I have been looking for fun holiday pop up bars around town and this place takes the cake by a long shot! There are multiple rooms with separate themes for each room (no spoilers, you will have to see for yourself ) I 1000% recommend this place, the staff stay consistent with the tipsy elf theme and it's clear they are having a blast when you watch them stand on top of the bar. Dance floors, Instagram walls, giant chairs to pose in, drinks with holiday decor in them, this place has it all. If you want an adventure, look no more and come to the tipsy elf! Also the cranberry drink was a bit bitter for me but my girlfriend liked it. I got the Christmas nookie twice (I like creamy drinks and this fit the bill)

We had such a fun time. Loved the different rooms decked out with decor and tons of lights. Each room was so much fun! Loved the main entry room with the elf and the huge teddy bear that was perfect for a pic, very Instagram worthy. The drinks were fun and came with decorations and lights twinkling inside of the cups. I had the mojito and naughty pillow. Cocktails were about $20 with gratuity included. The bartenders were friendly. We got there at 7:30 stated until 9. The long was so long to come in. We were told it becomes more of club atmosphere and 21 and over. So come early to enjoy with the lines!

A time was had! This felt like the best Christmas moments of my childhood. I got to enjoy with my bestie. We had so much fun, the ambiance, vibes, decor, food and drinks.. all top notch! Although it was packed, the service was great

Definitely a picture op place for social media but your pics may have extra people in it. It's a holiday vibe. It's loud. It will be crowded. Sure, go visit. However, I'm glad we made this a stop amongst other stops in the neighborhood.

This place was so so cute decor and ambiance wise! They went all out on the Christmas, as they should. It was a perfect pre-holiday bar experience when I went back in December. The staff was all fun, energetic and helpful. They had several bars to order from and they all made the drinks speedy even with the large masses of people. The only draw backs are that the dance floor was super small and after even 3 people were on it, it was full. And they needed either more seating or more dance floor! The drinks were all festive and cute but not super tasty, and metal bells thrown onto the whipped cream was an odd touch, I think garnishes should be edible or at least food safe. That said it is a Super cute place for pics and a fun spot for a drink or two around the holiday.

Went to Tipsy Elf and loved the newer location, in years past it had been near Paradiso and now it feels much more spacious and inviting. every corner was decorated to Christmas perfection. Lots of bars to choose from with holiday drink menus.

The holiday decorations were pretty and created an inviting atmosphere. However, the drinks fell short. I tried the Rum Pum Pum Pum and Naughty Navel, both drinks were nasty, as if the flavors were mixed with someone who was wearing a blindfold. But I do love how strong the drinks were. Customer service was decent, seemed lackluster with minimal effort. I visited around 2 PM on a Sunday, and the place wasn't busy at all. There's no entrance fee. Parking is limited, so it's best to park near the library, where there's more availability.

This is the cutest holiday pop up bar!! I really enjoyed the props and all of the picture worthy decor! The drinks tasted delicious, we even tried a hot cocktail for the first time and it was one of my favorites! The hot drinks come with a cute mug so that was a fun surprise. Service was good and didn't take long to get drinks. The place has a club type vibe with loud music so go there expecting to have a good time!

Loved it but also kind of hated it..? Be prepared to basically bar crawl and not be cute with it. I want to say go during the day not during a busy time, but they're open only during holidays and it's always busy! We arrived super cute dressed up, but wish we came in pj's--didn't know that was a thing! Spent most of the time pushing through the crowd and finally found some seats! About an hour later we were asked to move because it was reserved. So there's no really set place to be you kind of just wander, but that's most holiday pop ups I guess? Just wish there was a bit more seating. Drinks were expensive ($24 each) but yum Over the top but once again it is a holiday pop up, chaos is expected. Still going back next year! Just more prepared

This place is cool for a first timer, but i wouldnt go back. Too crowded only had one drink available bc they sold out and they were using last years mugs.

It's fun for what it is. Way overpriced drinks that are decorated for Christmas. Great for your instagram picture but the actual drinks are pretty weak. Honestly not sure there was any alcohol at all in my 25 dollar drink. Also be very careful. Bartender handed me the cc machine on the tip screen without telling me that tips are already included. When I added a tip, the final screen showed me 20% gratuity + my additional tip. When I asked the bartender to go back to take off the additional, he approved the transaction and said I would need to wait for a manager to void the transaction and run it again so we just left without causing a fuss. So my biggest tip is just be careful with the auto gratuity here. The rest of the staff, including the DJ, were pretty great and friendly though and makes for a fun stop in Bishop Arts during the holidays.

Of the entrees the blacked catfish was the better one. The only issue was the huge portion of mashed potatoes which were reminiscent of powered mash, but the catfish itself was outstanding. On the other side I've never had a lobster roll before but this genuinely has no flavor and has experienced some serious shrinkflation when compared to other pictures here on yelp of it. The fries were great though. The dessert also was nothing memorable and was a very basic bread pudding that could've been warmer. We made our reservation about a month in advance and had no issues at all with booking. The process was quick and easy. Leading up to our reservation, however, there was some confusion regarding the menu being served during our reserved time. After calling ahead, we were told there would be a children's menu available and that we could order from either the brunch or dinner menu. Unfortunately, once we were seated, we found that only the brunch menu was available. Since this was our first visit, several of us had already looked through the online menus and picked out dinner items we wanted to try, so it was disappointing to have to pivot, especially for those in our group who aren't really breakfast food people. Thankfully, we were still able to find dishes everyone enjoyed, and the food itself was exceptional. Standouts for our table included the dip (definitely add the crab!), the steak and eggs, and the Nashville chicken sandwich. We also ordered the oxtail hash, but it was a little too spicy for our mom due to the jerk seasoning, which wasn't clearly advertised on the menu. Thankfully, the issue was addressed quickly and professionally. The true highlight of our experience was the service. From the hostess to servers simply passing by our table, everyone was warm and friendly. Our server, Cooper, was absolutely fantastic. His smile, energy, and sense of urgency had us laughing because he practically ran to grab whatever we needed, yet never missed a beat. We had a few feral children in our group, and he handled them with so much patience and kindness, even entertaining their off-the-wall requests. It was also great seeing the manager actively walking the floor and checking on tables throughout service. The lighting, décor, and overall atmosphere create the perfect setting for a relaxed yet upscale brunch dining experience. A special shoutout to our server, Keavin, who made the experience even better. No. But what has us coming back is their consistency and attention to detail. The space is gorgeous and each room brings a different vibe to the dining experience. We were sat in the darkest of the rooms that was very romantic, and thankfully the music wasn't too loud. When we were seated we found a frame on the table holding a message congratulations us on our anniversary, with our names included. It was very sweet! Our server was prompt, attentive, and very charming. She asked us questions about ourselves and also gave great recommendations throughout the night. The drinks were good! However, the Passionate Kiss started to taste very chemical forward the longer it sat (I'm a slow drinker) so I only finished half of it. Not sure if it was because of the print on the foam originally or what, but it wasn't pleasant. I got the scallops and loved them, especially since I was able to try their orzo with it that normally comes with the salmon instead. The scallops were tender and the flavor was rich and well balanced with the rest of the plate. My boyfriend loved his chops and devoured everything. He also got the Potatoes Au Gratin and couldn't get enough. They were very rich and had great flavor. I had previously seen reviews from others saying the potatoes and other dishes were bland but that was not our experience. The rolls were one of the best parts.
