, hash browns extra sweet tea. They even have a pretty impressive alcohol selection.
