Advanced reservation was great for piece of mind. The lot is quite close to Logan airport. We needed to leave our car for over a week and felt safe there. It's outdoor, so car does get dirty, but shuttle service is super quick and all employees were friendly. Would use again. read more

Arrived home on a JB flight...Called to be picked up...Told him I had just arrived on a Jet Blue flight ...man asked for my number which I had to pull from the side of my purse (maybe 2 seconds) and the guy hung up on me and said "call me when you have your number lady" !! I immediately called him back and gave him my number ...I asked him why he hung up on me so rudely and he said "I am busy " !! Then told me to exit and go to the left to the red courtesy pick up sign...I exited and did not see a red courtesy pick up sign...called him back and asked him where to go as I did not see the red courtesy sign ...and he said ..." Jet Blue is not in terminal B it is in Terminal C !!! I told him I was well aware of that and barked back at me saying that I had told him on the first call I was in terminal B....I never mentioned anything to him about a terminal...all I told him on both calls was Jet Blue...He then gave me different instructions...and I was eventually picked up...but added about 30 mins to my pick up....Very poor customer service from the telephone folks...but the drivers are very nice.... read more

Came back from a vacation Sunday night and had to fly for business early Monday. Took a risk and had my pick up truck detailed (mid tier pricing). Exterior as expected but interior was much more clean than my local detail shop. Nice Surprise! read more

Awful customer service!!! I picked up my car on September 7th around 10pm. The cashier was rude, arrogant and a bully. He advised me "to go get some sleep"! Who employs such customer-hating individuals? Never ever using this service again thanks to the bullies at your office. read more

Come to the airport at least 1 hour earlier if you use these guys. They used to have more shuttles going back and forth, but they must have cut back as they try to fill the shuttle to the max before leaving for the airport. Also, if your flight leaves out of terminal c or e, you'll be the last to get off, so budget even more time if you fly JetBlue or internationally. read more

Be warned against this parking lot! They offered us a coupon at check-in and then reneged coupon when it came time to pay. Manager was unhelpful. Shuttle bus passed us the first time around at the airport waiting for a pickup, had to call and get them to come back for us even though we were waiting at the designated spot! I was hesitant to park at Park Shuttle and Fly this past trip. It is more expensive than the other options in the area but I was concerned after reading reviews for the other parking options (long shuttle waits, damage to vehicle, poor customer service) about parking somewhere new. Last time we park at Park Shuttle and Fly we waited for the shuttle with two small children for a long time and I said I was done. Well the kids are older now and my husband said "I have been parking on and off at Park Shuttle and Fly for 20 years. So we decided to just stick with what we know. The shuttle was quick this time but when we got back to our car we couldn't get into because It was parked up against the fence with two car inches from our car on either side ( we are not big people and getting in was tough!). I was able to get into the drivers side and pull the car forward. My family stood there and my husbands face went white. There were two dents in the wheel well and scratches on the passenger side door as well as the front side panel. It was really windy while we were away. We assumed that the wind caught hold of the car doors next to us and that's why the doors must have opened so forcefully causing damage to our car. We talked to the manager on duty on the way out and they were very apologetic. They took pictures of the damage and told us to follow with one of the managers (Pat) the next day. Oh and we still had to pay the full amount for parking for the week. I had the damage appraised and they refused to accept the estimate. Then the run around started. They asked us to have additional estimates be done and once you sent them what they asked they'd send me on another fools errand. I know this move. Make things as difficult as possible so they give up. Because who has time and money to fight a long drawn out battle? So long story short don't park here and don't expect them to do anything if something goes wrong. I used preflight for my last trip. It's more out of the way for us but it's cheaper and my car was safe! read more

Used them a few times and they were good. Parked my car, took the keys with me and went to the airport. This last time they said they didn't have a spot to park and leave my keys which I wasn't happy with but needed to get to my flight. Today, over a month later I received a notice of an overdue parking violation in the mail from City of Boston for $113.00. I am never in Boston except when I park and go to the airport. After checking the ticket it was for 3:40 p.m. on the day I left my car at Park and Fly. My flight left Logan @ 7:30 a.m. so they took my vehicle and used it to go into the city. I will never use them again and am considering sueing them for taking my car illegally. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!! read more

Never again. They are great on the drop your car off and get you over to Logan, but they SUCK on picking you up on your return. I just waited thirty minutes today, and this isn't the first time. If you have time to spare, sure, roll the dice. Otherwise, go with one of the other companies, because I saw their vans go by multiple times as I waited. read more

upon leaving the Logan airport, I walked up to the van outside to see if it was the right shuttle for me to get on... it was 12:30 am and dark. The man driving the shuttle was unbelievably rude to me and instead of just saying no, this is not the shuttle you are looking for, he told me with the most attitude I have ever experienced that the shuttle I originally got on was black and had white lettering with the company name pre-flight parking written on it. Looking at the other reviews on here make sense. I would never use that company because of their terrible staff, but would highly recommend preflight parking. read more

There's a $2 off (per day) coupon on the website. However, nowhere on the coupon or the website does it say that you have to show the coupon ONLY when you enter the parking lot. It cannot be used when leaving once they already have your credit card in their hands and won't accept the discount. Poor customer service - look for different Logan parking off-site, it will be cheaper and have better customer service. read more

I used PS&F last week and found it disappointing. I arrived and was instructed to park where the shuttle was loading passengers. When I got there the bus driver instructed me to park in a spot that was loaded with snow and frozen from a previous car. I told him I would not be able to open my doors to get out! He said "if you don't park there...you'll have to leave your keys....meanwhile the next row over had no cars and no snow to deal with. I parked in the snow ridden space and sure enough, I could not open my doors. The driver came over and kicked the snow so I could exit and get my bags. I was not a happy parker! On my return trip, I called the number to say I had arrived, they said a bus would be there at the lower level in 5 minutes. When I arrived at ground transportation 12 minutes later.....no bus. I waited 5 minutes - saw a bus coming and flagged it. The driver told me no one called him to let him know I had arrived! I will definitely find another place to park next time! read more

If there was a ever a shuttle service that I would never use again, this would be the one. We arrived back from our vacation and was picked up by a very nice shuttle driver. When we arrived at the lot we discovered our car along with others had been totally plowed in. After our attempts to dig out, not anticipating we needed to bring a shovel with us my husband had to trudge up to the office to get someone to help us. two men came back at that point to lend a hand. Now why were these guys just hanging around in the office knowing the arrival of the shuttle bus was coming in with folks who needed their car? So after about an hour delay getting out of the spot, we were met with an extremely rude cashier...So NO I do not recommend them, we will use the Court Yard Hotel across the street for now on. read more

Recently used Park Shuttle Fly. Shuttle busses run 24/7 to and from airport even with one customer. No need to wait for bus to fill with customers like competitors. I felt like I was getting personal service. Employees were friendly and eager to introduce me to their new rewards program. Will definitely use them again. read more

I have used PSF 2x and have been happy both times. This latest time, Tues before Thanksgiving, I checked in and then was at my gate at Southwest in less than 20 minutes (this includes the time it takes to get through security!) I found the people friendly and easy to deal with. The one driver was a bit (and I mean just a bit) grouchy but when I gave him a $2 tip he was all smiles and even put my luggage in my car. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others. read more

They even have a reward program, that will give me a free day of parking when points accumulate. Their location to the airport is extremely convenient. I have used this lot for about 10 years, and find it the best and safest option for women travelling alone. The lot attendant directed me to a space within 20 feet of his booth; the shuttle driver took my bag and offered an arm to get me into the bus. I am not elderly or in anyway handicapped but at 4 a.m. it was all very nice service, which was duplicated when I came home late at night. The shuttle picked me up at Terminal B within 10 minutes of my call, and again most courteous and efficient. read more

This parking option for Logan Airport was the best experience my wife and I have ever had with airport parking, anywhere. We are frequent travelers and this was the first time I needed to go to Boston in order to fly out of Logan International Airport. I did my research and chose Park Shuttle and Fly. We were very pleasantly surprised with the professionalism displayed by all members of their staff that assisted us. The lot is very easy to get to and the shuttle was warm and waiting. They didn't wait around for more passengers, they just immediately brought my wife and I to our terminal. Upon our return from Iceland, we called their number as instructed and the shuttle was there before we were, NO WAITING!! The driver was a gentleman who quickly gets off the bus and insists on lifting all luggage for you. Five star service from a remote airport parking lot for the first time in our lives, and we travel a lot. read more

We just had an amazing experience with this company. We've used Park & Fly type lots before but this was our first experience with these guys. Last week we left a wallet full of credit cards on the shuttle bus (it was 5am and we were dealing with 2 small dogs, carry on bags and searching for tip money for our very funny & knowledgeable driver!). While we were on the PLANE to depart, a stewardess came down the isle telling us that the Park, Shuttle & Fly company had our wallet, and asked if we'd like to get off the plane. We couldn't believe they tracked us down so fast! Before taxiing up the runway I called the Park, Shuttle & Fly office and asked if they could Priority mail the wallet to our destination address. They said they would, and a few days later, there it was! One of they guys had mailed it on their own time from Revere. To even further space out, on our return 5 days later I LOST the ticket to retrieve our car (jeez, you wouldn't believe that we fly all the time) and they waved our $5 lost ticket fee. So far we have not gotten charged for the mailing cost of the wallet (they could have used our credit cards, but didn't) so I left my business card at the office and told them I'd happily reciprocate. The guys in the office, who were all friendly & hospitable, told me "don't worry about it, just write a review!" GLADLY, I told them. GLADLY. We fly out of Boston often and we will never use another shuttle service--these guys are the best. read more

Such a great experience at Park, Shuttle, and Fly. Customer service was exceptional! We got in the lot and to the airport in just about 15 minutes. When we returned, we only waited a few minutes to be picked up from the time we called. Both shuttle drivers were polite and friendly. I have parked with them for decades but won't anymore. They do not honor the price they quote you and they do not offer discounts of any kind. They have a frequent parking program that does not work--the website does not allow you to login AND make a reservation, too. You have to log in as a guest to reserve. They still require you to keep a paper slip to give them upon your return or they charge you five dollars. They have never entered the 21st century. Not worth the trouble. read more

Called the manager and he told me that I had to prove it!!! In other words, "take a hike!" We have been doing business with them for about 15 years and that is their thanks for our loyalty!!!! Worst place. I will NEVER park here again. The other guys "PreFlight" drove by 4 times. Stopped their vehicle and waited for customers. Two phone calls later and me running after the pickup van they stopped. Terrible customer service! DO NOT park here unless you want to get home 2 hours after arriving home. This is not the first time this has happened. I called to speak with the manager about it. He never asked for my number nothing... told me he would look into it and call back tomorrow. Do not use this company. They locked our keys in our car and then charged us the $50 it cost them to get the car open. We came in late with our children and their grandfather in the car with us. They weren't going to let us leave unless we paid the extra $50 due to their mistake. We paid it to avoid getting into it with them with our children & their grandfather sitting there. Somebody helped themselves to the GPS we stow under the passenger seat. The manager was more than a little obnoxious when we talked to him. We've had to call our credit card company to cancel payment. Luckily 2 weeks of parking is probably about what the GPS was worth. read more

I recently used this parking service when traveling to Washington. I pulled in and was helped with my luggage to the shuttle. The only problem was that I had a few personal belongings in my trunk and when the attendant help with the luggage, he also noticed these items. I had a bad feeling when I left my car, but felt they must be an honest company or they wouldn't be in business. When I returned Sunday evening from my trip, they were right at the curb outside the terminal and I was back at my car in 10 minutes. When he dropped me off, my car was backed up touching another car. I opened the trunk and immediately noticed that something was missing. I had just made a Costco run and left the items purchased in my trunk. I informed the attendant that something was missing and he said to call the manager in the morning. I called the manager in the morning and he told me that nobody steals things out of cars and that I must be mistaken. He told me that I would have to take them to court and he would win anyway. I called my credit card company that I paid the parking fee with and they reimbursed me for the lost merchandise. I would never park with these thieves again. read more

When I arrived, I had a bad feeling. I asked if I could park my own car; of course they wouldn't allow me to do this. I didn't have time to find another facility to park at, as we were catching a flight, so a family member and I (with the driver there) walked around the car...to look for any possible scratches, etc before we left. When we got home four days later, my entire back bumper was damaged, as well as two separate scratches to my passenger side doors. I pointed this out to "Rick", who reassured me that Pat Flavin would take care of this, as it happens often. Of course he first tried to blame other customers for the damage, but that argument wasn't going to hold up, as they are the ones that park the car, and thus another driver wouldn't have had access to scrape my entire back bumper (possibly the side, though I doubt it). Anyway, when I called Pat Flavin this morning, he wouldn't even give me a chance to speak. He quickly said, this is how the car came in, and if I have a problem with it, take him to court. He then proceeded to hang up on me! It doesn't take a genius to see his poor business manner, and how this supports his poor business. In any event, I had tried to get the name of the valet driver when I spoke with Rick yesterday. He claimed he couldn't find it. When I called again this morning, I was first told that I had to request this information in writing, and then Pat got on the phone and told me he will give me this information when I take him to court, and again hung up on me! Now one would hope that they have the driver write their name on the car...so clearly, there is another cover up going on. Fortunately for me, the driver saw me (and my passenger) walk around the car checking it out before we left. Of course he's probably just as corrupt as the person he works for and won't admit it, and like the writer above, I'll probably be stuck with the bill, but I hope this warning helps other people not make the same mistake I did... read more
