Two eggs with grits
Nina M.

Tucked away in a strip plaza off of Park Boulevard, this is definitely a classic dive diner in Pinellas Park. Small place with super friendly and prompt service. I ordered the two egg combo, which comes with your choice of potatoes of grits and toast or small pancakes. I opted for scrambled eggs, grits, and pancakes. My husband ordered the #3 special with eggs, bacon, potatoes( and a half order of biscuits and gravy. Their coffee is classic diner style, as was all the food. Everything came out fairly quickly and was tasty. Although we've been living in the area for over ten years, this was our first visit. At around $10-13 per person with beverage, taxes, and tips included -- it's also very affordable. We will be back again soon!

This is a small place in a strip mall. Doesn't look like much when you walk in but the menu was pretty good. We got the kielbasa and eggs and an omelette. The food was okay for the money. Would go back if we were in the area, but not the best breakfast we've had.

Greek Omelette w/taziki sauce, grits & rye bread. Served with this delicious local hot sauce!

Great little hole-in-the-wall restaurant. The place was packed and We were greeted by customers who let us sit down with our two kids. Everyone seems to know each other and see super friendly. We chatted with both of the nearby tables. The coffee and food was delicious! Great prices too. Definitely come check this place out and support your local businesses.

Wanted to try a new place for breakfast so to yelp I looked. My date looked on google (eye roll) to look up this place and actually he made the suggestion. Eh, tomato, toematoe. So, he drops me off so I can get a table as this place is in a small strip mall and parking is limited. I walk in and in all honesty, it was 10:30ish 11am and it was nothing but my grandmas age customers eating. I felt so weirded out. Idk why, I'm just saying i did. Anyways, it's super small inside with less than 20 tables. Two hostess. Both busy and well, not very umm, customer care oriented. I took the last table thankfully because right after, people were coming in droves to dine in. I ordered the Philly chicken omelette what came with peppers, Onions, mozzarella and mushrooms, grits and an English muffin. The omelette was huge, warm, and cheese was melted to a stringy magical string when cut into. Yumm right. So, I practically ate the whole thing, putting piece by piece in my grits bowl and mixing it up. Mind you, it was a 3 egg omelette. I was so stuffed. My date had a meat omelette with home fries and wheat toast. He devoured the whole thing too. We paid our tab and left. Nothing special about this place except it seems like it's been around for years so If you like mom n pop places, support local businesses and just want a simple breakfast or meal in general, try Victors. I think I might have saw liver and onions on the menu too

They are remodeling so far we have new carpets and tables and chairs

Be prepared to savor every bite, as the food quality here is commendable. Service and flow are both excellent , ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Great experience with a twist!…read more Food 8.0 Vibe 8.9 Service 8.7 Overall 8.4 This place definitely has his own theme and vibe and it sticks to it. A straightforward menu gives a decent variety and the chef delivered on the flavor. We had the egg Benedict the Gudda grits, and the (not so) French toast. Overall, the food was delicious, but I was extremely disappointed with the "French toast" for some reason, the chef opted for not doing an egg/milk bath for their French toast, which to me is a grave mistake, who wants to dry French toast? This liberty could be excused, and tolerable for the sake of creativity and innovation, IF it was openly, shared on the menu, or by the server. However, this came to a COMPLETE surprise to me AFTER ordering and receiving it. I've never had DRY French toast, nor do I ever wish to again despite the tasty toppings and well executed cinnamon butter cream, it was still not an enjoyable experience, especially if you're expecting classic French toast. That said the eggs Benedict was phenomenal. The pork is perfectly cooked. The biscuits are light and fluffy. And the sauce was immaculate. The Gudda grits surprise me while not being creamy in the same way of grit, I've had in the past, these retained their grit structure, but it kind of melted in your mouth, providing that creamy texture and they add chopped bacon and a sweet I would guess type of reduction in just the right amount to balance the flavor of the Gudda. I do wish they had sausage and hash browns. But it's not that kind of place. My last complaint would be in the potatoes that come with the Benedict. Whatever other option, they have picked those get anything, but those ours came undercooked, and they refried them for us, and they still were just below average which for a place like this. I expected more. Overall, not a bad place. The coffee was phenomenal. I had a dirty Matcha, and it was perfectly executed. Prices aren't terrible for what you'd expect from downtown St Pete at a fancy place, so I was happy. Service was good and friendly. After I expressed my dissatisfaction with the French toast, the manager came over and offered his apologies and remove the item from my bill, even offered to bring us something else, and to have a beverage to go to make up for it. However, I was at the end of our mail and I was ready to get going with the rest of my day, so I said thank you and we departed. Overall, I will not come back for French toast but that eggs Benedict. I would definitely come back and try something else as well. Give it a shot. Just DONT get the French toast. If you like normal French toast.

The vibe was very cozy, clean, and hip, mixing modern design with rattan accents and a dash of greenery. It felt clean, cute, and really thoughtfully put together! Service was great. The staff was friendly, patient, and actually took time to explain popular items without rushing me at all. Loved that!! Parking is a bit limited. It is a small lot with a simple pull-in and back-out setup right onto the road, so it can feel tight. That said, I went around 11am and it worked out just fine with no hassle. I ordered the breakfast sandwich with bacon (plus $2 extra) and homemade lemon aioli on a toasted brioche bun and wow... the presentation was next level. I definitely took way too many photos before even touching it, no regrets! It tasted as good as it looks. Taste-wise, it was sweet, fresh, and super creamy with really nice texture. I also ordered the matcha latte, which was a bit disappointing. The ratio leaned heavily toward milk, making it very milky and lighter in matcha flavor than I expected. Wait time was quick, and pricing felt fair for the quality and experience. Overall, this is such a fun spot for brunch lovers, cute café dates, or anyone just wanting a sweet treat moment. I would 100% come back again!!

They have a pretty extensive menu of options, but our go to is the fried grouper sandwich with American cheese and no lettuce or tomato. Our other go to is the lobster roll. Now this go around we did notice the lobster was more shredded than it was chunks which is what we've seen previously so that was a bit of a change, but overall, it was still good. We've had the onion rings before but this go round we decided to share a side of french fries and we did ask for them crispy. They were perfect. Be prepared to wait though as this location is super small and if you come during a busy season or around that lunchtime period you're most likely going to have to wait. This is not a great location for large groups. If you have more than five people in your group this is probably not the best location for you as they cannot seat more than one large group at a time. But, one thing we did notice is that you can walk up and order to go. That's a great option to have and something we may take advantage of in the future.

When the host came out, she stated that she needed to "clear the area." While we understand the need to manage space, the request was directed at us and was delivered in an unpleasant, dismissive tone. She then said there would be about a 25-minute wait and that there were parties ahead of us, which we understood and accepted. However, we were later told that despite being on the list, we would not be seated because there was "no way to contact us" when our turn came and that we needed to remain in one specific spot. Given that no instructions or staff were present when we arrived, this explanation was confusing and felt inconsistent. The interaction gave the clear impression that we were not welcome to wait or dine there, so we chose to leave. Dining out should feel respectful and inclusive, and unfortunately, that was not our experience here.

I really wanted to like it, but the experience never quite came together for me. The first red flag was the coffee being served cold, which immediately set the tone. That kind of miss is hard to overlook, especially when coffee is such a basic expectation. The "home fries" were another letdown. Instead of anything resembling freshly cooked or pan-fried potatoes, they were clearly deep-fried, which felt misleading and lazy rather than comforting or rustic. As for the rest of the food, it was... fine. Nothing was outright bad, but nothing stood out either. The best way I can describe it is adequate, in the sense that it fills you up and does the job. Flavor-wise and presentation-wise, it felt like a slight step up from Denny's, which isn't exactly the bar I'm hoping for when I eat out. To be fair, the portions were decent, and the service was friendly enough, which kept the experience from being a total wash. Still, those small positives weren't enough to outweigh the overall sense that this place is coasting on mediocrity rather than trying to impress. I wouldn't rush back unless my options were extremely limited.
