I asked to look at inventory for other locations. They identified one in Bolingbrook....I asked for them to call and they looked at me like I was crazy. I'm sorry that you are on your phones streaming useless content regularly and I ask you to actually use your phone to verify inventory. I took it upon myself to call the Bolingbrook location. They didn't have one in stock. They then cited there was one in Plainfield and at that time I took it upon myself to call. No apologies, only an inconvenience for them to kindly call to verify if a truck was available. Will never use !!!

It is an Automatic engine and the lift itself has 2 buttons for up and down operating. The price was a lot cheaper than having a company get rid of my soil. Would rent again if needed.

We parked in the employee lot not knowing it was the employee lot, and we're just gonna wait with our stuff by the gate until the office opened. The owner, through one of the employees phones, yelled at us, called us stupid, called the cops and berated us for trying to use his units. We were not on the way by any means, the employees all had taken their trucks and left to go about their day. The cops were actually trying to help us in getting the owner to help us out, seeing as we drove all night. I do admit it was our fault, but there is no reason for an adult who could have easily chosen to help get us in, to instead, yell at us like we were the dumbest people on the planet can call us stupid. He's a nasty, NASTY person.

(I even paid an extra fee for the rental truck so I could use it to tow!) I couldn't get any help from Enterprise, but I sure got help at U-Haul! Aviv went out of his way to help me. He arranged a truck from U-Haul at a very reasonable rate and saved our move! I don't know what we would have done without his help It's been a long time since someone went so far out of their way to help a total stranger. My husband fortunately was able to move it out of the ticket booth line. Needing towing or roadside assistance on a Sunday is a truly impossible feat. This wasn't my first rodeo with not having towing/roadside help available on Sunday. Thankfully, Q Roadside picked up right when I called, told me how many batteries, etc. he had available and got in touch with my husband immediately. Thankfully, our minivan was towed and is now being worked on. To add to the cars just want to break down party, my husband's car was sitting in our garage not starting up. We informed Q Roadside of this. In addition to helping us with our minivan, he jumped my husband's car, monitored it, and even offered to come back if it didn't start again after the jump. Truly exceptional service on a Sunday (when our suburban fleet of vehicles like to break down)! I will call on Q Roadside again in a heartbeat if we're ever stuck in this situation again. He was fast, knowledgeable, and super helpful.
