We have fallen in love with their Greek Gyro Pie! Their deep dish is yummy, but not authentic and very decadent and not for the lactose sensitive The saddest thing was our first trip I didn't know they sold baklava when my hubby went to pick up the order. We haven't made that mistake again - we always get it when it's available!!! Learn from us

Really nice people, and solid pizza for a neighborhood pie shop. It's mostly for takeout and delivery. Pulcinella down the street has better crust and sauce, but they also have smaller and more expensive pizza. I like supporting Paranormal.

I have heard good things about Paranormal Pie for a while now and was finally in the area so I had to pop by. They did not disappoint! They offer a variety of classic pies as well as Greek/Lebanese inspired pizzas, calzones, sandwiches, appetizers, and desserts. I asked for recommendations and the owner suggested the House Pizza as well as their pesto based pizzas. I will have to return to try more items next time!

This is my first time eating at this restaurant. I came in and asked the nice lady upfront what she would recommend. She said everything was delicious. Obviously I couldn't order everything , so, I ordered the deep dish pizza with meat and vegetable. I have lived in Seattle very long time and this is one of the BEST deep dish pizza I've had in a very long time.

In my opinion, this looked like a drug front run by mafia, with a side of illegal bird selling. No kidding there was a cage of exotic birds in the lobby. Neither of the employees we saw were wearing masks, which was concerning as they were very old and likely at risk of COVID. Very surprised to see an "Excellent" food safety rating in the window. Friend says it's better than dominoes though personally I must disagree. This pizza was subpar, very greasy, and a little pricy. Also it was cut by a knife which I'm very sure they would've used on me if I was not accompanied by my young sister and male friend. Especially because behind the register was a very large man intimidatingly staring me down with his arms crossed. My friend would like to compliment them on the sprite.

If you are looking for good pizza, this is NOT it. The pizza here is worse than a store bought pizza and the salads aren't any better

I'm actually not a bagel guy, nor do I ever think about them when it comes to grabbing a quick bite somewhere but this was a perfect opportunity to try it again. There was an assortment of bagels, and I got half of an everything bagel and - the one that several of my coworkers highly recommended - the rosemary bagel. Both go well with cream cheese. - The everything bagel was pretty standard; I could taste the garlic and sesame seeds throughout. Garlic was quite powerful on this one though, and I almost thought of garlic bread until I remembered bagels are harder to chew on. - My favorite was the rosemary bagel, just like my coworkers. I could taste the herbs clearly on this one; it was aromatic yet a little bitter. It was balanced with the saltiness already present on the bagel. Since I didn't go to their physical location - which looks like quite a walk from Georgetown - I have yet to see the inside of this place. Having some of their bagels makes me wanna go check it out someday!

In the back there is a huge mural of Dolly Parton, Anthony Bourdain, and a tiny Bob Ross in the style of American Gothic. The walls are covered with trinkets from the 80s and 90s like Homies and California Raisin figurines and KISS Pez dispensers. The food: Smashwich - A really good breakfast sandwich. The hash browns give it some added crunch that is surprising but welcome. Chicken in a Biscuit - The biscuit and chicken taste great. It's a bit hard to eat because of how large of a bite it is and how firm the components are. Vanilla Cream Shokupan Doughnut - The donut portion is tasty and there is a ton of whipped cream on this. The cream is quite heavy though and leaves a fatty mouthfeel. Wish this was a lighter cream that's fresh filled into the pastry, but that's another prep step before serving. Overall, really fun place in terms of the decor, music and interesting twists on food. Oodles of nostalgia is always a positive in my book. I can start with the food - the vegan biscuit and gravy was good. I enjoyed the flavor though the biscuit was fairly dry (not totally unexpected in a vegan biscuit) and the gravy could have been a bit richer. I am not sure how my partner's food was - because we had to sit apart. We brought our pup, which we've done at other restaurants and leave him strictly in his carrier which many restaurants are okay with; here we were told our pup had to be outside regardless. We had also brought our little one, who would need to sit inside because there were only benches outside, and the table chair we have, well, it needs a table. Okay, all good, my partner and I are pretty good at calling audibles, and the staff member who had asked us to have the dog outside said they'd come by and take my order since I'd be outside with the pup. Here's what happened next (after combining accounts with my partner): -my partner tried to get our little one set up in their table chair -in this process the same staff member informed my partner they needed to place a food order and couldn't just feed the little one here (uh, of course, but maybe we need a minute to get settled especially now that they're single parenting?) -I waited patiently outside and no one ever came to take my order -instead once my partner went to place their order, I had to call them to share my order and have it placed I will say, at least my order was still brought to me outside, but the whole situation felt disrespectful, and honestly, our family ended up feeling unwelcome. It's hard to focus on the food when you're treated as if you're misusing a restaurant space when all you're trying to be is an adequate parent. I'm sure this would be a lovely place to eat as long as you don't bring an unexpected factor (aka a pup) that leads to your family being split and then assumed to being a mooch of some kind...

They had a good flow of traffic throughout the entire time we were there. They have two picnic tables outside of the restaurant for outdoor seating and a handful of tables inside. We had the salmon Philly, fish & grits, and a side order of the waffle. - The salmon Philly was flavorful and the cheese pull was elite. We chose the fries as our side and they were cooked well. - I loved the size of the waffle! It was on the thinner side though so definitely don't put all the syrup on it unless you like it soggier since it soaks up pretty well. - I loved the combination of the catfish and grits because they balanced each other out well. The catfish was cooked to perfection, but I wouldn't eat it on its own since it's pretty salty, so you gotta eat it with the grits for each bite.

The waffle itself was good, and the chicken-and-waffle dish was decent, but the chicken was average at best. The chicken wings were very average, and the Philly cheesesteak was okay/good, but nothing about the food felt special. Portion sizes were fine, but again, nothing memorable. Service was also hit or miss. The lady at the counter was friendly and nice, which we appreciated. However, the rest of the team, including someone who appeared to be the owner, came across as rude and unwelcoming. No one checked on our table, asked if we needed anything, or really interacted with us during the meal. When we arrived, there was no clear sign explaining whether we should seat ourselves or order at the counter. We ended up waiting around 10 minutes before realizing no one was going to help or explain the process. Overall, this place felt overhyped. The food was average, the service needs improvement, and the owner/team should make guests feel more welcome. Based on our experience, I would not recommend it and would not go back.
