Greek Gyro Pie
Kimberly H.

We have fallen in love with their Greek Gyro Pie! Their deep dish is yummy, but not authentic and very decadent and not for the lactose sensitive The saddest thing was our first trip I didn't know they sold baklava when my hubby went to pick up the order. We haven't made that mistake again - we always get it when it's available!!! Learn from us

Really nice people, and solid pizza for a neighborhood pie shop. It's mostly for takeout and delivery. Pulcinella down the street has better crust and sauce, but they also have smaller and more expensive pizza. I like supporting Paranormal.

Friendly staff, pizza was tasty and fresh. Best of all, full halal menu! Dough was thing and cooked perfectly. Toppings were fresh as well.

I have heard good things about Paranormal Pie for a while now and was finally in the area so I had to pop by. They did not disappoint! They offer a variety of classic pies as well as Greek/Lebanese inspired pizzas, calzones, sandwiches, appetizers, and desserts. I asked for recommendations and the owner suggested the House Pizza as well as their pesto based pizzas. I will have to return to try more items next time!

Deep dish, pizza with veggie and meat

This is my first time eating at this restaurant. I came in and asked the nice lady upfront what she would recommend. She said everything was delicious. Obviously I couldn't order everything , so, I ordered the deep dish pizza with meat and vegetable. I have lived in Seattle very long time and this is one of the BEST deep dish pizza I've had in a very long time.

In my opinion, this looked like a drug front run by mafia, with a side of illegal bird selling. No kidding there was a cage of exotic birds in the lobby. Neither of the employees we saw were wearing masks, which was concerning as they were very old and likely at risk of COVID. Very surprised to see an "Excellent" food safety rating in the window. Friend says it's better than dominoes though personally I must disagree. This pizza was subpar, very greasy, and a little pricy. Also it was cut by a knife which I'm very sure they would've used on me if I was not accompanied by my young sister and male friend. Especially because behind the register was a very large man intimidatingly staring me down with his arms crossed. My friend would like to compliment them on the sprite.

Wanted to find out what the hubbub was all about. In particular the breakfast sando's. Friend and i…read morestopped in around noon on a Friday. I had a smashwich which is a smashed sausage patty, crispy hash brown, sunny side up fried egg, American cheese & spicy mayo on a SODO roll. Friend loved it. I did to but probably would prefer a different bread. But i'm kinda bread-fussy these days. My Americano was perfect having an additional shot added to the 16 oz. It's counter service here and everyone we interacted with was lovely. So busy and popular on a work day! Good to see.

In the back there is a huge mural of Dolly Parton, Anthony Bourdain, and a tiny Bob Ross in the style of American Gothic. The walls are covered with trinkets from the 80s and 90s like Homies and California Raisin figurines and KISS Pez dispensers. The food: Smashwich - A really good breakfast sandwich. The hash browns give it some added crunch that is surprising but welcome. Chicken in a Biscuit - The biscuit and chicken taste great. It's a bit hard to eat because of how large of a bite it is and how firm the components are. Vanilla Cream Shokupan Doughnut - The donut portion is tasty and there is a ton of whipped cream on this. The cream is quite heavy though and leaves a fatty mouthfeel. Wish this was a lighter cream that's fresh filled into the pastry, but that's another prep step before serving. Overall, really fun place in terms of the decor, music and interesting twists on food. Oodles of nostalgia is always a positive in my book. I'd heard that this place was the best cheesesteak in Seattle (most cheesesteaks in the area barely…read moreeven qualify as a cheesesteak). So, I ordered this for lunch for my family. I was able to park in the neighborhood just near this place -- there was plenty of parking and no crazy/weird rules. When I arrived, it was before the lunch rush -- maybe 11:30AM during the week. So, it was pretty dead in the area. This spot is a tiny little shack between some run down old motel and like random junk yards, but also some nice houses and older houses. Super weird, lol! I guess that's just a microcosm of all of Seattle, though. I walked up, and told them I was here to pick up the online order and they said it was coming out soon. So, I waited at a picnic bench on the other side. After maybe 5 or 6 mins, it was ready, they called my name, and I was off. When I got the bag it was four huge sandwiches in one sack. Everything looked delightfully greasy -- an excellent sign. When I got it home, everyone tore into theirs. We got two steak with wiz + onions and two steak with american (kids, amirite..?). They traveled pretty well - still decently hot and gooey. The meat was super beefy and tender and maybe a HAIR undersalted on its own, but it was still good, especially once you got everything together -- the salty cheese goo. It was properly thick, gooey, and mixed up. Thats key to the cheesesteak -- thin steak and goo... and that it's all incorporated together. They nailed it! It was tasty, way too much food... and amazing. No notes.
