Been to this location a few times and great experience each time. Interior is clean and spacious with plenty of seatings, the French chairs and checker floor tiles is a cute design. And cafe is not too loud. Always filled with a good variety of their baked goods and sandwiches. I've had their strawberry round croissant, iced black coffee, Dubai chocolate pizetta, etc. Strawberry round croissant- good level of sweetness, strawberry chocolate layer on top is slightly sweeter than filling but nice cuz its tartness balances it out. Cream inside is also sweet but not overwhelming and pastry got a nice crunch. Would get this again. I've heard from another location's pistachio version of this is very sweet so a bit scared to try, not sure if it's diff per location. Dubai pizzeta - also great! The Nutella/chocolate spread went well the the tartness of the strawberries and the crunchy bits on top was good, would like a bit more of the crunchy bits. Pastry was a really flaky and nice balance of crispy and fluffy. Would also get again. Their coffee is also pretty good. If you haven't downloaded the app yet, do it. You save points for with every purchase but they also at times give pretty good deals. ESP for your bday you get a free slice of cake! Friendly staff who were very knowledgeable about their company products. How do I know about Paris Baguette? Was introduced to the bakery via a Yelp event many moons ago. I would usually visit a Paris Baguette and get their Matcha (mega filled cream in the middle) croissant and their sandwiches are really good. Coffee gets me going for rest of the afternoon. I finally downloaded their app. Folks sign up for the Paris Baguette app- you get a beverage to start, and they have promotions going on all the time. I had two promos in my Paris Baguette app and have no idea what to do. Staff says to use the one that will expire today. I got 2 of their Raspberry Almond Croissant- flakey with sweet treat in the middle and not too tart since it was a bogo promo. There were chairs and tables to sit and enjoy your treats. Came into this Paris Baguette on a whim and I'm so glad I did. I ordered a strawberry soft cream cake slice, an iced matcha latte and a watermelon lemonade refresher. Everything was delicious!! The cake slice was very fresh and the strawberries on top and within the cake were very-very sweet. The cold drinks also hit the spot due to the hot weather outside. The customer service I received was also top notch. I'm glad I asked for a recommendation on the lemonade refresher drink. I debated between the mango or the watermelon and was given the recommendation of watermelon lemonade refresher by Jason. Good call! I must also commend the staff for the upkeep of the restroom. I always dread having to go into a restroom inside a food establishment. With all the foot traffic that I'm seeing as I sit here, I'm actually surprised the restroom is as clean as it is. If I could give a zero I would. I ordered a green tea strawberry cake last night for pick up today to celebrate my grandpas 80th birthday. The order successfully went through and we were looking forward to this since Paris baguette cakes are always good. When we arrived for pick up they said they couldn't find the cake....then a few minutes later they said they didn't have the cake because it is only available on the weekends. So I ordered it on Tuesday and if it is only available on the weekends why am I able to order it online and there's nothing on the site that says it's not available on a weekday. I received the email confirmation and nothing since. Soooo I am very disappointed and think there needs to be a revamp on their website. I've been to this Paris Baguette many times. It's very conveniently located to the area of Queens I'm usually in. The staff is always friendly, the pastries are always tasty, and they make a great latte (if you're into sweet drinks like I am). Today, they made one of my two drinks the wrong size. Not only did they make a new one at the proper size, they gave me both drinks anyway. I am all about not wasting things, and of course I won't turn down more coffee haha. I stopped by here to get a cake and i saw that they had a blueberry chiffon full cake! This is one of my favorite cakes but I didn't realize that the full cake had a whole in the middle of the cake. I didn't really like that design of the cake and so i asked the cashier (Emily N.) if they could do anything to cover the hole with maybe whipped cream or more frosting. Emily was such a BIG help. She gave an idea of adding fruits in the middle. Since we wanted the cake at that moment she took the time and went to the back to add the fruits and when it came out she did such an amazing job. It's only $2 for a 16-oz of either Java Chip or Green Tea Frappé. It turns out this special is only available at this location in Jackson Heights. Very delicious Biscoff Latte, got a cute pastry in a to go box too. Seating area was clean and the pastries were in glass cases very organized. The two ladies helped us narrow our selection, the barista made our Biscoff Latte was so friendly and made our latte so tasty with whipped cream. Paris Baguette has some surprising deals. Like their 11am-4pm Frappe happy hour where they're priced at only $3. I usually don't opt for something that resembles a frappuccino but damn is it delicious. I think I've tried the java chip and regular mocha. They also have fairly cheap coffee that tastes better than dunkin and probably gives Starbucks a run for its money because they've always been over-priced and taste burnt. I've tried their chocolate chip cookies and I think that's it. But their pastries and cakes look absolutely beautiful and reasonably priced. A good amount of seating. Clean and easy to access from northern blvd, this place came as a blessing to Jackson Heights. For those that can't walk to Canelle, this place is welcomed. Four cars can park in front of the store. THE pastries are really good here. The almond croissant is crunchy on the outside and flaky on the inside. I wish there was more almond filling but the croissant does not disappoint. Their toast is also good and fresh. You need to freeze it so it doesn't spoil. I also like their cake slices. The cheesecake is dense and decadent and enjoyable. The strawberry shortcake is the best around. It's fluffy, creamy and filled with strawberries. The sweetness is perfect. I also tried their chocolate strawberry shortcake and I will just stick to the original. Also, their sandwiches are really good. I'm very happy to see Paris Baguette in the neighborhood. There is seating and the place is clean and spacious. The iced chai tea latte is pretty good and beats it that of Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks. They have sandwiches. The selection is nice. The price points are reasonable, though they are premade and the nearby bagel house has comparable bulkier fresh made options. The edge here is presentation and the ability to mix and match with half sandwiches. The pastries are pretty good and worth the trip. There are currently no comparable options on the strip. I suspect that Paris Baguette is in a unique position to enhance local offerings rather than to compete directly with them. read more

There were three baristas and not one took my order. I had to ask for their attention. There are no papers to get pastries with almost ever. I am a big fan of the Paris Baguette franchise and was so excited when this store opened up at this location since I used to live nearby. I used to come here almost every week pre-COVID and now still come here several times a year when I'm in the area and have had no issues with staff or food so far. Denny's, Dunkin', Chipotle, KFC, CVS, BK, McD's, Taco Bell, now Paris Baguette. Don't get me wrong. I love Paris Baguette. But as with this Paris Baguette and others, I find the price you pay for what you get to be disproportionate especially for an Asian bakery. I mean, are they perfect looking yes. But not all of them are super great. The pastries from Paris Baguette always look perfect but as for taste it is sometimes just meh. Maybe it's a blessing in disguise that the prices make it a once in a while endeavor. Was there even wifi at this location? I was looking for a wifi sticker or sign by the door. I did not see one. I didn't hear them even offering it either to people who were staying. Will find out. Free Wifi is the only reason for me to go besides their expensive pastries. Let's address parking. There is a couple of spots out in the front....when I say a couple I mean like 2 maybe 3 cars can fit if the cars are tiny and you don't mind if you can't open the doors. This location also doesn't have the full line of Paris Baguette pastries that I have had before at other locations. There were no canelés and no croissant donuts (what I call the best Faux-nuts). At about 11:45 am the trays of pastries were pretty empty, three or less of each offering maybe it's grand opening and they haven't hammered things out yet. Excited to see they opened up in the neighborhood. My mom loves Paris baguette and we usually go to the one on queens Blvd. She lives in corona so she was totally excited. The location is great and I think they have 2 parking spots in front. If you are lucky like I am, you are totally winning with parking in front. They have lots of seating and it's nice and clean. I notice that after a certain time, the PB on Qblvd runs out of a lot of the good stuff and they don't replace it. So sad but this location was fully stocked and they kept coming out with more yumminess. Must try the sliced raisin bread. It's amazing. Cranberry pineapple muffin thing is also great. I always love the cakes of Paris Baguette, but not this store. This is the worst Paris Baguette I've been to. I reserved a birthday cake for my son and requested to pick it up at 10:30AM on a Saturday (8/13) morning. I got there on time and there was a line. I saw there were two middle-aged female staff serving a customer, while including me there were 3 customers waiting in line and later 2 more customers lining behind me. But the two ladies were way too slow! I mean, didn't you see the line? The customer in front of me was already rolling her eye balls because of their slow service. When I asked for my cake, one of the staff said I had to wait for another staff downstairs to give me the cake, she knew nothing about it. I was like, "Seriously?! I requested to pick up the cake at 10:30AM and I already wasted 10mins. I waited for another 10mins before a male staff came up and I told him I needed my cake. Then he went to the kitchen and I dunno why the people there are so slow in service!!! It took him a couple of mins to get me the cake. Okay the cake was there finally, the lady who talked to me before gave me a knife that comes with matches, but where are the candles??? They usually come together! Regular patron of this establishment, very well known Korean bakery chain store. Bad bad bad customer service.. One point is not enough. I was making a purchase for the group of people, being in covid Era, people prefer things are wrapped Individuly. I bought 16 pastry, paid $45. And I asked for 3-4 individual pastery bag, and I will pay it. Its not like I was demanding their precious time to wrap them for me, staff can't give or sell 3 bags need manager decision. But manager wasn't there on that day. I stood up and explain and finally end up refund the bakeries. They said no. I was not even leave store. I stood up 1 hour. The staffes are ignore me. Don't expect much from fast food places, but being denied of 3 individual bags and being ignored by employees were totally unexpected. I asked them to include writing that says "Happy Birthday *mom's name*" and candles because they both were options available on the website. I got the cake, there were no candles and no writing. The cake was delicious but what I asked to be included was not included. If it's not possible to have writing on it why was there an option for it to be added? And were the bday candles? I had to drive out just to get candles.
