Very friendly neighborhood shop! We were in town to visit some friends and we had a little time gap to get some pampering done. I had a full Mani Pedi done. With my manicure they call it an 'ombre' acrylic which is a very cute subtle gradient effect. My gel pedi was done efficiently and the water temp and foot scrub and rub hit the spot! Pricing are very much in the affordable side of average from my experience. Doesn't hurt that the manager is very friendly and it's always nice to have a nice sip of coffee in between. I stopped into Anna's Nails on a whim. Taylor Swift's 'Midnights' album was coming out, and I wanted to get themed nails to commemorate the occasion. My vision was distinct, in that I wanted navy nails with lots of silver glitter, and plain navy polish on my toes. Ngoc-Hien, the owner, was able to take me in immediately and helped me choose two gel polishes from their large selection that matched my vision to a T. My manicure lasted 2 weeks and my pedicure, 3 weeks, without any chipping. If it weren't for my nails growing so fast, I could have kept the polish on for longer. 10/10 would go again and recommend to family and friends. I really liked this place when I first started going and they do a good job. But lately they always try to charge me extra. For example the first time I got white tips it was no charge. This time white tips were 5$ extra. Or the time she didn't tell me it was going to be double the price for glitter in the acrylic when she suggested it. Or the time she didn't get the corner all the way with the acrylic so the next time she said it would just be easier to take it off and redo it. Which she charged me 5$ for when the wall says a repair is only 3$.... And then I told her I wanted ballerina shape and she said they had to be pretty long in order to look good. Then she tells me I'm going to come back in a couple days because I'll regret getting them so long. Wrong. I'm not going back again. Thanks though read more

I am very happy with my experience today as a 1st time customer. I was looking for a personable salon, a place where they actually cared you were there.(there was no chatter between the techs that I didn't understand, as I had experienced elsewhere that had made me feel out of place/unwelcome) I felt completely comfortable today, like I was welcomed into their home. It is difficult for me to spend money on myself & having pretty nails is fairly new for me. I love my nailsI found them on Yelp, called, & I was thrilled that they could fit me in quickly. I also appreciated that the friendly woman who took care of me had nail polish on her nails. She loves what she does, it shows. (Previous experience at a different salon, none of the techs had polish on.) Attention to detail was awesome as well today. Looked up this place and decided to try it out due to decent reviews and distance from our location. My sister was taking me out for pedis and we were able to walk in and they had space for us right away. The place isn't super fancy, but clean. After picking our colors we took a seat and both of us were shocked how hot the water was for the pedis - even later when another gal came in and got seated also exclaimed how hot the water was. My gal had very long painted nails, nice until they dug into me once too many times. I also don't get pedis very often and my big toe had a lot of skin buildup (not quite ingrown) and she was very rough cleaning it and cut me TWICE and had to use the stuff to treat the cut. She was also hard to understand, not really talking to me directly but vaguely giving directions (feet in water, feet out of water, etc); also very had to understand when she asked me if I wanted Sea Salt scrub (I said no, and then she made comment about it being extra cost). A second gal finished my polish, she was easier to understand and seemed to know better what she was doing. When my sister went to pay she had to carefully look over the bill and clarify we DID NOT get the sea salt scrub, only the basic; and the gal who took our $ (who was the same one who did the polish and was within earshot the whole time of our treatment) acted confused. We left regretting our choice of location, my sister it turns out was also cut. Luckily, there was Donut Factory a few doors down which had delicious donuts to treat ourselves. 2 stars only because they could take us in as a walk in and it was clean. read more

Used to love this place, but the last time I went (about s month ago), the new owner was on the phone the whole time, talking very loudly and occasionally yelling something to my manicurist. But then the owners husband decided to take a nap on the bed where waxing is done. H was snoring aloud my and the curtain wasn't drawn. A bit after he woke from his nap, his wife brought in food and began eating on the bed. The equipment was filthy and I had a rough cuticle cut. Never, ever going back again. I made appointments for my daughter and I a day before and we were so excited to get our nails done together for the first time! When we showed up it was obvious that our appointment wasn't really set and that they had double booked as the two nail techs were busy, one had just started a set and seemed surprised when we said we had appointments. The main lady tried to first say that she didn't know the girl had an appointment and then later used an excuse about how things take longer but it was very obvious that they just double booked and disregarded our appointments. The only reason I stayed is because my daughter was so exited to get nails. She was started about ten mins after we arrived and then I finally got started as she was finishing up. They also pushed gel xl and we had no idea what it was but she failed to mention that you cant get fills so now we have to pay more for a new set next time and we feel hustled. Horrible experience very rude staff who really didn't care that they ruined my experience with my daughter. They gave me 10% at the end but that was such a slap in the face and I still tipped to be nice but I do not recommend this place at all. So, I have very mixed feelings about my experience here. It was wonderful until about halfway through. It was my first time in here and I was getting a shellac full set of acrylics and a pedi. The woman was nothing but friendly. I called ahead and she got me seated right when I walked in. I felt bad because they abandoned another customer because I had had an appointment, but she seemed to understand. My acrylics turned out wonderful. Their shellac selection isn't anything to write home about. She took the time to ask if the shape was good, and listened to my requests. She was very good at it. I think they might charge for certain shapes, but since I was a new she said she wouldn't charge. There were a couple nails not filed the same, but she fixed them right up when I asked about it. I asked her how much design on nails are, she said $5. I said I was thinking about a couple flowers on my toes, not my fingers. I told her I have a picture, and they're just Hawaiian flowers since I'm about to go on vacation there. She said 'okay I'll give you some Hawaiian flowers!'... When it came time for the pedicure, she was very easy on my feet. The massage chair was super nice feature. She was more gentle on the scrub than I'd probably prefer but it's okay. So my issue was, she left for a few minutes I thought to grab the Polish for my hands. She came back and pulled out a hot pink color and started on the flowers.....and then it was orange, then silver, and black. On my baby blue nails. And I KNOW. She thought she was doing me a favor. And I felt too bad and awkward to say anything, but I most definitely should have before she even touched me with the pink polish. She took a lot of time to do the design, so I couldn't say I didn't like it. The problem wasn't that they weren't Hawaiian hibiscus flowers, it's just the fact she took it upon herself to improvise and do the flowers without any asking or recommendations. It was not at ALL what I wanted. They're well done, yes. But I couldn't believe it, I thought maybe she would double check with me. I don't even like the color pink at all!!! And I ended up paying nearly $80 after everything, so yes I was extremely let down when I left. EVERYTHING else was great about my visit. I wish it didn't happen like this. I plan on getting it fixed elsewhere hopefully, and unfortunately spend even more money. I can't live with myself giving a 3 star because she was so nice and sweet, and it might as well be my own fault for not saying anything. This was most likely a one time occurrence so it's not the end of the world, and they don't deserve a low rating. read more

We did an ombré or French tip with perfect SeaHawk colors, she painted footballs and a perfect hawk head symbol. Xmas designs are so unique you get many compliments. I showed a picture and explained what I wanted. The ladies there were very nicely dressed, polite and most importantly did not talk to each other in their own language the whole time.
