    My mother recommended this place to me and I am just so glad to eat this delicious food. It's so fresh and healthy. I will be back, very often. Highly highly recommend you try the papa la huancaina and pollo la brasa.

    What a fantastic restaurant! Incredible service, always super attentive to our needs and making sure we get the best of the best. As a Peruvian, I'm super critical of pollo à la brasa but this was sooo good. Very well done! They had some fun music playing and everything was very nice and clean! 10/10 would come back!

But if you like citrusy and berry-forward drinks, you might love this one. Again, these are my reviews based on my taste buds. You might feel differently and that's ok honey. + Espresso Martini ($16) : 9/10 Strong, chocolatey, and gets the job done. + Lychee Martini ($16) : 8.6/10 Clean and balanced. Not too sweet, just smooth and refreshing + Pisco Sour ($16) : 10/10 My fave. Fruity, with this nice cold foam on top. Pretty sure there were peach or passionfruit notes in there. My husband ordered a seafood soup, and the waiter's assistant brought it out... but with no spoon. She kept walking in and out until finally she told us that all the spoons in the restaurant were occupied and we had to wait. Meanwhile the soup had already been sitting there for over 10 minutes getting cold. At the end, Alejandro the only person actually trying to help finally went and found a spoon himself. By then my husband didn't even want the soup anymore. Our original waiter finally came back and asked if we wanted him to reheat the soup ‍ My husband said no, please just take it away and bring the check. Then the waiter says, "Look, I removed the soup from the bill," as if that fixed the situation The saddest part is that no manager ever came over, nothing. Peruvian chocolate cake is something else. I crave it. It has some dulce de leche in the middle and creamy hot fudge flowing from the top... yummmmm We were already full before the cake... but how could we not devour it! It was scrumptious! Example I ordered the New Sapporo kai Roll, it was supposed to have been topped with crabmeat, it was lightly dusted nor does it say it was spicy and it was spicy. The lomo roll was also a real disappointment. This is not a cheap restaurant so quality needs to be there. We got our food never saw the server again for another 35 minutes, looked as though there was one server with assistants that didn't speak or understand English that well. The restaurant is very nicely decorated and modern. We celebrated our friend's birthday dinner and everyone loved their food. I shared the Huancaina fettuccine and the Teriyaki Entraña Sushi roll. Both were phenomenal and I would go as far as to say this is one of my favorite sushi rolls of all time. I also think theirs is the best huancaina sauce I've had due to a cheesy profile that it has (and I am a cheese lover). We also had a Maracuyá Pisco Sour, which was beautifully presented and the perfect balance of flavors. You could definitely taste the Pisco, but it was not too strong. Our service was also phenomenal. Our server checked on us often and was very friendly. While the prices are a little high, the quality and flavors make it worthwhile. I definitely will be back and highly recommend for Peruvian / Nikkei food lovers like myself.
