My experience there was amazing! I got Tiffany, which she was a lovely lady. Although she was a bit quiet, when she was doing my full set and pedicure she took her time even though there was a line. She talked to me like she knew me, and I felt extremely comfortable. She asked me about my kids, husband, etc. She was very nice. She took care of me throughout my experience. I would say their prices are good as well. Fast, Easy, and CHEAP! I also got my eyebrows, lip and all the extra hairs on my face wax. I was a little scared but she really comforted me and was gentle about it. I would say she is the best person to get a wax from. From what I saw she was a perfectionist, she was clean and my nails and waxing turned out great. read more

Worst customer service ever! The lady had a lot to say about me in Vietnamese! We argued about how I want my nails done. In the middle of getting my nails done, she stops to clean out the foot tub! Someone else couldve cleaned, the place was empty! My time is very valuable. Then she starts to toss around her tools including my fingers. I sat there in misery until I decided to just leave. Our whole conversation was a disagreement over how I want my nails. She didnt even tell me her name or greet me. Totally not worth $20 for a fill! read more

I have tried gel at Paris nail salon for the first time in my life. Process was rather painful since they were many customers and the manicurists had no patient nor even time to eat. That was just the brining of my journey with them. A bout a week after I have noticed that my nails started flaking and sort of brittle for the first time in my life. I went to see the and asked what is the issue and how can I fix it. The owner took a look and said, thinker layers of gel to hold the nail. Since I have not much experience with nails, I took her advise and done a second gel treatment with thinker layers. 2 weeks after when the gel start peeling off it was clear that Inhave an issue. The first time gel manicure ended up with fungal infection almost under each finger. My nails look horrible and The healing process is unpleasant the least. I've been getting my nails done here for over 2 years and the service has been excellent every time. Everyone is really friendly and not too pushy. If you are getting your nails done, of course they ask if you want a pedicure or wax and if you say no, they leave it at that and don't keep asking. I have always gone in and got a gel set then fill. I used to get them clear and natural until I saw they had these cool glittery acrylics and colored powders. Now thats all I get. The technician I go to is able to do some cool color combinations and I get the color changed every 2 weeks. Lasts WAY longer than polish since its acrylic. It doesn't chip or fade either! I get nothing but compliments on my nails. A full gel set is cheaper without the glitter acrylic which is $45 and the fills w/acrylic color change is $37. But for the quality, service and all around friendliness, its so worth it. The best part is, if you go there enough they actually remember you. my case: i thought i'd wax my bikini line myself with the Nads waxing strip i bought from target. it was too painful and i clearly wasn't doing it right b/c i couldn't align it so i decided to try to wax the whole pubic area. BIG MISTAKE. then i tried shaving a little. ANOTHER BIG MISTAKE. so i had a few patches and i needed to find a decent and cheap place to fix it. then i read the good reviews about Paris Nail so i decided to give it a try. Tammy was the one who gave me the Brazillian Bikini Wax. She's soo nice and she didn't judge me when I told her about my STUPID & NAIVE mistake. The place is small but clean. She got almost all the hair except the area I shaved so she tried tweezing it so it'd be cleaner. Totally appreciate her patience&efforts. It's my first time and I have to admit it was quite painful but Tammy was quick and thorough. Brazillian is only $30 and I gave her $10 tip for being so great! It's not a fancy place like those spas. It's a typical Vietnamese nail salon without all the gossiping and rude behavior. And it's open 7 days a week with really nice people. They also accept credit card w/o charging you a fee like most nail salons. read more

The nail salon I usually go to was very busy so I thought I'd try a new place. After driving for a short distance, I saw a sign that read Paris nail right next to the Albertsons. Luckily the wait was only 10 min so I decided to stay. Plus a fill for acrylic nails were only $15. Not bad at all! When I sat down the lady right away told me that my nails(previously done somewhere else) was no good. She said that next time I should consider taking the nails off and doing it all over with a different acrylic powder. I just said "Oh okay....". The fill took about 45 minutes, which was a normal. When I looked at my done nails they were no different from getting done somewhere else. The service was just alright too. When I was done the lady who did my nails told me to pay $18. I asked her if it wasn't $15 and she said that she applied gel on it which is an extra $3. I know $3 isn't alot but I never asked for it. She should have asked me before doing any extra service. read more

I really wanted to like this place and they actually really do a good job. I have come here for about 2-3 months now so I've given it plenty of chances. Here's the issue...I always get a gel finish with my acrylic refills but the gel almost always cracks. It's such a shame because I like how they do my nails. It's not just me either, I have seen a few people come in while I am getting my nails done asking the ladies to fix the cracks. They basically have to do redo the whole nail buffing off the gel and repainting. This is lengthy especially if it's a dark color. To be fair, they do offer to fix the issue for free if they painted within the first couple of days they paint them. It's unfortunate that I now have to find another spot, they were walkimg distance from me :( read more

I've been going to Paris Nails for years. Tammy has excellent customer service and she is extremely talented at facials! Her facials are better than the $200 facial at an LG spa. I've watched them clean their equipment, and they post the cleaning schedule. I have never had any infection problems. Tammy and Snow are my go to girls. I've been going here for almost 2 years for a brazilian wax. When I first moved up here, I went to a place on the East Side and it was HORRIBLE. The woman took an hour to wax and I hurt for at least a week. I was VERY grateful to find Paris Nail because Tammy is the BEST. She is quick and efficient. I'm in and out no longer than 5 minutes. Plus, it's cheap, $30. A lot of places are at least $50. I HIGHLY recommend this place if you want a cheap and fast wax. (I'm sorry for those of you that did not have a good experience..) The only reason I give one star is because I went a few weeks back and had Tiffany who deserved 6 stars or more. She was excellent and did a more than thorough job, went above and beyond. I went again recently because she had done such a good job, but unfortunately she wasn't there. I wanted the gelish polish on my fingers and a pedicure. The pedicure came out fine. I already had the gelish on my finger nails from the previous time, and needed it removed first. I told them, I need them soaked in acetone in order to get it off. They must of asked me a dozen times, what I had and what I wanted, and kept pretending to understand even though they didn't have a clue. If you do give it a chance, don't go to Snow; I would bet money that she didn't even have her license because she didn't have a clue what she was doing. She used the rotating filer to take off some of the gel on some of the fingers, but not all of them. I thought she would soak the rest off, but she just filed a little bit. Now I have been growing my nails out for about 5 months after having had fake nails. I really hate the idea of filing the tops of my nails since they are so weak to begin with, but I know they need to do a little. Pieces of the old gel were still on my nails and she went to move forward with the process. I had been there so long already, so I just gave up with asking for it to be soaked off...again. She started filing my nails. I said, I only want a little filing since I was trying to grow them out. She filed down my thumb, but not to my liking, so I took the file and showed her how I wanted it done. She kept trying to take the file back, but I waited til I was done to give to her. Then she kept filing it, even though I was already done. I tried to tell her it is fine, but obviously she was not listening to me. She did 2 more nails before I could take it back from her and finish. I felt sick to my stomach and wanted to cry because she had filed them down so short and so round, that now it will take forever to get back to the way I wanted them. Finally the girl doing the pedicure asked me what was wrong, I told her, and they let me finish filing the rest. I was able to preserve a few of the nails. She went to nip at my cuticles, without even putting any cuticle oil on and pushing back the cuticles first. I said, no, I don't want that, and they looked at me crazy, and she still nipped around the edges of a few. Spoke crap about me to each other in their own language. Yes, we do know when you are talking crap about us, even if we don't speak the language. I know that most nail salons do this too, but they really should learn that it is extremely rude. Anyhow, enough getting off track, if she had prepped the correct way, maybe I would have let her, but if you go at the cuticles dry, you can cut too much and make them bleed. You can't even file my nails correctly with your cheap rough files, I am not letting you go near me with the blades. Finally she goes to paint my nails french and does such a poor job. She was frowing the entire time as if it was the first time she'd done it. They were going to do a top gel (since they had no idea what the gelish was even though Tiffany knew how to do it before), but after seeing what a terrible job she did, I said no thank you. I do not want the gel, just a regular top coat. She still put it on!! I said no, and pulled my hand away, and she still insisted that I take it. I was so frustrated that I wanted to pull my hair out. I did not want the polish to stay on so strongly because I needed to go home and soak in acetone myself in order to get the original gel polish off that she never took off to begin with. It may seem super long, this review, but I have omitted so many things just to get it this short. I wish the health inspector would check this place out because from what I could see, they were not sanitizing their equipment. Just put the dirty stuff back into their plastic boxes instead of the sanitizing solution. If you are willing to try, don't go unless you have something very simple to have done, and definitely don't go to snow!! read more
