The nice lady working the counter suggested a hot turmeric chai latte. It was delicious without a strong turmeric taste. The space is nice, clean, and comfortable. Parking is ample, but the shopping center can get congested. Overall, Cortado Cafe is a great local coffee shop.

First, there is very little seating and it's very cramped. There's no hallway between the counter and the table and chairs. You have so much business, please consider renting the space next to your existing restaurant to increase seating. And Second, I prefer crêpes that are crispy. These crêpes were a little undercooked. Next time I'll ask them to be cooked longer to be a crispy. We will definitely come back.

I was sad to see that they don't offer 'housemade' pastries anymore, as I remember seeing in their past photos; their menu for their offerings was clearly updated. In addition, the drinks that we ordered were just not good at all: +the Toasted Marshmallow Latte - prepared with 2 shots of espresso, choice of milk, and a housemade toasted marshmallow syrup; this tasted like watered down coffee with no 'toasted marshmallow' taste; coffee could have been prepared strong, and we did ask for 'extra hot', but received it regular temperature +Witch's Potion - an apple cider with chai, topped with a dash of cinnamon; probably one of the worst ciders we've had - wasn't really sure the mixture with the chai, but this just seemed like it was an improperly steeped tea that did not have any flavor The staff were friendly, and there seemed to be local patrons who come here on a regular basis. The blue mobile truck is very cute, and they had some seating available with nice fall decor. I'm glad I was able to check this place out, but no dice, Bear and Swan. +watered down lattes +avoid the ciders +friendly service +updated schedule on their social media

Located in a more industrial area of Springfield, you can find random eateries and cafes around. We ordered: +a latte with oat milk +and, a Mexican Mocha - prepeared with espresso and Mexican mocha mix, topped with whipped cream and chili flakes Both drinks were not piping hot and more lukewarm; the whipped cream was artificial, and the chili flakes seemed old and expired as it had an off-putting taste to it; both drinks had a weird aftertaste and as just not enjoyable. What stood out most was the service. The staff was kind, friendly, and welcoming. I especially appreciated how warm and inclusive they were toward Black customers and culture, which made the experience even more enjoyable. That level of hospitality is always a plus in my book. My only criticism would be the pricing. While the overall experience was positive, I felt the prices were a bit higher than what the food and experience warranted. Overall, Soricha Tea & Theater is a nice spot with good food, a comfortable ambiance, and genuinely welcoming service. With slightly more reasonable pricing, this could easily be a five-star experience. I would definitely consider returning.
