I don't know for sure whether the filets were fresh or frozen, but the fish itself tasted very tender and flaky while the batter had the perfect amount of crunch to it. I ordered mine with a side of coleslaw, as is tradition. The lady who waited on me was very nice and attentive. As far as the dining room is concerned I can't remember if it always looked this way or if they made some changes. One thing I've noticed both times dining in is that tables around me were being cleaned with strong products while I was still eating, sometimes very close by. The fumes can be a bit overwhelming and take away from the experience. I completely understand the importance of keeping everything clean, and I appreciate that -- just hoping there might be a way to time it or adjust it so it's a bit more comfortable for guests who are still eating.
