I've come here plenty of times, hoping that they would change my mind about their service, but sadly they have not. I was told the wait was an hour so I put my name down and waited. Over an hour goes by, I checked in with the hostess who forgot about the reservation altogether. Then she said she'd seat us immediately but we couldn't sit at the table longer than 45 mins as if we were doing something wrong by being seated. Every time I've been here it's taken around 20-30 minutes for a waiter to come to the table. Basically, the service is consistently terrible. Some dishes suck, but some truly are good, hence me putting up with bad service. But my dish last time was burnt. Overall, not worth it. read more

Beautiful ambiance and friendly wait staff. The Moroccan meatballs were fantastic and the Cacio e Pepe was on point. Do not know why so many people give this place bad reviews. Great new addition to BIshop Arts! read more

Went to Paradiso for a birthday party - a group of about 10 women this past Saturday night. This was the first time any of us had dinner here. It was great from the moment we were all shown to our table until the very end by the "elf pop-up bar". Holiday decorations are beautiful inside & festive outside on the patio. We sat inside (kind of a chilly night) & had a variety of appetizers. The pita bread & hummus was DEEELICIOUS! Fried artichokes & pizza's were really good, too. Our waiter, Noah, kept all TEN women happy (not an easy feat). Our various entrees were equally tasty - my beef filet was so tender & I have mine cooked med well. There was plenty of space between each table & Noah always had his mask on, as well as the rest of the staff that I saw. The manager even came by our table (nice touch) & wished our bday girl a Happy Bday. My 1st time to Paradiso & I will definitely come back & recommend to friends. Warm atmosphere with great service & amazing food!! read more

What a wonderful experience for a special birthday celebration! Our server, Noah was excellent and a manager named Alyssa stopped by to check on us. The food , service and ambiance were all exceptional! I can't wait to visit this unique place again and share with more friends and family. Denise Menn read more

The oysters are unbelievable! Some of the best seafood I've ever eaten. I currently live in LA, and none of the Resturaunts compare :(

There is no doubt that this is a beautiful and hip place. We were there for a late dinner on the patio looking forward to our first experience but we're disappointed with the service. The 3 hostesses were stand-offish and the waiter was nowhere to be found until we asked someone who our server was. I rate restaurants based in the overall experience so I'm giving it 3 stars because, considering the hype currently surrounding this restaurant and how COVID-19 has affected the industry, I feel there's is no excuse for bad service. read more

Super cute restaurant... great vibe, but service was extremely slow and I didnt like that. I shouldn't have to wait 20 mins for someone to clean my seating area and ask what drink I would like to order without a menu. I would have left if it wasnt for the friend I was with. Good service is just not the norm around here any longer. Vickie the bartender was nice enough but obviously overwhelmed. Didn't order food after that. Just had a trouble in paradiso and it seemed to be missing something. Not sure if I will return. read more

I had read some of the reviews before going for dinner and was a little skeptical. To my pleasant surprise everything was perfect. We were a big party and tried a wide variety of things on the menu, one more delicious than the next. The waiters and hostess were all very accommodating and attentive, even bringing out both cakes we had brought and serving them without hesitation. I look forward to going back and trying out their brunch. read more

I was visiting from LA and went to this restaurant. The drinks are absolutely delicious and the atmosphere is everything! I am a pizza fan and man can I tell you this place definitely hit the spot. I highly recommend for anyone visiting. If I lived in Texas I would make this place a weekly ritual. read more

If you haven't tried this place, it's a must! Atmosphere was remarkable, has a relaxed vibe as if you were on the Mediterranean overlooking the ocean. Service was outstanding, Vickie honestly brought our table to life! Food was impeccable, ordering the beet salad and the fresh fish with chick peas was a winner! What a great experience and addition to DALLAS read more

I cant say enough good things about this restaurant, but I will try. I spent three years working in the restaurant industry and I believe that I know what right looks like. Paradiso is what right looks like! The restaurant is beautifully decorated and well appointed, adding to the atmosphere, which is wonderful. There is a huge live oak that towers over the outside dining area which is beautifully decorated with lights that make the ambiance perfect for any occasion whether it's gathering with friends or having a romantic date night. They also heat the outdoors so it useable during these cooler months. The staff there manages to make you feel like you're the only customer they have to take care of by being available when you need them but at the same time knowing when to leave you alone (for lack of better terminology coming to mind.) This is a balance that takes skill to achieve but that is also SO important to providing customers with an enjoyable and relaxing dining experience. Kudos to the management for their hiring and training of the staff there! read more

I came to paradiso and it was such a great experience. Federico recommended a great creste de Gallo and paired it with a nice Sauvignon blanc that went perfectly with the pasta. The energy was non comparable. Me and my sister had the best time dining with him. The hostess started our experience with a nice smile and made us feel at home. Serenity was such a delight to have to start us on our experience. read more

We came here and were so impressed with the service by Miguel and how wonderful he was as a waiter. such a great and personable guy who knows his way around the restaurant and bar. the pricing is super reasonable and the food was awesome. their quarantine spacing and procedures were perfect. totally recommend their cocktails and the mimosa flight. also, the oysters and fried artichoke were delightful. thanks miguel for your service we will be back soon!! read more

Great spot for groups or dinner date. Food and service were on point. Ambiance reminded me out French bar and restaurant along the coast. Will be returning. read more

Food meh, the view stunning interior designer blew it out of the water. Great place for beautiful venue and photo ops but food is basic not amazing just alright read more

I'm only giving three stars! I wanted so badly to love this place, and I did really like some aspects. Our appetizers and dessert were great, but the entrees were just okay. Several of us got their hand-cut pastas and they were very underwhelming to say the least!! Drinks were pretty good, but nothing outstanding. The muscles and fried artichokes were great though. The esthetic there is pretty cool, but the music was so loud where we were sitting it was hard to hear each other talk. That's fine for a bar, but not a restaurant. Overall not a bad place, I just expected the food and atmosphere to be a little better. read more

So pretty. Amazingly packed each time we came. Ask for Jeff at the main bar - his drinks are perfection (bald with flame tattoos. Wish we had time for food - next time. read more

I've dined here many times and the food was good every time. However, I had one of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had because of a horrible smart ass waiter. My husband and I brought 2 friends to dinner that happened to be vegetarian. When they asked the waiter what he would recommend, he said, "I eat meat so that's what I'd recommend." He was extremely rude throughout the rest of our dining experience....too much to go into and re-live. I was hoping that this restaurant could be a place that we could go to regularly since it's close to our home. I am so angry about our horrible waiter and the horrible experience that I will never go back. In hindsight, I should have asked for a manager, but was embarrassed for recommending this restaurant to our friends and just wanted to leave. read more

Loveee it here! Such a fun and cute place to go to with your girls for mimosas and brunch!!

Such a great experience! Food was superb and atmosphere was very chill. My waitress and the staff were very attentive and I didn't have to wonder where or when my food, etc was coming. For starters I had the mussels...SO FLAVORFUL and filling. My entré was rigatoni also delicious. For what I paid, the portion size and how satisfied I was...a 10/10. I'll be back! read more

Fairly decent food, but the host staff isn't very experienced/efficient. Both times I've gone and had a reservation, we have had to wait 20-30 minutes. Why even make a reservation? read more

Cute new restaurant in BiShop Arts on everyone's IG timeline! Came here for an early lunch with my sister. Apps were tasty - we ordered the hummus and meatballs. Ambiance was light, airy and refreshing. We'll be back but mostly for the vibes read more

I had high expectations of this place but was underwhelmed. The atmosphere is really nice so one star for that. The service was pretty good; another star. But when you come to place like this you're expecting really good cocktails and amazing food. Combined they were decent which earns the third star, but ultimately underwhelming. The cocktail menu misses the mark. Not sure if they are trying to hard to be unique but nothing on it sounds good.. Interesting yes, but not good. The food menu leaves little choice but to head to pasta or pizza, which is fine, but if you're going to focus on just a few Cuisines then you better bring it and make them amazing. I liked what I had but left knowing that I wouldn't necessarily choose to go back unless somebody else wanted to go. It is a new place, so I'll offer them a little slack and maybe come back once they've had more time to figure out who they want to be. read more

I had been dying to try Paradiso ever since we started hearing about it's upcoming opening! We saved it for a date night when we were also going to the opera (pretending we are *fancy*). The atmosphere is fantastic! So cute inside & out. The food was also very good! The only reason it has four instead of five stars on my book is because we had a little bit of trouble with the timing of our food. Mine came out waaay before my fiance's (which was problematic since this put us into a bit of a time crunch). but the waiter and manager were apologetic and attentive and got us his meal asap! so overall, would recommend!! read more

Great atmosphere, lovely employees! Our server, Ted, was awesome! He was very attentive, helpful and had great recommendations. The fried artichokes were very delicious. They had a great flavor and was a nice starter to the meal. The Spaghetti was good, a bit salty - it would have been nice to have a fresh element in the dish but overall had a decent flavor. The Vista Flores Malbec they had by the glass was great! Bold flavors with a nice finish! A great spot to try in Dallas! read more

The place is esthetically pleasing. Saw couple girls come in for a drink to get an insta pic! If that doesn't scream how nice and cute this place is idk what does. We had Marco as our server and he was great! Answered our questions on the menu and recommended some plates. Forgot the name of the plate but it's steak, fries topped with chimichurri, it was BOMB! We had mimosas and give you a real serving of a mimosa haha (a splash of orange juice). Coming back and asking for Marco! read more

the interior of paradiso is literally every chicks dream. its crazy beautiful. absolutely in love with it. that being said, my friend and i found this place on a whim and while we werent hungry were thirsty (always) so we thought wed sit at the bar and grab a cocktail. unfortunately we dont have very seasoned pallets so we had to send back our ciao bellas or whatever they were called because we cant handle aperol. the pizza did look really good and the bartenders were awesome. looking forward to updating my review after trying some of their bomb treats. read more

Food was expensive and service was tough. Took 30 minutes to get a drink. 1 person in our party had to wait an extra 30 minutes before they got their food, so by the time they did get it, everyone else's was cold. Bugs were falling from the trees outside into our meals, and the food was mediocre. read more

Brought some friends that just moved to Dallas here for Brunch. We ordered drinks first thing. Our server came back took our order for appetizers told us drinks were coming. Time we got our second appetizers our drinks finally made it. We all ordered our meal and another rounds of drinks. Never got our other around of drinks till we were done with our meal. Then they told us they would comp them. They also messed up our food order. We split a salad and pizza. When the food got there there was two salads and our pizza. We ate the salad. They didn't tell us that we had to split the salad that one of those salads were our friends salad they order but they never told us that we had to split the salad. I will not bring friends here again. We had plan to bring another set of friends here next month, but we will definitely go some orher place that has it more together. To many other great places in Bishop Arts to check out. read more

Great service had a good time at the bar. The bartender staff was so friendly and full of knowledge. Will be back. For more drinks.

Great place for a first date. I had many there lol. Food is great. Ambiance is perfect

We waited three weeks to get a table here. With much anticipation we were very excited to try a new restaurant that we had never been to. The atmosphere is great but our experience was less than what we were expecting. Our waitress was very disconnected. Other staff handled issues we had with service and the food that came out was sub par. Overall it was an "OK" experience but nothing that is worth three weeks of waiting for reservations. read more

My girl and I went there for date night. Our waiter was named Ray, and he was kind and knowledgeable. We had the chickpea appetizer - incredible. Goat cheese and tomato salad. Also excellent. Visited this really cute place today and enjoyed it. The food was good especially the fries but the only downfall...the flies! This place does have an open atmosphere which was really nice for days like the one today. The weather was amazing which I understand why they opened all the window walls but in turn you get flies. And unfortunately one of the flies got into both of my friend's drink. The waitress happily exchanged it out but we weren't able to enjoy and take it all in because we were constantly shewing flies away from our food and drinks. Other than that I would come back and try the dinner menu and when it's not open. read more

Beware. The photos you see posted are not recent. Yes it's beautiful furniture and architecture BUT Today it is more run down then the photos show. I found it dirty. Areas inside abandoned and just stuff dumped in areas and Bugs flying all over you. Swatting like you in the park! Flies and gnats flying around you while your eat and dropping into your drink and then they serve you with the high bill as though your getting what you paid for. I didn't pay to eat at a park?? Only 2 servers for large areas. Why aren't they putting some of the profits from charging high prices into staff and exterminator instead of pockets??? Waiters said we need exterminator and no matter where you sit in the restaurant the bugs follow people this time of year. Wtf! I don't have them in my home why do you have them in a 5 star expensive restaurant!!?! Unacceptable wasted 150 dollars... Not okay. What a waste of a pretty place. read more
