I made a reservation 2 weeks in advance for New Year's Eve. I received a confirmation text, provided my credit card information, and explicitly agreed to a $20 per person no-show fee if I failed to show up without notice. A day before 12/31/25, I was asked to reconfirm my reservation by text. I confirmed and received a thank-you response. At that point, there should have been zero ambiguity. Despite all of that, when my guests and I arrived on New Year's Eve, the restaurant was overcrowded and fully booked, and we were told that our table had been given to someone else. After pushing back, staff checked their system and confirmed that my reservation was valid. Yet there was still "no table available." What followed was 25 minutes of confusion, excuses, and embarrassment. The main manager was "on vacation," and staff members acting as managers had no explanation, and no solution; just informal apologies. We were told the owner rearranged tables and reservations, which frankly confirms that this was a management failure, not a guest issue. To make matters worse, they attempted to bring tables in from outside, wipe them down on the spot, and seat us by the entrance door in a high-traffic area, which was completely inappropriate, especially on a rainy New Year's Eve. I refused, as anyone would. During all of this, I was left standing with my guests, including a disabled person, visibly frustrated, having to explain a situation that was entirely the restaurant's fault. It was embarrassing and uncomfortable, and it set a terrible tone for what should have been a planned celebration. Only after 25 minutes of arguing did a table finally open up. It was not the table I reserved, but at that point, with heavy rain and no realistic option to go elsewhere, we took it simply to avoid further discomfort for my guests. The owner later instructed staff to apply a 20% discount, which does not undo the stress, delay, or lack of professionalism we experienced. If a restaurant is willing to charge customers for not honoring a reservation, it should be held to the same standard. Confirmed reservations, especially on major holidays, should mean something. This was a complete breakdown in booking integrity, communication, and management accountability. Persian food with class. The inside is warm and touching. The furniture in outdoors have been upgraded to match the feelings of the interior. Food is great worth every penny. The fresh Tanour bread ( like Indian naan) is awesome with butter , feta cheese , onion, radishes and fresh mint and Basil. Be careful leave room for the food. Try Tah Deeg with Ghormeh Sabzee topping or khorosht Ghaymeh stew. It beats all the middle Eastern Resturant I have been to in LA County area. An experience you will remember and will brag about. I was surprised we had a party of 12 ate everything the bill was around 6 notes we stayed almost a total of 3 hours or so on a busy Sunday. I was uncomfortable but not once not once did they give us a bad look or say OK please take the party somewhere else. Highly recommend this place. We recently visited Pardis Restaurant to celebrate my son's birthday with a party of 11. Unfortunately, our experience was far from enjoyable. As soon as we were seated, we noticed the A/C was blowing cold air directly on us. We asked three times for it to be turned off, but our requests were ignored. Despite our repeated attempts to have the A/C adjusted, it remained on, causing our food to get cold very quickly. This made for an extremely uncomfortable dining experience. We were so uncomfortable that we had to leave early, cutting our birthday celebration short. This was one of the worst dining experiences we've had. The staff's lack of responsiveness and the unpleasant atmosphere made it impossible for us to enjoy our meal or the occasion. Everything we ordered for Group of 20 was uncooked and not fresh. Our koobideh was burned out and red inside. We asked for corona beers and charged us for regular size but we got coronita which is so smaller than regular size. Greek salad was not fresh and served with 1000 island. We try to call them days and days but never answered the phone. We asked manager for coronita and meats that was red inside and 2 managers came and their response was nothing even though not apology at all. We all got sick from food here that was not fresh and not cooked. Owner must pay attention to his or her bussiness. He/Her is responsible for bussiness by not serving old and not fresh food to customers. Not recommend at all unless if you want to get sick. read more

I visited this restaurant on Easter Sunday with a group of 12, and our experience was extremely concerning. While in the restroom, I witnessed an employee wearing gloves who had just used the bathroom and then proceeded to the kitchen to prepare food ( he was making bread) without changing gloves or washing hands. I was absolutely disgusted and couldn't bring myself to eat anything after that. I did consider calling the health department but decided against it, hoping the restaurant would address the issue. The manager did suspend the employee ( I was told ) , but the incident left a very negative impression. I hope they take proper steps to ensure such hygiene protocols are followed in the future. Stopped by for the first time this weekend and I really liked the atmosphere. Modern looking dining room which is always a plus. The servers were pretty nice but I think some of the non-Armenian or non-Iranian servers need to be trained to know the dishes being served. The chicken bark was definitely under seasoned and too thick for barg kabob. I was yearning to taste more saffron and lemon juice as it is traditionally tasted.
