Went here for a pedicure for the first time today. This place is in an old strip mall on 301. The Paris concept is cute but the salon is pretty old and worn and could definitely use some sprucing up which is the only reason I gave it a 4 and the fact that they do not use disposable liners in their foot baths. My technician did an amazing job on my pedicure and was VERY thorough with her work. She took her time and also gave a very nice massage. Will definitely be returning to her in the future. Everyone was very nice and a beverage was offered of wine, soda or water which is always appreciated. They had a very good selection of gel polishes and prices were reasonable.
Absolutely love my nails by Tram! My Pedi massage was also amazing but unfortunately I don't know the ladies name who did the pedi. I selected my color and design from a 2021 Winter Fashion Magazine and I have to say, it came out exactly like the photo! Acrylics with a Bubble Gum Pink Gel Polish for my daughter as well by B, gorgeous!
For my salon visit, I used Yelp's handy option to "Schedule an appointment.." A sweet lady called me back the very same day. Good to know if you need same-day services. I needed to schedule my appointment for a week later. The lady I spoke to had a solid knowledge about the services. Since I wanted something healthier and different than my usual acrylics, I appreciated that. (It's good to completely change things up a bit; I don't like to be stale.) FAST FORWARD A WEEK LATER: I walked into this beautifully designed salon that is decorated with opulent furnishings of luxury. From the pristinely clean environment, down to the little details of posh wallpaper on the walls, the exotic freshwater fish tank, crystal chandeliers, automatic faucets, and other beautiful details, this is the creme' de la creme'. No expense was spared. It is a quiet salon, designed for the patron's comfort in mind. This is the salon you want to be at. Immediately I was greeted with a smile and a hello from the owner, then was placed with my girl Lacey. Lacey is such a sweet person, laid back, professional and knowledgeable. She is my New Jersey girl ;). Since I was having acrylics removed, my nails were immediately wrapped in foils to soak off. Lacey then led me to the private chairs and worked on my pedicure. Each patron's chair is equipped with an iPad. (There is no luxury spared at Paris Nails Studio.) The salon provides each of their patrons with a sealed bag of tools. They take cleanliness very seriously here. I have to say my pedicure was the best one I've ever had anywhere. My toes never felt better. Next, we got the waxing out of the way. Lacey knows how to do brows beautifully, is thorough and as gentle as can be. I decided on the Young Nails brand of "Slick Pour" powder nails. "Young Nails" are a brand-name, exactly like "SNS" nails. I highly recommend them, as they are the most natural choice for healthier nails. These nails are light on your fingers, strong, and last 3-4 weeks, depending. PRO TIP: If you wear gloves to do dishes and clean house, your nails will stay fresh and new for longer. Basically, Slick Pour is a powder ($35) that's literally poured 2-4 times onto your natural nail, which creates thin but strong nails, kind of glass-like in appearance. Then a special shiny topcoat is applied, which dries the nails quickly. The process is long because it is so precise. It's so worth it! I can't say enough good things about all the people I interacted with on my visit. There is a casual, friendly but professional elegance about this salon that can't be beat. *****FIVE FABULOUS STARS***** 35/100
I called ahead and made an appointment for Sunday morning, when I got there they had me sit in a pedicure chair and gave me a whole bunch of colors to choose from. I had a photo that I wanted something similar and they helped me choose the right colors. I had a pedicure and then I had tips and dip nails. They looked beyond perfect, from the shape to the color, I truly love my nails! Everyone on the staff was so nice, polite and friendly.
I have been going to this place for years. This is the first time my nail broke the day after I got a full set. They see only wanting to fix my nail and not give me the same design. Wanting to charge me more because I had a design. If their crappy nail didn't last a day, they should repair it back to what I completely paid for. The owner was rude and pretty much said it was my fault. They painted the nail that broke a different color than all the nails making it look like crap. Would never come back again. I wouldn't even recommend this place to anyone.
I made an appointment the day of for 3:30 and they were right on time. No extra waiting and sitting around past my scheduled time. This was my first time here and I was sat with B. He was so meticulous and made sure every nail was even and straight. I am Very very happy with my end Result and will be back to see him!
Excellent service! I love my nails! I got a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. They have really comfortable massage chairs. Also did a great massage for pedicure and did a massage with gel manicure. (I have found some places don't do that). Super happy with my nails. They have a huge color selection and looks like they do designs.
While visiting a friend we decided to get pedicures and this place had good reviews and pricing so this is where we went! First of all I want to say that the owner who worked on my feet was very pleasant and personable. I would give him 5 stars. This place is Paris themed because he lived in Paris for 31 years and it was fun to try and practice my French with him. But speaking of the decor, this place appeared to be under renovations so it was a little messy and not all put together. I think they are turning one room into a little cafe that will serve French foods which will be lovely. Now while I enjoyed who did my feet, my friend was a bit disappointed that the woman (and co-owner) who did her feet left in the middle of the pedicure to go wax some lady's eyebrows who had just walked in. My friend felt like not as much time and care was spent on her like it should have been. For me I think the guy did a decent job. I liked my Wonder Woman red nail polish and while my feet weren't baby butt smooth, they weren't scratching things up either. We checked into the business through Yelp and received $5 off so our Deluxe Pedicures came to $30 each. Not a bad price at all! Also need to mention that we did not have an appointment, but because we arrived right when they opened it wasn't busy and they were able to take us both right away. I give this place 3.5 stars and if in town again I would come here to give them another shot. I think the rating would definitely increase once they finished renovating and maybe learn to not leave customers in the middle of a service. (My friend just had a baby and this was her first time out of the house so I was disappointed she was disappointed and got shortchanged on her pedicure - main reason for the lower rating.)
Paris themed salon that is super clean with extremely attentive staff. I went in for a standard pedicure and ended up upgrading to a deluxe. If u do this as well, you won't be dissapointed. The time she took to make sure the pedicure was done right showed due dilligence..At every station an ipad was connected, a tv screen and a place to hold your bag..Not to mention they offer drinks which were perfect.Chardonnay in a chilled glass.... u just can't go wrong. Im new to the area and will definately be a regular. Thanks again for such excellent service!!
I would rate this salon zero stars if I could for reasons ranging from cleanliness, variable prices, unethical business practices/hospitality, and questionable work. I initially came across Paris Nails online and the photos made the salon appear clean and bright, so I took a chance. Upon my initial visit, I noticed that the salon looked nothing like the photos, especially the pedicure area. Having already made the long trip I took a chance and had Hoang Nyguen or "B" place a new set of dip onto my nails. He was not friendly or talkative which was fine as I enjoy quiet time when I can get it. I also noticed that he does not do the usual hand and arm massage that other salons generally do, but again, I was ok with it as I was very pleased with how my initial nails came out. My first visit was $38 (without the tip) as I have short nails and like to keep them that way for work. The next few visits I started to notice a downhill trend as he randomly increased the price which made me feel uncomfortable inside so I decided to call back on two separate days to inquire how much a dip soak off/reapplication would cost, each time being an amount other than what he was charging me. I should have not returned on that principle alone. Once again I turned a blind eye until he started cutting corners to the point where my nails would not even last me a week before cracking/splitting down the center. One time I had two nails crack in under 24 hours. The final straw was when I called and tried to schedule my usual 10 am appointment which was unavailable, not a problem, I took a 2:30 instead. As usual, I extended the offer to arrive early to soak off my nails. The woman told me no, arrive at 2:30 and don't be late. Then when I went to hang up she said yes and began teetering between 2:15, then 2 then back to what I thought was 2:30. I felt I could not get a straight answer at the moment and was being pulled back at work, so I had to get off the phone. I show up to my 2:30 pm appointment and immediately wash my hands, then head to the cash register to pay ahead of time to avoid hunting for a card with wet nails. I sit in Hoang's chair, and he begins to soak off the process. As we do not conversate I placed my headphones on and get about 5 minutes into a TED talk before the owner comes over begins being very loud beside me. I take my headphones off to see what all the commotion is about and to my surprise she is yelling at me! I was shocked, what did I do? Everyone in the shop became quiet and was now staring in my direction. She accused me of being late because I had extended the offer to arrive early for my nails to be soaked off and didn't. Not enjoying being the center of attention I asked her to lower her volume as I cordially try to explain what was said. She continued to be loud berating me, yelling how I messed up her entire afternoon schedule. I was stunned. Having just seen me pay I offered to leave if she would refund my money and I would be on my way, that in no way do I wish to derail her schedule. She flat-out told me no. Coming to the realization that this woman has no couth or tact I went to put on my headphones back on and she told me that I needed to listen to her. I knew in that instance I would never return. In the end, I blame myself for overlooking the state of the shop, the poor quality of work that went downhill with time. I would not overlook being treated like dirt for my own kindness. It is said we all make our own Karma, and she is most definitely writing hers. You cannot continue to treat people so poorly without it eventually catching up to you. Don't forget to check reviews like I did and paid for it as I am not the first person, she's done this too. She even locked someone inside! Best of luck if you choose to give your business to this dive.

Went in and only wanted my nails painted; was greeted immediately and went through their cute nail boxes to pick the color that I wanted. I was seated w/in a few minutes and was out fairly quickly. Everyone was polite and I must say I can REALLY APPRECIATE the interior Paris themed decor w/in the nail spa- it is a hidden classy gem read more

First off I want to say that the tech that did my pedicure was amazingly professional, caring, polite and did an amazing job. I came in with an appointment for a gel pedicure and gel manicure. Chose the $40 deluxe one plus $15 gel. When they had already started my pedicure, a tech came up to me to start doing my nails. I don't like getting my hands done on the pedicure chair, it's uncomfortable and I just got a tattoo on my ribs, so I said I would like it done after my pedicure is done. I have been offered to do my hands while getting my pedicure maybe a couple of times in the past 15 years I been getting my nails done, not once have I had an issue with that. Then, who I believe is the owner, came up to me and said that if I don't get my mani at the same time they may not have time to because they have a lot of appointments coming up. So I said that's fine. She then said, "next time tell me on the phone you want them separate." (I have never had to do this) so once my pedicure ended... I went to the cash register and asked if they were going to have time or not. She said no. Let me add that while I sat during my pedicure, towards the end of it, a girl came in and was a walk in for a pedi and a mani. They allowed her to sit and started both services. When I finished there was a male nail tech not doing anything (because his client had left 5 min ago) and then owner was not doing anything. So she tells me again, next time when you make the appointment tell me you want them separate. I told her, never in my life have I ever had to say that when I make an appt. She said "that's how we do things here." So I told her, maybe since they're so unique they should ask on the phone while making the appt, and she said no... but I interrupted her snd said, "that's fine, your business, you do why you want." I'm more aggravated now though because I been sitting in in my car in front of their spa now for 20 minutes (already wrote a review on fb) and not one extra client has walked in. I find this immature, and unprofessional. It saddens me because she has great techs and the spa is very nice. But if I'm trying to spend over a $100 in a pedi and mani, treat me with respect and appreciate my service. I have a party tomorrow and now I have to waste time out of my day walking into a different spa to do my mani when I made this appt a day ago. I'm very disappointed. read more

I've struggled to find a great nail salon for awhile now, but I think I've finally found my go to place! Everyone was so welcoming when I came in, and they offered me something to drink while I got my nails done! Bi did an incredible job! I have a really hard time relaxing my hands but he was incredibly patient with me and they turned out beautifully! A lot of salons I've been to don't shape coffin nails very well, but these are perfect! I'm genuinely looking forward to coming back in a few weeks for a touch up. read more

new young man did my nails, they're wonderful. he took his time & made sure everything was to my liking before doing another nail. i've been coming her for over two years on & off an i love the whole staff, they make great conversation an sometimes none at all & i love it! sometimes my hands shake/get tense, every singe time they are patient & understanding. i love them! read more

Glad I came across this place . I had such a great experience here . From the moment I walked in until I left . The place is well kept & the decor is different and very catchy . The owner offers a variety of refreshments (water,soda or wine) Why not wine ?This experience made me feel like I was in "Paris" . She carded me which I didn't mind that shows she takes her business seriously . They have t.v's all around & iPads at every station so you can entertain yourself while getting your service done . I asked for the deluxe organic pedicure , which was so relaxing . The lady whom worked on me was so polite & did an awesome job on my pedicure while I sipped on my white wine . My manicure was also done here but by a gentlemen . He asked if I needed another refreshment & if I was ok while I was getting my service done . Thank you all for such a great experience !! This was my first and probably last visit to this salon. I had tips put on as well as a basic pedicure. Before starting, I showed the nail tech the design I wanted, nothing fancy just dark navy color with silver glitter. She assured me she could do it but when it came time to pick the colors, she had neither. She already had the acrylics on so I had to pick a different color. She also managed to cut my fingers not once but four times with both a nail file and the electric grinder. When I would flinch she'd grab my hand to stop me. She even said I was going to mess her up. There was no apology. When I had my pedicure done the massage chair was incredibly uncomfortable and there was no way for the seat to recline or push back. The massager was digging into my back. The pedicure tech was nicer than the manicure tech. This place was expensive and since I was cut 4 times I thought there would have been a slight discount but there was none. I'd save my money and fingers and try elsewhere. read more
