This is the second time within the last four weeks we have been to Paris Bistro. The service is too slow. If you want to spend 90 - 120 minutes for your two course lunch, please do it. But this is outrages and we didn't get our entree after 60 minutes and the server was overwhelmed with servicing too many customers. Never Had a bad meal here and can't wait to try again! I have never been to Paris but I would imagine this is how it is to eat at a Bistro overseas! This an awesome place. We had the Croque-Monsieur (French ham sandwich) and Paris Bistro Burger. Both we excellent. The mixed greens were very fresh, with dressing that was just enough and not overwhelming. My son, who had been here before, says the truffle fries are great. The environment is very nice. Took my mother to lunch who's wanted to try it for awhile. The service was horrible. Curt, rude, no information, irritated that our table needed wiping. We eventually got menus and water. Water never got refilled and no bottle left on our table (everyone else did). Finally ordered, food took forever. French onion soup had raw crunchy onions floating in tepid broth and rubbery cheese. Was brought wrong salad first time around, waiter was annoyed by his mistake. My mother was told soup of the day one thing and was brought a totally different soup and quiche. The quiche was adequate, not great. I'm very disappointed by our experience especially after looking forward to it for so long. And $40 for a crappy lunch with crappier service? We had read good reviews and heard good comments so we stopped in before going to the movies. It was great. The crepe we shared was delicious and the appetizer was creative and very satisfying. Very friendly service. We will definitely come back and continue to spread the word about this great little place. Only issue is it is a bit small and tight but the food is worth rubbing elbows. Any way to make less then 1 stars? My daughters birthday & she wanted to come here. We are used to them being closed on Mondays so we're surprised when we drove by and they were open. I called up to confirm. I drove back there & saw only one table of 2 full at 3:30 they asked if we had reservations. The entire restaurant was empty and they wouldn't let us have a table. She said we should have called. I said I did and she should have suggested reservations since I said I'd see her soon. It's crepes-how long can it take for a dessert crepe! Great food, prices are reasonable, the french onion soup is AHHHmazing! It's a meal in itself. They have half price bottled wine, Monday through Thursday which is also a great deal. The restaurant decor is nice but casual. I am a lover of creme brulee and their's did not disappoint. read more

Food is always delicious, but the service is subpar. A few of my girlfriends and I frequent here and have never had a bad meal. We also love the red wine selection and St. Germain carafes. Unfortunately we always get the same waitress, I think her name is Rose?, and we end up waiting to order, for the bill, and then our change, for a lengthy amount of time. Every time we are given an apology from either her or another employee saying they are short staffed. Hire more staff? read more

What a great experience! I was looking for place to take my wife for date night and I was referred here by someone I know. The building does does not reflect the quality of what is inside. The space is small but the food was great and the service was outstanding. I had the Tour De France and my wife had the Duck. I was worried that I was not going to get enough food (I like to eat large portions) and was pleasantly surprised at the amount of food I received. The owner gave us a great recommendation for some French soda and never did a smile leave her face. She also quickly accepted the Yelp! $5 off coupon without any hesitation. This place was pretty good - I loved the way the inside was set up. Everything was perfect from the decor to the plates and even the cloth napkins. It really feels like you are in a French cafe. The prices are a bit steep for the food that you get but that being said its worth a try. We had the Mona Lisa crepe ($14) as well as the crème de la crème crepe ($12) and coffee (Lavazza $2.50). The crepes were good but I definitely thought the sweet crepe was better than the savory. I will definitely be back for desert and also to try the bistro burger that they have because it looks really good. Wine selection was good if not deep. At first I had a pouilly-fuisse that did the job but had a weird aftertaste. I switched to a NZ sauv blanc and it was much better. Our server, Daniel, was friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and all-around excellent. He was spot-on and not intrusive. Pleasant and polite. The music started out a bit loud but when the sun started to set the volume was lowered. The music selections were very good - french oriented (even if some were Quebecois!) We started with the escargot which were perfect in their dish of six swimming in garlic, herb, and butter sauce served with perfect French bread slices. I had the "bouillabaisse" which was actually more like a cioppino (more tomato than saffron in the broth) in which the mussels and clams were good, the whitefish was good, the mini octopi and the calamari rings were a bit tough (I suspect they came from a "mixed seafood" bag product) and the mirepoix was diced quite large. All breads served were fantastic! Some slices came with the "bouillabaise" and soaked up the broth very well. Crusty, gluten-y and good! The broth was flavorful but not really what I would consider a bouillabaisse broth. My wife had the "Tour de France" sandwich which she liked and the highly-touted frites were just okay. We had the creme-de-la-creme crepe for dessert and at least these guys know how to make a crepe! Thin and done very well. The chantilly cream was excellent and the flavors (banana / vanilla) were spot on. The gelato on the side was really not needed. Cappuccinos after dinner were excellent. It was a bit of a drive for us to the land of mega-churches, corn fields, and garden centers where this place is oddly situated. Would consider going again. read more

Everything I tasted was amazing, from the bacon-wrapped dates to the creme de le creme crepe. I ordered the steak skillet as my dish. Personally, I think it should've been called the Potato Skillet, considering it had more potatoes than the delicious steak. My wife and I came in for a visit this past weekend for our three year anniversary. I had corresponded with the owner via email about a month prior to our visit, asking some questions about what to expect when arrive. She was quick and happy to respond. We were pleasantly surprised by everything; it's certainly a unique and one of a kind restaurant. While we can't speak for actual French food, everything was prepared very artistically, quickly and came out piping hot. It was all delicious, my wife had a seafood crepe special and I had a slightly modified version of the Mona Lisa crepes. They are happy to make changes as everything is made to order. For dessert we had several macaroons and a few scoops of gelato; salted caramel and Nutella. All were delicious! There was one server for the whole restaurant, but he kept up just fine and a few other ladies that worked there helped keep things going. Everyone treated us really well and was polite and helpful. If we ever have the opportunity, we will certainly be back. We heard there is a new location located in Geneva that is a more upscale and fancy version. We might check them out as well.
