They don't greet you they just stare until you say something like wth. Also beware the trucks are run down they rack up mileage first it's a ripe off. The gas handle wasn't moving so I ended up putting more fuel than expected and they don't give a refund back from that but they charge your card more for the mileage for the run down trucks. You been warned this location sucks!!!

Come the 7th day of the following month out of nowhere they padlock my storage unit and deny me access to property. They hadn't said a single words of warning they backed out of their deal to cover my rent that month. My car keys were locked in unit. I explained I had 5 kids including a new born and I need access to unit for car keys as well as Sunday is a huge day for me for work. 5 kids aren't cheap I needed my vehicle. They said sorry the best they could do was if I pay full month rent for mice infested unit, the following month they would give me a credit. Yeah heard that before right? So they refuse to give me access to unit because they didn't process the month credit they promised me. The person I talked to at the call center said they would move to help but every single call I made to them was dealing wirh local office. Imagine my surprise when 10 minutes later local office s told me they love to help but every single call I had with them was with the call center so there's nothin they could do. I asked for a district manager they told me the district manager is on vacation but his fill in doesn't work weekends so I probably wouldn't get a call. Here I am father of 5 working 7 days a week and their district manager couldn't work for a few minutes to resolve this issue so I can work 12 hours on a Sunday. Never received a call from either district manager. This is not a problem with just this location. The 10 people I dealt with about this every single one from refused responsibility and pointed the finger at someone else in the company. From local office all the way up in this company all suffer from lack of accountability. Not one person owned my issue and took the 10 minutes to fix my problem. They all blamed someone else and left me holding the bag with no vehicle or any of the things I need to work. I lost close to $1000 in just the first day because no one will fix this issue and no one cares.
