Waiting wouldn't have been as frustrating if the experience at the counter had been a bit more welcoming, but the service felt pretty unfriendly and rushed. The environment also didn't leave a great impression. The space felt a bit dirty and grimy overall, especially around the seating and counter areas. When a café is somewhere people want to sit and relax, cleanliness really matters, and this location could definitely use more attention there. I couldn't help noticing the pretty in pink drink and the barista described it to me as a strawberry latte. I found the Pink Perks Iced Coffee to be refreshing drink. It had just the right coffee flavor with a hint of strawberry. I was hoping for a bit more strawberry sweetness but it was still nonetheless a good drink.
