    Closeup of S'mores Chewie-Wich....YUMMMMMM

DON'T BE JEALOUS... but I'll be snowed in for the January 2026 U.S. Winter storm with these bad boys!!!! Entered this Austin Street location this chilly evening and was warmly greeted by Jonathan (and the aroma of freshly baked cookies), who helped me pick the right number of cookies for my family. Purchased 5 cookies and got 1 free [YIPPEE!!!] and with Jonathan's help selected a variety from their weekly cookie rotation options. With the Reese's Peanut Butter Blast, S'mores Chewie-Wich and the Mint Cookies N Cream, I'll be sitting pretty watching the snow fall. Store is conveniently located on Austin St, near some great restaurants, so be sure to stop in and grab some delectable cookies to take home.

Most welcoming hip city store ao far. Three smiling helpful people with just baked cookies. Walking in they greet you but not as quickly as the scent of just baked warm cookies. These are big cookies you get a few extra for like I did - seeing the snickerdoodle drizzled in chocolate - knew who would like that - but had a s'more's looking one for them- a light colored coolie butter was picked for my mom - and the rest whoever wanted them. This is a score for someone bringing something somewhere or company coming - can just put them out and see them disappear.

I am seriously addicted to Chip City and have been trying the weekly rotation with a staple weekly lately. The apple fritter cookie and the triple chocolate thin chips are both amazing. The cookies and cream cookie is awesome. Another favorite is the blueberry cheesecake cookie!! Staff is always friendly and helpful and they know their ingredients well.

I'm a fan of this place! Keep up with the good customer service, first impressions had a great impact on me! Was not aware of the cookie shop but smelled the inviting scent of fresh cookies while walking along Austin street. As soon as you open the door, the staff greeted you so warmly! And the display of a vast variety of freshly baked cookies just make you want to buy all the different kinds of cookies! My favorites are the brookie and the cookies and cream! Hope to get the chance to taste the white macadamia cookies and hopefully you'll have the katafi dubai chocolate flavor soon! It's a cute little cookie shop with a big heart and a warm friendly atmosphere!

This is a review for delivery. My friend ordered cookies to be delivered to me for my birthday and she selected this location. Two boxes of cookies arrived in tamper-safe sealed boxes and the delivery person dropped it off in a safe manner. There was a range of dark chocolate, chocolate chip, dairy free (which was excellent). The cookies were fresh and delicious. The brookie was insane - definitely a big sugar rush but it's shareable. The cookies are huge and worth trying at least once in your life.

The service is top notch, always greeted with a smile. Small inside but effective for take out and deliveries. My favorite cookie so far is the fruity pebbles cookie, the dark chocolate peanut butter is disgusting, the oatmeal is good and the apple oatmeal is a no because of texture not flavor. Looking forward to trying more flavors in the future.

Gingy crunch ok but too sweet, chocolate chip ok/good, dark chocolate peanut butter not good

This was my first time trying Chip City after reading all the great reviews. My expectations were high, and I didn't find any of the 3 cookies I chose to be amazing. I started with the Gingy Sweet Crunch cookie, and that cookie was overly sweet! I have a major sweet tooth, and it was even too sweet for me! The chocolate chip I found to be ok/good. It was too thick and the chocolate chips were too small for that thick cookie. The chocolate chips weren't ooey gooey either. The dark chocolate peanut butter was awful! The dark chocolate cookie base tasted nothing like dark chocolate! The peanut butter chips were too small to get any peanut butter flavor out of them since the cookie was so thick. I'm not sure if I came on an off day, but I definitely will try them again since other people seem to love them.

I'm so impressed with the experience I had with Jonathan and Madison today at the Forest Hills location. I got out of work late, called 4 hours before store close, and had a large order for my office. Madison was so kind on the phone and took the time to accommodate my order. When I picked up, Jonathan was so incredibly friendly and answered all my questions. Exceptional service. I can't wait to bring these to my office. The cookies are always consistent in size and delicious

Cookies were slightly warm, the service over their website, delivery shame of me right? I've been to that spot it doesn't let me down. Sort of that child hood flash back milk and cookies can't go wrong. Don't know if it was the uber driver who delivered it. But they left the cookies on a weight I have for the front to stay open in the summer time or whenever is needed it. Why could you just call the number was there dude and I had a tip for him. I was just trying to do a little something for my younger sis which is in her late 20,s. No matter there age it's a call of a celebration. I know she likes there cookies also so I honored her taste buds. Galaxy brownie, two confetti chewies, two chocolate chip chewies, two smores chewies, 2 oat meal apple pie (bake them again before having they hit the spot), and a croissant Irish cream which I though was the best out of all them. The cookies were all great try the for yourselves my faves were the galaxy and Irish cream. Won't order delivery again though.bad delivery on uber or who ever they use as a service cause idk who came to leave the box without contacting me. Covid's over

brookie is 10/10 and the red velvet was bomb

The service was a 100-10 Johnathan gave me an amazing smile as i walked in and greeted me with warmth shout out to him

I stopped by on Labor Day for some cookies & shockingly they were open regular hours! I was so happy as I was looking forward to some s'more cookies. Unfortunately since it was half an hour before closing, they were sold out of the s'mores. As an avid chip lover, I see this always happening towards the end of the day. I did manage to get the last chocolate chip cookie and a cookies and cream. It was a quick and easy transaction with nice staff. Walked back to the car to take a bite and good lord they were so warm! The best cookies ever, love chip !

I can't speak to the service or ambiance because this was a food delivery, but I've never had such average cookies! I heated these up slightly with an air fryer, but it didn't do much besides make the cookie softer. The flavors themselves were okay, but I wish these cookies were chewier or crunchier. I was hoping for a texture other than soft -- I think that's what these cookies were lacking. However, I did like the uniqueness of the Banana Cream Pie Cookie. The banana cream pie filling was on the spot!

Very nice employees and solid cookies! I've really liked their chocolate chip and s'mores cookies but not the others quite as much

It's easily accessible right by the subway and the LIRR is very close by. Since it was private they ordered their food which was mostly pastries with various flavors/toppings. I wanted savory since it was dinner time so I opted for I think a red pepper pastry which was yummy! My friend actually bought their pastries. One was a mango dessert with white chocolate outer shell and mango mousse. It was good but a bit sweet due to white chocolate and the cream inside was rich and creamy mango flavored. I am watching my sugar intake so just had a bite to try. The other was a pistachio Dubai mousse and oh my! It was amazing! I definitely am returning for this. Also they served chai which I tried a little. And tea but I was afraid to try the tea bc I am very sensitive to caffeine which causes me to have a hard time falling asleep so I opted out. Private event but service wasn't bad. Just wondered why there wasn't water for the guests if they couldn't drink tea/chai.

With options like a coconut roiboos tea with coffee, black sesame latte, etc, everything has a fun twist. The drinks are a little small but are super reasonably priced. We walked into a space that is very minimal with a simple counter setup, making it more of a grab-and-go spot than somewhere to sit and spend time. The interior is compact and functional, with the focus clearly on the drinks rather than the atmosphere, and the steady flow of customers moving through the counter reflects its popularity as a quick stop. The biggest appeal of Off-Peak Coffee is the variety of specialty drinks. The menu has a lot of interesting combinations that are clearly designed to be more adventurous than standard coffee or matcha drinks. We tried a few and found options like the tiramisu latte and coconut coffee more unique, with flavors that were well integrated and did not feel gimmicky. The fruit-based drinks make the shop feel closer to the modern Asian café style, and the presentation is also a big part of the experience, with many drinks looking as good as they sound on the menu. The visual appeal of each order adds to the sense that the drinks are crafted with care. We tried their matcha drinks, and while they were decent overall, the matcha itself was a little disappointing compared to what we expected. The flavors and toppings helped make the drinks more interesting, but the matcha flavor did not stand out as much as at some specialty matcha shops. It feels like the focus is more on the creative combinations rather than highlighting the matcha itself, and for anyone specifically looking for a strong, authentic matcha flavor, it might not fully satisfy. The service was friendly and the ordering process was quick, which fits the style of the shop. The staff handled the flow efficiently, and the drinks came out without much delay. Since there is very limited seating, it is better suited for grabbing a drink while exploring the area rather than staying for a long café visit. The small space can also get busy during peak hours, but the staff keeps things moving, and the turnover is fast enough that the wait does not feel excessive. The overall pace of the visit is designed around efficiency, and the minimal setup keeps the focus on the drinks themselves. Off-Peak Coffee is worth checking out if you are looking for creative coffee and matcha drinks with unique flavors. While the matcha itself was not the highlight for us, the drink menu has enough variety that there are still plenty of options worth trying. It feels like a good stop for a quick drink rather than a destination café experience, offering a menu that rewards exploration and delivers on creativity, even if the core ingredients do not always stand out as much as the combinations built around them.

I heard him making jokes with customers and asking people for feedback. Now to the rest of it: service is weird and slow. When we were seated, we had to wait a little bit until receiving menus. Water wasn't automatically given to us also, so you have to ask. A woman took down our order, but later asked if we got waffles, even though I said pancakes - overall took 25 minutes to get our order of a salad and pancakes. Pancake platter came with two pancakes, two eggs, and a couple berries on the side. There's also an option to add sausage or bacon but no price there, which adds to the confusion. When we pointed it out, they removed the charge from our bill. There were maybe 3 people who stood behind the coffee bar which is kind of around a corner, making it hard to get service if you're not in their field of vision. Kind of strange there isn't a clear welcoming desk or something like that. Also, I think the menu uses AI as photos - there's a picture of a burger with fries and chips, but I don't think they serve chips. There's also a picture of cake with garlic next to it, which could be an artistic choice. We didn't get any drinks, but there was a table next to us who abandoned their full cups of Nutella lattes which was interesting.
