It's been a week since I had my first experience with Paris Baguette and I've thought about going back every day since then! This place is wonderful! My husband and I stumbled upon Paris Baguette when we were starving and it did not disappoint. Upon entering we immediately fell in love with the gorgeous pastry cases that were filled with lovely fresh delicacies for every tastebud. They had sweet, they had savory, they had croissants with various fillings and danishes as well as glorious looking cookies and fresh sandwiches and salads. It was quite a task choosing amidst all the choices, but we ended up with a turkey sandwich, Nutella croissant, and an almond filled chocolate croissant. The turkey sandwich was simple, but it was one of the best I've ever had (and I am a sandwich connoisseur). The croissants were flakey, huge, appealing to the eyes, and very tasty. I wish there were more chocolate inside, but I've never come across a chocolate croissant that I didn't wish for more. The inside was clean and inviting with tables to eat outside as well. The service was friendly and efficient offering coffees and drinks to accompany our meal. The prices were reasonable as well which was a surprise for the quality and freshness of the food. A Paris Baguette opened in my neighborhood and while I've been receiving coupons in the mail for it, I hadn't ever actually went over to check it out until last night when I was hungry and right near it. I appreciated the options and the employees though the food could have tasted better. I joined the loyalty program and will still head back to give it a try. As a whole, it was a good experience. When I first walked in on a Friday evening, there were only two customers ahead of me. I walked around and looked at the self-serve section, the options behind the counter, and the menu. I decided to order a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant. It came out nice and toasted but probably a bit over-burnt. I made it less than ten minutes before the toasters were to be turned off for the night. I would have thought they would be on for the entire time that the restaurant was open. Either way, the employees were so helpful and walked me through how everything worked and how to come back and take advantage of special offers. Went to Paris Baguette and absolutely loved it. I got my usuals, the blueberry pastry and the mochi donut, and they never miss. That's one thing I really appreciate, the consistency is always on point. There's a new location right by my house, which makes it even better. Super convenient. The service was great, the vibe and atmosphere are always good, and this location has a really cute little patio. Hands down 10 out of 10, highly recommend. I'll definitely be back. read more

First off everything I have tried has been delicious. My mom fell in love with the harvest chicken salad sandwich but I was having difficulty ordering that. I tried and tried but it was never available. I called the store to ask for tips to try to get this particular item delivered and Sachie came to my rescue. Not only did she give me helpful tips, explaining how the process works, she included extra treats because she knew I had been trying several times and was unsuccessful. She went way above and beyond! I can't thank her enough for her kindness and superior customer service. If it weren't for her this would not be a 5 star review!! read more

A bit pricey but the selection is great stopped in to grab some goodies for my staff. The staff and store are clean and friendly and are able to help you out if you've never been inside before. read more

Empty cases, I mean EMPTY, and the staff didn't seem to care. I understand the cases need to be cleaned every day but it sure looked like they were shutting everything down. It was dinner time, the cafe was open until 9 but there was no energy, no vibe, nothing. Is there not any background music? I know Mother's Day is a busy day for them but seriously - plan better!! Mmmmmm good! I tried it a few weeks ago and decided to go back to try some other items. So far so good, each item is fresh and flavorful. My favorites are croissants with sausage, croissants with ham & cheese, mochi donuts, strawberries with custard croissant, any of the fruit bites in a croissant pastry. I personally enjoy their coffee. Staff are super friendly. Place is bright and clean. Look forward to trying some others next time. read more

I love this place and their coffee but, something needs to be done about the cups they use. I stopped this morning for a coffee, by the time I was a mile down the street all of the coffee was leaking out of the cup. I had to stop and throw it away. Am I really the first to review this amazing bakery? We are huge fans of this Paris Baguette location. We love buying the baguettes and the twisted sugar donuts. There's a gluten free coffee cake that is to die for. Their app has some pretty compelling offers - I've gotten a buy one get one free pastry offer, a free medium beverage with any purchase (yes please!), and today they pushed an offer for a $3 slice of cake with any purchase! These are specialty baked goods and the prices reflect that, and the quality is so, so good. The overall setup is a little awkward; and the system where you have to get your own tongs and tray isn't super obvious but once you visit and learn the process it's easy to follow. Every time I go into the bakery I admire the perfect-looking cakes and I'm so excited to order one for my mom's upcoming birthday. At under $50 I feel like the cakes are a good value and gorgeous too! I'm grateful this location is so close to home. 5 delish stars for a great addition to our neighborhood! read more

Paris Baguette on Tatum & Shea - it was my first time there with my friend. LOVED the shop - clean, cute, great display of pastries, sandwiches & salads. Staff was friendly. We split two items: a long crunchy donut and something with strawberries & cream ... wasn't overly sweet. Complaint: no refills on plain ol' iced tea ... what's up with that? They wanted to charge me another $4.50 for "colored water." I complained to management, and they were kind enough to give me one for free; but that wasn't the point. Anyway ... 6:40 am went to pick up a few pastries to go. The shop opens at 6am. Cases were empty and one employee was attempting to load items in from speed racks. She apologized that they were behind. I grabbed a few items and went to wait at the tables for more selection. Female employee behind the counter reprimanded us for sitting at the table with items we had not purchased. I informed her we were selecting To Go and not eating at the tables. We were the only customers and obviously waiting for the cases to be filled. At no time did she acknowledge they were behind nor offer to pack our few items To Go while we waited. She was a poor example of customer service. Only one other customer was in the shop and he also noticed and commented to us about her poor approach. In addition, trying to get a bacon and cheese croissant from behind the counter was an issue. The only competent employee was the one loading the cases. We will not return to this location because of the poor service! read more

The best croissants we've had. It was a nice surprise to see a store here in Phoenix. We have several back home in the suburbs of Chicago and go there frequently. My husband stop each week on Sunday to pick up a few. Plus their other items are also delicious. I really enjoy the raisin cinnamon treat. read more

Each time I've been to this new location they have made an awful latte - either no foam or no coffee. Last one didn't have any coffee in the cup - just hot milk. I wanted to give them another chance but either the staff have not been trained on how to use the machines or the excuse I'm given is "we have only been open a few weeks and we're still working things out and we're also short staffed". Come on it's not rocket science it's just a latte!!! I will not be going back to this location. Staff are clueless. I was also overcharged and when I brought it to their attention they were unapologetic. Please learn to make a decent latte and stop talking about your customers behind their back. (I heard you!) Teach your staff how to treat customers and how to use the machines. read more

Disappointing service, know they are new, but the staff need better training - very hit or miss. Have been in several times and went in this morning to pick up a few croissants and coffees. Three staff behind the counter - only one ringing up customers - other 2 are washing tongs and talking with each other. They can see there is a line formed and people are waiting as they glance over their shoulders, but fail to acknowledge it and continue to chat with each other. The staff that is at cash register is chatting with a fourth employee that seems to buying a few items - they continue to talk with no interest that they now have multiple people in line. Since no one could bother to acknowledge the waiting customers with a smile or a "we'll be right with you' - it seemed unlikely I would be waited on shortly. I walked to second register to ask the 'cleaning staff' if they could open a register or make coffees. They didn't stop talking or respond. So I put my tray of pastries on the counter and left. When I go to a restaurant/café, I care equally about the service and friendliness of the staff as well as the quality of the food. I've always gone to a different location and I've loved the food and enjoyed the service. Yesterday was my first time at this location. I was the only person standing in line looking at the staff to see who would help me since neither register was being utilized. One called me over but didn't greet me or look in the eye and continued to talk to her coworker about what size work shirt she needed to order. This went on for about a minute or so. Finally, the guy standing behind her, reached over her shoulder and started inputting my order into the register. After she told me my total she said... "Oh, did you want something to drink?" I think a little training on service, hospitality and friendliness would go a long way. I felt like I was inconveniencing the staff by being there. I was not surprised to see the tip jars empty. The food is delicious as always, but I will go to a different location next time. read more
