The only easy way to park and fly from Boston Logan Airport! Fast and easy shuttle to and from the parking lot. Why park in Logan's garages and have to walk 1/3 to 1/2 mile from your car to the terminal. read more

I've driven by this place so many times and didn't realize how great it is. The shuttle service is so easy. Every employee was professional, friendly and just plain nice. I will definitely use this again. read more

I've used the service twice. The first time everything went fine, as indicated in the fairly positive review or two here. The second time the departure went fine, but the arrival did not. Here are the main points: 1. Call ahead, way ahead! I called as soon as my plane landed, then went directly to the pick-up point. When the shuttle arrived a few minutes later, the driver was in the far left lane, 4 streams of vehicles away from the curb, and didn't respond to my waving arms. I phoned again, and they said they'd send the driver around one more time. I waited about 20 minutes. 2. Be flexible, and a sprinter. I then discovered the shuttle had stopped 50 yards short of the pick-up point, in the middle of a crosswalk. I ran there. 3. Follow the rules! The driver had a particular preference for passengers not to place their own luggage on the rack, which meant a long process. He would take one bag up the steps and into the shuttle, place it on the rack, return back down the steps, and do the same again for each bag. Then and only then the customer could follow while he waited. This is the only acceptable procedure. When I tried to do this step for myself to speed things up, the driver started to shout. He then continued to berate me and name call. Surprising! 4. Hold on tight! The driver must've had a very bad day, because he was impatient with traffic and then drove wildly when the road opened up a bit. Fun ... I guess. 5. Don't be late! At the pay window, the attendant charged me an extra hour ($5 or 1/4 day's fee) for arriving after the booked time. I reminded him that I had called well ahead and waited for much more than that period. He was polite and said there was nothing he could do because the fees were automatically charged based on the clock. But he took my name and number and said they'd be in touch to make an adjustment. They never called. One final thought: Be sure to have a print-out of the coupon to get the $2/day off. The first trip they said, "Keep it for next time!" but the second trip they collected it. That's typical for this unpredictable service, and so use it only if you're up for some excitement. read more

I've had the pleasure of working with Park Shuttle & Fly a handful of times now. Each time it has been a great experience. Takes out the hassle of having to drive into the airport and parking there. Also, the new detailing service is super convenient! Thank you! read more

Since my bad experience I tried other parking services. They all had their issues and discovered Park, Shuttle and Fly is actually one of the better services. I will be using them again. read more

easy to get to. Great rates. Shuttle is right there to take you to and from Logan. Highly recommended. This team knows how to provide a positive service experience. read more

Arrived home on a JB flight...Called to be picked up...Told him I had just arrived on a Jet Blue flight ...man asked for my number which I had to pull from the side of my purse (maybe 2 seconds) and the guy hung up on me and said "call me when you have your number lady" !! I immediately called him back and gave him my number ...I asked him why he hung up on me so rudely and he said "I am busy " !! Then told me to exit and go to the left to the red courtesy pick up sign...I exited and did not see a red courtesy pick up sign...called him back and asked him where to go as I did not see the red courtesy sign ...and he said ..." Jet Blue is not in terminal B it is in Terminal C !!! I told him I was well aware of that and barked back at me saying that I had told him on the first call I was in terminal B....I never mentioned anything to him about a terminal...all I told him on both calls was Jet Blue...He then gave me different instructions...and I was eventually picked up...but added about 30 mins to my pick up....Very poor customer service from the telephone folks...but the drivers are very nice.... read more

I called ahead to make a reservation, I was told there was plenty of room, When we got there we were told there was only Valet parking available and we had to leave our keys with them. I was furious and not comfortable at all with leaving my keys with them. There was also another woman who was very concerned about having to leave her keys with them. They were unapologetic, and rude when I expressed my concern with leaving my keys with them the driver stopped the van suddenly and told us we could get out and complain to the manager if we wanted. The driver of the van would not give us his name. He had a heavy Russian accent. I did not want to miss my plane so we allowed them to hold our keys. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1 is because our car was there when we returned. Will NEVER use them again. read more

Awful customer service!!! I picked up my car on September 7th around 10pm. The cashier was rude, arrogant and a bully. He advised me "to go get some sleep"! Who employs such customer-hating individuals? Never ever using this service again thanks to the bullies at your office. read more

Be warned against this parking lot! They offered us a coupon at check-in and then reneged coupon when it came time to pay. Manager was unhelpful. Shuttle bus passed us the first time around at the airport waiting for a pickup, had to call and get them to come back for us even though we were waiting at the designated spot! Overall very unprofessional and poorly run. read more

Saw a $17/day price advertised. Failed to honor, charged me $20/day. I returned to find my phone charger cord missing. There are other, better choices. read more

I was hesitant to park at Park Shuttle and Fly this past trip. It is more expensive than the other options in the area but I was concerned after reading reviews for the other parking options (long shuttle waits, damage to vehicle, poor customer service) about parking somewhere new. Last time we park at Park Shuttle and Fly we waited for the shuttle with two small children for a long time and I said I was done. Well the kids are older now and my husband said "I have been parking on and off at Park Shuttle and Fly for 20 years. So we decided to just stick with what we know. The shuttle was quick this time but when we got back to our car we couldn't get into because It was parked up against the fence with two car inches from our car on either side ( we are not big people and getting in was tough!). I was able to get into the drivers side and pull the car forward. My family stood there and my husbands face went white. There were two dents in the wheel well and scratches on the passenger side door as well as the front side panel. It was really windy while we were away. We assumed that the wind caught hold of the car doors next to us and that's why the doors must have opened so forcefully causing damage to our car. We talked to the manager on duty on the way out and they were very apologetic. They took pictures of the damage and told us to follow with one of the managers (Pat) the next day. Oh and we still had to pay the full amount for parking for the week. I had the damage appraised and they refused to accept the estimate. Then the run around started. They asked us to have additional estimates be done and once you sent them what they asked they'd send me on another fools errand. I know this move. Make things as difficult as possible so they give up. Because who has time and money to fight a long drawn out battle? So long story short don't park here and don't expect them to do anything if something goes wrong. I used preflight for my last trip. It's more out of the way for us but it's cheaper and my car was safe! read more

Used them a few times and they were good. Parked my car, took the keys with me and went to the airport. This last time they said they didn't have a spot to park and leave my keys which I wasn't happy with but needed to get to my flight. Today, over a month later I received a notice of an overdue parking violation in the mail from City of Boston for $113.00. I am never in Boston except when I park and go to the airport. After checking the ticket it was for 3:40 p.m. on the day I left my car at Park and Fly. My flight left Logan @ 7:30 a.m. so they took my vehicle and used it to go into the city. I will never use them again and am considering sueing them for taking my car illegally. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!! read more

an update from Feb 10, 2017 - once again PS&F comes though for tired, weary travelers worried about finding their car buried in the recent snowstorm - all of six of us on the shuttle were happy to see every, single car in the lot had been cleared off of the snow and the driver even pulled my car out, got it warning up and put my luggage in my car ! There is a reason you folks continue to be #1 on offsite parking since 1975 ! Great caring, friendly service is greatly appreciated - thanks again. read more

Never again. They are great on the drop your car off and get you over to Logan, but they SUCK on picking you up on your return. I just waited thirty minutes today, and this isn't the first time. If you have time to spare, sure, roll the dice. Otherwise, go with one of the other companies, because I saw their vans go by multiple times as I waited. read more

upon leaving the Logan airport, I walked up to the van outside to see if it was the right shuttle for me to get on... it was 12:30 am and dark. The man driving the shuttle was unbelievably rude to me and instead of just saying no, this is not the shuttle you are looking for, he told me with the most attitude I have ever experienced that the shuttle I originally got on was black and had white lettering with the company name pre-flight parking written on it. Looking at the other reviews on here make sense. I would never use that company because of their terrible staff, but would highly recommend preflight parking. read more

I have used Park Shuttle Fly at Logan for over 15 years and every trip has gone smoothly and without incident. They are prompt to get you to your gate and fast at pick up upon return. They are much easier and convenient than other services and I highly recommend them. read more

Advanced reservation was great for piece of mind. The lot is quite close to Logan airport. We needed to leave our car for over a week and felt safe there. It's outdoor, so car does get dirty, but shuttle service is super quick and all employees were friendly. Would use again. read more

Come to the airport at least 1 hour earlier if you use these guys. They used to have more shuttles going back and forth, but they must have cut back as they try to fill the shuttle to the max before leaving for the airport. Also, if your flight leaves out of terminal c or e, you'll be the last to get off, so budget even more time if you fly JetBlue or internationally. read more

Came back from a vacation Sunday night and had to fly for business early Monday. Took a risk and had my pick up truck detailed (mid tier pricing). Exterior as expected but interior was much more clean than my local detail shop. Nice Surprise! read more

There's a $2 off (per day) coupon on the website. However, nowhere on the coupon or the website does it say that you have to show the coupon ONLY when you enter the parking lot. It cannot be used when leaving once they already have your credit card in their hands and won't accept the discount. Poor customer service - look for different Logan parking off-site, it will be cheaper and have better customer service. read more

Great service no need to drag baggage all around the airport, I've used for a few years now never had a problem. Everyone is friendly and helpful basically can park for less than a cab in and out of Boston I recommend highly! read more

I use Park, Shuttle & Fly whenever I travel from Boston. It is easy to get to and there is also a van ready to transport to the airport. The airport is only a few minutes away. I've used Park, Shuttle & Fly many times with no problems! read more

I used PS&F last week and found it disappointing. I arrived and was instructed to park where the shuttle was loading passengers. When I got there the bus driver instructed me to park in a spot that was loaded with snow and frozen from a previous car. I told him I would not be able to open my doors to get out! He said "if you don't park there...you'll have to leave your keys....meanwhile the next row over had no cars and no snow to deal with. I parked in the snow ridden space and sure enough, I could not open my doors. The driver came over and kicked the snow so I could exit and get my bags. I was not a happy parker! On my return trip, I called the number to say I had arrived, they said a bus would be there at the lower level in 5 minutes. When I arrived at ground transportation 12 minutes later.....no bus. I waited 5 minutes - saw a bus coming and flagged it. The driver told me no one called him to let him know I had arrived! I will definitely find another place to park next time! read more

If there was a ever a shuttle service that I would never use again, this would be the one. We arrived back from our vacation and was picked up by a very nice shuttle driver. When we arrived at the lot we discovered our car along with others had been totally plowed in. After our attempts to dig out, not anticipating we needed to bring a shovel with us my husband had to trudge up to the office to get someone to help us. two men came back at that point to lend a hand. Now why were these guys just hanging around in the office knowing the arrival of the shuttle bus was coming in with folks who needed their car? So after about an hour delay getting out of the spot, we were met with an extremely rude cashier...So NO I do not recommend them, we will use the Court Yard Hotel across the street for now on. read more

Recently used Park Shuttle Fly. Shuttle busses run 24/7 to and from airport even with one customer. No need to wait for bus to fill with customers like competitors. I felt like I was getting personal service. Employees were friendly and eager to introduce me to their new rewards program. Will definitely use them again. read more

I have used PSF 2x and have been happy both times. This latest time, Tues before Thanksgiving, I checked in and then was at my gate at Southwest in less than 20 minutes (this includes the time it takes to get through security!) I found the people friendly and easy to deal with. The one driver was a bit (and I mean just a bit) grouchy but when I gave him a $2 tip he was all smiles and even put my luggage in my car. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others. read more

I have used Park Shuttle & Fly for years. They have never let me down. Can make a reservation online in advance, knowing I will have a spot to park. The shuttle service is efficient, easy and fast. You never have to battle the airport traffic to park. I highly recommend Park Shuttle & Fly. read more

I have used this lot for about 10 years, and find it the best and safest option for women travelling alone. The lot attendant directed me to a space within 20 feet of his booth; the shuttle driver took my bag and offered an arm to get me into the bus. I am not elderly or in anyway handicapped but at 4 a.m. it was all very nice service, which was duplicated when I came home late at night. The shuttle picked me up at Terminal B within 10 minutes of my call, and again most courteous and efficient. read more

Such a great experience at Park, Shuttle, and Fly. Customer service was exceptional! We got in the lot and to the airport in just about 15 minutes. When we returned, we only waited a few minutes to be picked up from the time we called. Both shuttle drivers were polite and friendly. I would recommend this service to anyone who wants quick and easy transportation to and from the airport. It was so nice to be able to get to our car quickly and drive right home without asking someone to pick us up. Park, Shuttle, and Fly is the way to go for airport transportation. read more

I have parked with them for decades but won't anymore. They do not honor the price they quote you and they do not offer discounts of any kind. They have a frequent parking program that does not work--the website does not allow you to login AND make a reservation, too. You have to log in as a guest to reserve. They still require you to keep a paper slip to give them upon your return or they charge you five dollars. They have never entered the 21st century. Not worth the trouble. read more
