Cool bar! The customer service is always A+. The drinks are good. They're not giving you extra liquor but it's doable. I usually pay between $11-$14 for a drink. I also appreciate the kid friendly beverages.

I had a great experience at Park Bar. The bartender was able to make me the classic margarita with less sugar (he called it a skinny). I am a big fan of the agave wine sub for tequila. My drink was super refreshing and absolutely delicious. It was very busy at the bar, but they have multiple lines so I didn't have to wait long. They also have serve yourself water coolers stationed here! Oh, my bartender also filled my cup up beyond the max... very generous with the pour. I picked it up and a bit sloshed over. His response: "oh, I overfilled it, but that isn't a problem."

Located on the most prominent corner of the Food Hall at Bottling Department (#1), Park Bar is the only dedicated adult drink spot amongst the myriad of food stalls. Rather than be overwhelmed by all the eateries, it's easy to grab a drink and chill at one of my favorite parts of of San Antonio: The Pearl District (#2) There are seats lined up alongside the counter, but there is plenty of seating all throughout the venue as well as outside in the courtyard. It gets pretty crowded during good weather days and especially on the weekends. It is probably one of the few places in downtown where one can throwback libations and still be in a kid friendly environment. Many standard drinks are available here from beers, canned cocktails, and mixed drinks. I usually try to rock a michelada, rosés, or the occasional Texas based cider if it's hot. The bartenders are nice and all about moving the line along. Definitely be on the lookout for their specials, which are always listed on the counter. Prices are reasonable. Credit cards preferred but cash is most definitely accepted. _____________ (#1) The most fun little food court: https://www.yelp.com/biz/food-hall-at-bottling-department-san-antonio-2 (#2) Take everyone here: https://www.yelp.com/biz/pearl-historic-district-san-antonio

Prickly pear margarita and peachy keen mule.

They had lots of unique, fun drinks. I loved the peachy keen mule, it was so refreshing. My friend loved her prickly pear margarita. Can't wait to go back and try other drinks.

If you are at Pearl, drinks from Park Bar are a must! The service is fast, knowledgeable and so so friendly. Their froze is amazing. While it's currently not even on the menu, they went above and beyond and made it anyway for us. Talk about excellent customer service. Lines shouldn't spook you! They know what they are doing and you will be checked out with amazing drinks in no time! The menu is extensive and fits everyone's taste. From craft beers, to wines to cocktails!

Mangonada. $9 I'm sorry, WHAT?! teeny tiny
    Meagan G.

Super cute spot with great branding. You definitely pay a premium for average-slightly above average drinks. This occasion, I enjoyed a $9 mangonada that was served in a very small cup (less than the 12 oz iced coffee my friend had but not sure of the actual size). With my cup still half full, the wind was able to blow it over - hahaha! This could easily be a 5 star experience with less price gouging. The public area you get to enjoy the drink at is amazing-- the Pearl!

Someone in our group had heard this was the place, so we walked over and hoped for the best. As soon as we walked in, we were immediately impressed by the vibe. The space is very cool and feels like a beautifully repurposed old factory. It has a lot of character and energy without feeling overwhelming. Our group of eight easily found a great spot near the fireplace, with some of us on the sectional and others in chairs, and we were comfortable right away. Despite being very busy, the service was quite good. Drinks came out promptly and the staff was friendly and attentive. We stayed for a few rounds and really enjoyed ourselves. This place turned the night around completely. Great space, great drinks, and great service. I will definitely be back the next time I am in San Antonio, and would even consider staying at the hotel just to be close to this bar. 5 stars.

Service was quick and attentive, even when we switched it up on her and jumped from a table (where we had ordered) to a spot on the couch that had opened up. I wasn't feeling like drinking alcohol, so I ordered a mocktail called the Prohibition Punch and enjoyed it. It was very citrusy/sour, but was refreshing. I'd probably try something else on the menu next time, but still had a great experience overall!

They had a bunch of different cocktails inside lots of unique options and some not so much but where it was all about was the specials one in particular the Dunkle Sandwich as it tasted like Peanut butter and jelly like it was soo good up there with one of the best shots I've ever had soo flavorful and just good like this was by far my favorite thing I drank this night! Our other drinks were yummy too don't get me wrong as each of them has key components that made them taste amazing while I did forget the names just know that each one of them was yummy! On this particular night they had a mentalist wondering around doing magic he was fun and added to our evening here so that was a nice touch! Our bartender was awesome and quick to get us our drinks and I must say everything was mixed very well! Overall awesome spot for date night we both enjoyed our time here and hopefully we get to make it here again at some point because you can't go wrong with a chill speakeasy!

We always see this restaurant but have never tried it . They have two different menus and two different seating areas based on the menu you choose. We went for the Tex Mex cantina menu as I have a picky 15 year old and the other menu is for more mature palates. For the Catina style menu you can openly sit at tables near the bar and scan a QR code to Order food and drinks . My oldest daughter had the carne asada tacos, my youngest had the OG barrito, my wife and I both got the Pollo Asada rice bowl. The Asada tacos were served with a salsa that was semi spicy. The meat was very flavorful and is garnished with cilantro . She enjoyed them a lot. The OG barrito is filled with beans, guacamole, and carne asada. It looks more like a large flauta on flour . Upon her first bite she was like "this is good ", she wished it had the Spanish rice inside too. The Rice bowls my wife and I had were very flavorful, the chicken was seasoned well and the rice was cooked just right with an excellent flavor. It also came with avocado on top, beans, and pico. We all enjoyed our meal immensely! Only downside was how long it took to get the food .

Pollo, pescado, arroz, even the ceviche was awesome. What hampered the taste experience was the incredibly poor service and the unapologetic way it was corrected. How can one truly savor the main plates when fresh tortillas haven't been served, which were supposed come before the main dishes. It took us talking to three different people before getting fresh tortillas. By the time we received them, we were done with the main dishes. For this chica ... it IS a big deal. The service, or lack thereof, hurt this rating. Mezquite .... If you want to show off, then service counts too.

Everything came out quickly, the service was smooth, and the whole menu felt approachable. I enjoyed the crawfish roll, which is a really nice alternative to the crab roll. Almost every time I see crawfish that's been peeled be someone else on a menu, I get pretty excited. Anyway, it served with the made-in-house hot sauce mixed with the drawn butter. Yummy. The fries were especially good, and dessert really surprised us. The carrot cake is very mild on the spice side, which actually let the textures shine, especially the brittle on top. It was incredibly light, crunchy, and honestly the best part of the dessert. We also appreciated how efficient everything was.
