After a pedicure at Paris Nails, I have a nail infection. My toe had to be incised and drained and I am on antibiotics twice a day! Sterilize your instruments people! read more

My friend and i came in here since we were in the area to get our nails done. As soon as we walked in there, the people were very rude and rushing us to find a color. They were getting angry. They didn't really listen to us and made us feel wanted. Our nails came out horrible and not liking it. I regret going to this place and i will never go there. i also won't recommend it to anyone. I am not a harsh person or anything, but this place sucks read more

I walked in to get my fake nails taken off because I got them done for my wedding but can't work with them on and the lady looked very annoyed and the whole time acted like I was burdening her....it's advertised on their price board! I went to pay and she was like "do you have cash" and I told her no I just have card then she swiped it and while it was processing she proceeded to toss things on the table in an annoyed manner....was thinking of going here to get nails done in the future because it is close to home. But I will go somewhere darter for better customer service :( glad I didn't spend a lot of money here! read more

I love this place! The people are really nice and the pedicures are reasonable and very good!

LOVE IT!!!!! we went for mother daughter bonding and all teh people were really sweet. my daughter was really uncomfortable but they soon made her feel welcome, the nails came out great!! we both got complimenatry flowers, it was awesome!! definatly recomend it!! read more

The five-stars are for Meena's service and Emily's salon in general. I only use Meena because her manicures are perfection and I'm about as picky as they come. I'm there every week and she never disappoints, except when I can't get in to see her!! Love this place. Everyone is so friendly and they remember your name. Highly recommend. They're really good with my 10-year-old daughter, too. A huge bonus. read more

I have gone there a few times there and have always had great service. I just got a dip manicure for the first time and I love it! I definitely recommend this place. read more

Best place in all of Denver!! After 2 years of coming to this place every 3 weeks, I can definitively say their shellac nails last the longest (3 weeks), their pedicures (with the lengthy leg massage) are the best and their customer service is unparalleled (I'm welcomed and thanked for coming in EVERY time I walk through the door!) I can't quite understand the negative reviews! Maybe those people wrote a review on the wrong nail salon?? Mina, her husband Tim, and the rest of the staff (many are family members) always are available at the time of my scheduled appointment, always hurry if needed but don't if not, and always are professional. With the added benefit of the clean environment and tools, I'm not sure why you would go anywhere else! read more

Nice staff, good service. I've been here twice and the first time the professional was better.

I went to this nail salon as it was the only one open on Easter. I watched every other customer pay for their nails and toes when they were in the dryer area. My tech did my toes and then before finishing my nails, asked me to pay. I said I'll pay her when she was finished. She justified this terrible treatment saying she didn't want me to mess up my nails by going in my wallet. I repeated I would pay for the service when it was complete. I thought that was the end of it until she told a male worker something in another language. He then harassed me saying I needed to pay. I told him I would pay at the same point in the process as everyone else did. He then said ALL the other women had a different kind of paint than I and that's why they could pay when they did. I told him I didn't believe him and paid after being harassed. I'd already told the girl I did not want to pay at that point. I know why they had me pay early, I am not stupid. I have been treated this way before at nail salons and have actually avoided going to nail salons because of this treatment. I will not be returning as they treated me like a criminal because of the color of my skin. read more

I've been here several times, but its been hit or miss, depending on who is available. The last time was not a winner. The service provided for the basic level mani and pedi has decreased, while the prices have increased. I had to file my own nails, because she didn't understand the basic shape I wanted! They kept a live streaming of a Vietnamese market on the TV the whole time I was there. While that might be appealing to staff, it likely isn't to the paying customers. Like the other reviewer below, likely that same child was present and too engaging with customers and distracting while in the salon. Why don't owners consider the customer experience, and not just their own needs? Then towards the end of my time there, I watched the male staff person put their collective trash in the public receptacle OUTSIDE on the sidewalk. :-( That trash container is for customer's occasional use, not for business' use. Was a turnoff experience. read more

After going for a pedicure that i was pleased with, I decided to try their manicures. I went in on a Saturday about an hour and a half before closing, and experienced a pretty bad manicure. They were rushed to get closed for the day, so I did not receive the full service I expected. The nail technician trimmed my cuticles so much that three days later my nail beds were sore and sensitive to the touch. Also, she filed my nails too short and when she cleaned under my nails she was in such a rush that she stabbed me with the tool and it was quite painful. I paid 35 for the gel polish, and did not receive a hand/fore arm massage. read more

The service is SUPER slow. We called ahead and still waited. It took over 2 and a half hours for two pedicures and a manicure. Their credit card machine was broken, which they didn't tell us until our feet were in the water bath (which was filled with cold water!) Customers were having to go to Safeway to get cash with wet nails. The final result of the pedicure was ok... and the foot/ leg massage was nice. But because of the wait, the inconvenience, and slow service, I won't return here. read more

I see Mina for pedicures and she does an excellent job. I've never been disappointed. The place is clean, friendly and often very busy. For whatever reason, they prefer cash or check over credit cards which is sometimes inconvenient. It's worth it to me. I call ahead for an appointment and go with cash. read more

I have been bringing my daughter and fiancé here for over a year. Before the fancy remodel, we had been loyal.Every two weeks we are here like clock work and always make sure we tip extremely well. I have only brought my daughter by herself a couple of times but the level of service is shocking. My daughter is 9 is always very thankful and great full for the service. I always bring extra cash because my daughter likes giving whomever does her nails an extra tip on top of what we tip at register. Today it was just her and I again, waited for about 45 min, watched other ladies get in before us that were also doing mani/ pedi, then finally says we can get her now, I repeat again what she is getting done then they feel like they have to tell me the price. So took my daughter out of the chair and tell her let's go. I don't expect my daughter to be treated special but expect her to be treated the same! As a parent who's daughter is his world, I don't pay attention to how you treat me so much but I pay extra attention to how you treat my daughter. I love making sure my daughter is taken care of and that I have the ability to do so. I don't care if it's her getting her nails done or whatever it is, don't treat her like her money is any different.... read more

Amazing! Best pedicure in Denver. I never feel rushed and the staff is super friendly. Their prices are great, they have tons of colors to choose from and it is rarely over crowded. read more

Excellent all around! Wonderful and friendly service. I had had a terrible hang nail that I had pulled earlier in the day and left a wound. The lady who did my nails took extra care to avoid it and caused absolutely no pain. The end result was a perfect shellac manicure! read more

Great work, lovely massage and kind people. I will be returning for pedicures. It's a really calm space too.

I have only had my nails done at salons a few times. I usually do my own, once a week, and I am pretty good. I asked around to a lot of friends and groups and this place was rated pretty high, but the result want as great as I had hoped for. When I was going on a two week trip in which I would be outside and backpacking, I wanted a gel mani to protect my nails (which can be weak and split easily. Polish helps keep them whole). The salon was able to get me in quickly, which was great, and it's convenient location-wise. The woman who did my nails was very nice. They didn't have the color I wanted (neon yellow), which was disappointing. The end result wasn't that great. I do a better job of clean-up around my cuticles, and I had hang nails that hadn't been clipped that I had to do myself. On the plus side, the mani did last the 10 days I needed it, but if I ever need another gel mani, I probably won't go back. read more

Love this place! Always available for walk ins and so CLEAN!! I'm a cosmetologist and the proper care and sanitation of tools is so important to me, it's amazing how many nail salons out there could be spreading disease without the client's knowledge. This place is great, everyone is very nice and welcoming, highly recommend it if cleanliness is important to you as well! They autoclave their tools and everything comes out of the sanitary packages before they touch you, they use plastic protectors in their pedi bowls, all things I will walk out of a nail salon if they don't do. A+ for Paris Nails! read more

I went here because it's super close to my job and the reviews are great reviews. Unfortunately, my experience here was horrible! First I walk in and all the nail techs seemed annoyed that I interrupted their conversation not a friendly welcome what so ever then I was told to just "sit over there " mind you all the chairs are open so I go to sit and I'm given attitude and told not there but over there umm...ok? So once I finally sit down the nail tech doesn't even try talking to me and just starts putting my nails on, a little rude but ok then when asked how long I want them I told her I wanted the "coffin shape" so, long enough to get that shape, then I'm told it's an extra 5 dollar charge to keep them long. I have never been charged extra to have long nails but since the nails were already glued on I had to commit to the service, I had mentioned to her that the nails were a lot longer than I like so if she could cut them shorter and she didn't want to cut them shorter since she was charging me the extra 5 dollar charge and the whole time this is going on there was another nail tech making comments on how she only likes short nails and mine are to long for her liking (super unnecessary) and on top of all of this I had let the tech know I was on my lunch break and needed to go back to work soon and she continued to talk to other nail techs and take her time. It took her an hour and a half to do a full set. I also showed the nail tech a picture of the color I wanted (a soft rose pinkish color) and the color I got was a bright almost orange color and while my nails were drying she left me there didn't come check if they were dry or tell me how much longer it would be. My nails are crooked some are longer than others they just look horrible. Now I have to go to another salon and spend more money to have them fixed. My overall experience here was horrible and I will never go back nor would I recommend this nail salon to anyone read more

WORST experience I have ever had! The lady tore up my feet. By the time she was done I was BLEEDING! She also cut my nails way too short. Most painful thing I have ever gone though. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I will never recommend this place to anyone and I will definitely never be going back here. read more

Got acrylic nails done for the first time and they did a very good job on mine, I would recommend, the only fault in the nail experience was they didn't do a very good job of cleaning up underneath the nails. read more

Paris Nails - Nail Salons Near Me - Denver, Colorado

If you're looking for a great pedicure/manicure with an AMAZING massage (Lets be honest, that's the most important part to most of us) ask for Tim. He hits pressure points that immediately relax you and send tingles throughtout your body. The customer service is wonderful, they offer tea/water, anything to make you confortable. They also have a HUGE variety of nail styles, tips, charms, colors, shellac, gel, etc. This is the best place I've been to in awhile, and i have checked out MANY places looking for a great pedicure, most are just ok, but Paris keeps me coming back! read more

You know I wanted to write a really positive review about this place because I hate writing negative reviews but I want to say that the lady did a great job on my pedicure. My feet are kind of like woolly mammoth feet so I commend her for being able to get them smooth and lovely. But my god did she botch my nails. I prefer a coffin shape which is more narrow towards the tip and I wanted them shortened and a nice Christmas color. My nails look like I had them done in 1998 they are square, they are kind of uneven, and they are super thick. I don't understand what it is about Denver where I struggle to get a decent nail tech. All I've experienced is mediocre and sloppy and rude and unprofessional and not very clean. The color that I chose was running low so when she was painting my nails it was very thin and it was clearly not going to work so I suggested taking another color and then applying the glitter over it. So she starts picking neon orange and pink and metallic orange colors. I just go no just do a dark red and the guy that works with her turns around to tell me "you already picked your color" da fuck!!! I don't care if I decided to change the color, I don't care if I decided that I didn't like the shape I don't care it doesn't matter I'm a paying customer you're out of the color that I want I'm trying to improvise and you made me sit there in my pedicure water for 45 minutes. Garbage don't go here. read more

I've tried many nail salons all over town, and I keep coming back to Paris Nails. I always have a consistent experience there. Friendly staff, no long waits, no strong chemical smells, good prices, and quality service. Most of the technicians give a pretty good massage with the pedi (my favorite part!). I recently got a gel manicure, and the lady did an awesome job. Lasted 3 weeks with no chips! I only removed it because I wanted a color change, but it probably could have lasted about another week. The gel polish was also easy for me to remove and didn't damage my nails, as some from other salons have in the past. I would definitely recommend this place! read more

I am not a mani/pedi kinda girl. I ignore my feet all winter and slap some funky polish on in the summer. I also sand my heels with a DeWalt orbital sander (I only WISH I was joking - my husband says I have hooves). We are currently remodeling our kitchen, and the sander is being used for drywall; it is FILTHY. So, now that the weather is warmer, I picked up some new open-toed shoes. I was horrified by the condition of my feet. They just looked yucky. A quick call to Paris Nails had me in the chair in 15 minutes. Every pedi chair was occupied by 5pm and everyone's feet looked great when we were done. I am not a huge fan of feet, but I am a huge fan of flip flops, and this pedicure has made me a believer. I'll go back for sure. My feet are soft and smooth and almost pretty (again, not a huge fan of the foot as a body part in general). The massage chair was awesome. No pain in the clipping part, which I was afraid of. I haven't compared prices or anything, but $25 seemed reasonable for the hour. I also noticed you can get a manicure/pedicure for $35. Next time, I'll try that! read more

I stopped into this nail salon after having moved to the area just a few days prior. I was originally in the nearby AT&T store (also excellent) when I saw their sign from across the parking lot. I get my nails done (Shellac and pedi) on a fairly regular basis, and so I can be pretty particular about how they are done. Nevertheless . . . I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place. I walked in without an appointment (albeit almost as soon as they opened) and probably received the best shaping of my nails that I have ever had. Ever! They are flawless. On the very, very plus side, the foot massage that I got was simply divine and the polish job for both the Shellac (Gellish) and Pedicure was perfect. There is no doubt that I will return to this establishment. The price was exactly in line for what I was used to ($50 for Shellac and pedi) and everything is still looking perfectly two days later. read more
