At the time of ordering, guests pay for their meal and later receive a check to add a tip. A server brings your meal to your table, along with a beverage and several sides and sauces. The brisket was well-prepared; it was tender and had a nice bark. Flavored rice, roasted potatoes, mashed potatoes, salsa, and more accompanied the meal. All was good, even though I try not to indulge in carbs. I love the sauces (barbecue, honey mustard, chimichurri, hot sauce, and more), but I couldn't identify all of them. Maybe because it was closer to night, but I did not like the side dishes at all. The barely tea was still good. That was my favorite thing about this place and glad it did not change. The decorations are still kind of the same and it didn't look different. The service was also nice. The person helping us was nice e and we did get checked on.
