Had brunch at Paris Bistro in Naperville. The service was outstanding and the food was delicious as well. I like to come back here for dinner at some point, they have an extensive menu. My eggs Benedict were prepared perfectly.

I came here for date night with my husband after a long week. It was a great time! Paris Bistro was the perfect place to unwind, sip on some adult beverages, and have some really good French food. We've driven by this spot many times in Naperville Crossings and finally had the chance to try it. We came on a Friday night and I called ahead to make a reservation. They had a table for us without any issues, and even if you walked in on Friday night without calling, I think you'd be able to be seated fairly quickly, if not immediately (based on the night I went). It was bustling, but not packed, and comfortable. When I glanced at their menu before arriving, I was wondering whether Paris Bistro focused on breakfast/brunch as opposed to dinner. It looked like their crêpes and brunch service was popular, and most of the photos were of brunch items, so I was curious whether dinner would be worthwhile - it totally was. As a self-proclaimed Francophile (I fell in love with the language and studied it in junior high, high school, and college, does this add legitimacy to my claim?), I love French cuisine, even though it's usually for special occasions. A core memory involving French food was the night my husband proposed, we had booked back-to-back reservations in Chicago at two different French restaurants. My ecstatic "yes" to my now-husband when he went down on one knee came after a bottle of red, moules frites, bread & butter, and cassoulet. French food is pure happiness. But I digress. At Paris Bistro, we each ordered a cocktail (they are strong and good) and shared moules frites and a French onion soup. We requested bread & butter, and then I ordered the boeuf bourguinon and my husband ordered the pork medallions. My dish came with the fluffiest whipped potatoes, and the pork medallions came with "pommes landaises" which we googled; potatoes sautéed in duck fat, yes please. The food was delicious. What a gem of a restaurant so close to home. Having moved out of Chicago to the 'burbs in the last year, Paris Bistro fills the French-cuisine shaped hole in my heart when I left behind all the big city restaurants. I would love to come back for dinner again, try other dishes, and linger over a bottle of wine. I would also love to come back for their brunch service. They had advertised a special consisting of a gigantic croissant for a crowd (how fun). They also serve the popular "suprême croissants" which I have yet to try. Their crêpes look fantastic, and I know they serve a boeuf bourguinon crêpe too. I am so happy we found our way to this restaurant, and we hope to be back soon.

Tea party menu

Will definitely be going back. Excellent selection of French and American cuisine (and I have been to France!) Staff was super nice and the ambience really elevated our experience. They do tea parties. They have live music and specials everyday of the week!! Ingredients taste fresh and everything is made to order!! They have some events coming so please check them out

I went here for a birthday breakfast... The food was good but the service was phenomenal. Crystal was my hostess & server. She is easily one of the top servers that I've had at a restaurant in a while. She was so personable & friendly, patient & kind. I would definitely go back to Paris Bistro simply based off my experience with her. I felt valued as a customer. As far as the food the highlight of the show was the Ham, cheese & onion omelette (I think it's called the Jambon omelette on the menu) it was paired with home fries, a croissant, bacon & a side salad I also ordered the soufflé pancakes. These were good but they taste more like crepes than pancakes. Fortunately I like crepes so I enjoyed them. To wrap up my meal I had a scoop of what I believe was like a salted caramel ice cream. It was delicious. Overall it was a unique dining experience outside of your traditional breakfast restaurant. i would definitely recommend. Ask for Crystal

Wonderful breakfast! Had the prosciutto benedict and it was delicious. The rest of the family also loved it. Charming decor, not crazy loud. Delightful music. Love supporting independent eateries like this

Salmon

I had a party of 13 and everyone enjoyed their meal and the service was fantastic. The baked French onion soup was perfect. I also enjoyed the salmon. The pomme a la mode was a game changer. It was fantastic! The entire location was spotless. Wonderful parking. I would recommend the 1664 beer for any meal. We were quite pleased with the whole experience. If you are looking for French cuisine this is the place to go. Last year I was in France for 2 weeks and this surpassed all meals I had in France. Highly recommended!

We dropped in for breakfast - it was a late Christmas celebration with multiple family members present. We had a reservation, which resulted in our being seated quickly at a table which had the right number of seats for our party. And it was a large party of 11 people. This was a breakfast/brunch get together and everyone was hungry. The menu was impressive. I had their Viva Le France waffle, which was topped with blueberrys, strawberries and whipped cream, with a side of sausage. My wife had their Toast a avocet with salmon, which was very good. The rest of our party enjoyed their food. It was cooked correctly, tasted great, and was enjoyed. The interior is quite nicely done, with woodwork and art. The bathrooms were very clean. I'd love to go back.

Went to Paris Bistro on Sunday with a reservation for 1:00pm. We ended up getting seated around 1:15pm. It was pretty busy inside due to a bridal party I believe on one side and just with it being brunch. Everyone was extremely nice, however it did take around 45 minutes to get my Paris Breakfast. I believe they did say that they were taking care of the bridal party first with food, as they didn't expect to be this busy after it had died down from the breakfast time. When we did get our food, eventually, it was hot at the flavor was good. I do recommend if you get the duck and waffles, if you like the add your own syrup little by little ask for iit on the side, or else they pour it over everything for you. We did get dessert which we opt for macaroons. They were good. Our server was nice and gave us extra. They weren't the prettiest but still tasted great. It was a nice touch to give us each an extra one after our original flavor request for our wait.

Service here was fast and I loved the decor of the restaurant. Makes me want to come back just to take a million pictures! Thankfully the food and drinks were also delicious so won't have to twist my arm.

Ask the Community - Paris Bistro

Is there outdoor seating?

Yes there is! Nice and shaded, beautifully decorated with colorful flowers

Is this a byob establishment?

No. We have a full service bar. We charge a corkage fee of $30 per bottle. As of 01/2022. This is subject to change. Also it cant be one of our wines from our winelist. That would be regular price since we carry the same one.

Are there gluten free crepe options or bread?

Yes!!!

How is the wine list?

Mediocre. Bring the better wines from your own cellar for the $25 corkage.

Can we study here?

It's a restaurant not a cafe, so probably not. There is a Panera right across from there that is appropriate for studying.

5 stars for Lemont. Probably 4 stars in Chicago…read more Walked in on a Saturday for an early dinner. It was 5:45, I didn't have a reservation, a they didn't have a table available until 7:30 but there were spots at the bar which they said was full service. My friend and I cozied up to it and ate there. What a surprisingly good experience. The staff was super friendly and that bartenders had great suggestions. I hate when people at the restaurant say everything is good. Not these young ladies. They made some sound suggestions which we followed. French onion soup and the steak frites were both excellent and priced well IMO. They have a really good whiskey/bourbon selection with a few hard to find bottles. I settled on a Blantons neat. They had Pappy, but I'm not wasting money on that anymore. Food came out quickly and we ate and watched a baseball game. The locals at the bar told us about their membership program where I guess for a small mo they fee you get a bottle of wine and a charcuterie plate once a month. Seemed like a pretty good deal. I don't live anywhere near there, but if I did I'd certainly join. In any case, if you live anywhere close, this is definitely a worthwhile restaurant to visit. Seems like there were quite a few singles there as well if you are looking to meet someone. I have no idea what the dating scene is like in Lemont, but this might be a good spot to try.

There's a quiet pride in the air now, a sense that the place knows it has blossomed. Today's tea service was an absolute treat: elegant, cozy, and full of small delights that made the whole experience feel like a gentle exhale. Every morsel was beautifully balanced, from the crisp, refreshing cucumber canapés to warm flaky scones to the indulgent sweets served with a bright sherbet to cleanse the palate. The pumpkin soup was exquisite, velvety and comforting, and the trio of teas were brewed with the care of someone who respects the leaves. Service was excellent: friendly, attentive, warm without being intrusive, exactly what a tea service deserves. This is a special time of year at Suzette's, when you step in from the cold and are welcomed into a space that feels elegant, glowing, and lovingly kept, a perfect little escape, wrapped in French charm and good company. Oh, and don't leave without taking a few of their goodies home... I will surely enjoy mine during the next few days

My Mom and I celebrate this tradition yearly. And usually, they all are very similar. Think fancy hotels: the ritz, the intercontinental, the Drake...and even though Mom and I love them, the pastries every year are pretty much the same. Cold stale little sandwiches, cold refrigerated desserts, one teapot at the table, snobby waiters, etc etc. It is nice and familiar, we sort of have lowered our expectations over the years. We just pick a hotel and go. So when we reserved a new place - not a hotel!!, we were not sure what to expect. We were completely blown away. Throughout the whole experience, very nice and kind servers brought around refills of 3 types of teas. We were never running low on tea. All of the pastries were made either right then or that morning. I went to the bathroom and walked by a large pan of cranberry scones that came out of the oven and felt the warmth. The pumpkin bisque and delicious, warm quiche was to die for! The desserts at the end with the sorbet were incredible. We had never had a tea with warm food before. The hostess as well as all waiters and waitresses were friendly. There was a gentle piano playing Christmas music in the background. I also loved our cushioned seats. The temperature of the room was so comfortable. And the best part - they came around with extras of their pastries and snacks! We had never been to a tea where they passed out extras. The silverware and plates were also gorgeous - we didn't feel rushed and I loved that there wasn't some heavy metal tiered serving tray that other teas use. It also is casual - Mom was in jeans, some people were dressed up and others weren't. It felt like a special experience. We couldn't believe how amazing it was from start to finish. We already booked for 2026. For the cost ($50), you are getting an exceptional Christmas tea. Usually we pay double that per person as well for a less than mediocre tea experience. Consider us forever patrons!!!!!
