It supposed to be conchitas à la parmesana but it was conchitas with mozzarella cheese very salty
    Rocio A.

When something is not good at a restaurant I usually call the manager to let him/her know, I called a week ago and the manager Luciano did not call back. So here my review : I really liked this place until last week, we ordered "Tequeños de lomo saltado" and it was tequeño with ground meat, no lomo saltado, we ordered "conchitas à la parmesan (with parmesan cheese) " and the waitress bring us "conchitas à la brasa" they change the plate and we got conchitas con mozzarella cheese not parmesan cheese it was very very salty, I did not want to complaint at the moment so I called the next day, no response from the manager. on top of everything we all got sick (stomach issues) . I do not recommend this place anymore

Embarcadero 41 is a standout for anyone craving authentic Peruvian flavors with a modern, Nikkei twist. It's the perfect 'elevated casual' spot near Sawgrass. I absolutely recommend getting the Lomo Roll; it's the perfect fusion of both worlds. I also got the ceviche, which always has the freshest ingredients. This is honestly by far the best Peruvian food I've ever tried the quality is consistent and the service is great.

Poorly packaged food, management blamed me for it

I have bought food from this place many times and have not had any issues. However my last purchased left a bad taste as food came flying off the bag. I called the restaurant and management told me it was my fault for mishandling the bag.... And if I wanted to go back they would fix the spilled seviche. In my opinion they were rude and condescending, a bit snobby Peruvian attitude. If you k ow what I mean then you understand. Poor customer service for a lowly customer. Check your take out orders better!

This spot has Nikkei & Peruvian Fusion Cuisine & recently opened their new location off las olas - it is a MUST try! I love Peruvian Asian fusion and this spot does it right. It's super clean inside and the service is great! They start you off with complimentary corn nuts and their pisco sour is delicious with them. : Pisco Sour - a must have & a typical Peruvian cocktail Acevichado Roll - perfect fusion roll of Asian & Peruvian flavors! Ceviche Mixto - great variety of seafood in a flavorful, limey, & spicy sauce Lomo Saltado - my husband's favorite Peruvian dish, beef tenderloin stirfry in a soy sauce with potatoes

We ordered for pick-up. It was both easy to order and easy to pick up. This spot is in a good location, and the Food was good too. We ended up getting the following dishes: - Ceviche Mixto de Corvina - Lomo Saltado - Yucas a la Huancaína - Sobredosis de Chirimoya (for dessert) The highlights of our order were the Ceviche and the Sobredosis de Chirimoya, both of which were delicious and something we would definitely order again. The Lomo Saltado was good, but the potatoes were a bit disappointing, and the yucas were not crispy. Hope you have a great dining experience. Happy dinning yall!

Very expensive!!!! One appetizer and 2 glasses of wine!

So I guess we're not Peruvian Japanese fusion fans...just tried this place for the first time tonight and we did not like it! We didn't like the taste of lime for the entire appetizer dish, could not taste anything else. We ordered the appetizer called Tiradito Mediterranean it had shrimp, fish, octopus, corn it was in a sauce with capers, it's served cold and very very limey. After that we didn't order anything else - we ended our meal there with the appetizer, didn't want to take a chance on a meal, won't be back!! Not to mention it's super expensive and in a strip mall!

I love a good Peruvian spot but this might have to be a miss for me. I ordered a leche de Tigre and arroz con mariscos. Food came out in a fairly decent time especially when our table is a party of 8. Food was delicious but the service was trash. We were all finished with our food and were waiting on our bill. We see the staff getting ready to close and the lights turning on. But our waiter was nowhere to be found. I wouldn't go out of my way for this location unless I was in the area.

Day off today so headed to Embarcadero for a deliciuos Peruvian cuisine lunch. Place was packed as it was lunch rush hour around 1 pm. We waited about 20 minutes for our table but once inside service was fast. Servers were attentive and loved the clean elegant and modern decor. Wow this place is truly one of my favorites! Started with the bbq scallops in their shells. Just to die for. Corvina Leche de Tigre so rich and thick. And yes I mixed some of the Leche de Tigre with the scallop juices so yummy. The Corvina Ceviche with crisp chunks of octopus was just perfect. Couldn't leave without having an Inca Cola just sweet and refreshing. Overall great experience great food items will definitely come back.

Had dinner at Embarcadero 41 and ordered the Risotto de Huancaína con Lomo and it was seriously impressive. The rice was perfectly cooked, rich and creamy from the huancaína sauce, with just the right touch of parmesan. The beef tenderloin was juicy and tender, I was impressed on the cook of the beef and the chimichurri added a flavorful kick that brought everything together. The service was warm and attentive from start to finish, which made the whole experience even better. It's definitely a little on the pricier side but the quality of the food and the attention to detail made it feel worth it. Looking forward to coming back and trying more of the menu.

I literally can not stop raving about this meal. Sometimes there are meals that are just unforgettable. This was our second time at Embarcadero 41, but we had visited a different location. I am here to say that it does not matter which location you visit the food is exceptional at both. This visit we brought two of our good friends with us and prepared them to come hungry. After our meal our friends would text us days later about how amazing our meal was. It was just that memorable. First we ordered a bottle of red Wine, I can't remember the name but I know it was a Malbec from Argentina. But my go to drink at a Peruvian restaurant is a Pisco Sour. But this restaurant is more about the wine and pairing it with your meal. We started off with appetizer's and Ordered the TEQUEÑOS DE LOMO SALTADO. It was a wonton style wrap stuffed with sautéed beef tenderloin and mozzarella cheese, served with "guacamole" and "lomo saltado" sauce. It was crispy and juicy and the guac added that freshness it needed. Our second appetizer was the YUCAS A LA HUANCAÍNA Fried yucca with creamy "huancaina" sauce to dip. The Huancaina sauce is a traditional Peruvian cheese sauce, is made by blending aji peppers, queso fresco, and onions. It is usually served over boiled potatoes, thats how i grew up eating it, but the yucca fries were a great idea. Embarcadero is very innovative with their dishes and thats what i love about them. They don't just serve traditional peruvian food, they also serve Nikkei cuisine which is a culinary fusion that blends Japanese and Peruvian ingredients and techniques. For our entrees we ordered the Teriyaki Entrana Roll. Its a Panko breaded shrimp, avocado, cream cheese, covered with slices of torched skirt steak, topped with chimichurri and a touch of teriyaki sauce. Full of flavor and uniqueness. My favorite Peruvian dish is Fettuccine Al Pesto Con Lomo Saltado. Its Fettuccine in a traditional Peruvian pesto sauce, served with "Lomo Saltado", stir-fried beef tenderloin, onions and tomatoes flambé with pisco and soy sauce. The meat is perfectly tender and the pesto sauce is the same classic sauce that i would eat at my friends grandmas house. My husband ordered Risotto De Rocoto o Huancaina con lomo. The meal was rice "al dente" in peruvian rocoto chili pepper sauce or creamy "huancaina" sauce, parmesan cheese with a juicy beef tenderloin and "chimichurri" sauce. The risotto was cooked perfectly and the tenderloin was the same meat on my dish and was perfectly cooked. I truly adore this place and can't wait to bring more people to try this amazing food and experience this cuisine.

Just arrived in town and it was supper time so I looked to Yelp for a tasty idea and this popped up 1.5 mile from my hotel so I gave it a try. Easy parking as it's in a mall area. There is some Outdoor seating but I opted for indoor. We seated immediately. Definitely an English second language area but they were all bilingual. The menu was impressive. I chose the one of the items marked new and rolled with it. It is a mix of lightly buttered and fried seafood with fried plantain chips and some yucca. Was delicious. Then I had the chocolate torte. It was just ok. Flavor was top shelf but was not as moist as I had hoped. The meal was delicious and service was good. The dessert we will let pass an anyone who has baked has had them turn out dry every now and then. The restaurant is very bright and apart to be going for the higher end look. Nice plates and tableware and cloth napkins.

Sat at the bar, seats were comfortable and the table was a good height. Ordered the: Pulpo Anticuchero: octopus had really good texture, sauce was amazing. Really liked the Peruvian crispy corn. Causa Nikkei Crocante: wanted some type of tuna. I thought it was something similar to crispy fried rice but it was actually my first time trying Causa which is like a mashed potato-esque but fried outside. Honestly refreshing and delicious. Arroz carretillero: classic rice dish. Plenty of seafood per bite with a shot of interesting sauce. Pretty good Servers were very quick and nice!

One of the best value for the quality of food. I do not know Peruvian food nor its more common fusion cuisines. However, for how tasty the food is, and for the service, and cleanliness of the minimalist style restaurant, and at this price point...it is also appropriate for most occasions. Great concept and execution.

I had a great time the first time, and yep it's still that girl. Let's talk about the vibe real quick. The ambiance is everything. Modern, and just really well put together. From the furniture textures to the contrast in colors it all feels super intentional but still chill. Like, they knew what they were doing when they designed this place. 10/10 on the setting alone. Let's get down to the items shall we? What We Had Drinks ____________________ + Naori Signature Drink ($15) : 8.4/10 This one's made with Pisco Berries and Triple Sec. It's a layered, fruity cocktail that's a little more complex. Personally, I prefer the Pisco Sour it's cleaner and more balanced for my taste. But if you like citrusy and berry-forward drinks, you might love this one. Again, these are my reviews based on my taste buds. You might feel differently and that's ok honey. + Espresso Martini ($16) : 9/10 Strong, chocolatey, and gets the job done. + Lychee Martini ($16) : 8.6/10 Clean and balanced. Not too sweet, just smooth and refreshing + Pisco Sour ($16) : 10/10 My fave. Fruity, with this nice cold foam on top. Pretty sure there were peach or passionfruit notes in there. So good. * Shots - We also did a round (Don Julio, I think), and it kept the vibe going. Appetizers/Entrees __________________ +Nikkei Tiradito ($19) : 10/10 Thin tuna slices with a shouyu sauce that had a little citrusy kick. I could've had another plate just for myself. +Grilled Octopus ($20) : 8.4/10 This was good! Cooked well, had a nice char. Not my favorite thing on the table, but still strong comes with Peruvian corn and potato. +Arroz Chaufa Special ($24) : 10/10 Babyyy this dish was everything. Wok-fried rice, perfectly seasoned. That filet was so tender, and the shrimp just brought it all together. Easy standing ovation for me. * Dessert - I honestly can't remember what we ordered for dessert, but it was decent. Nothing crazy. I'd give it a 7/10. Overall Experience: 10/10 Customer Service: 10/10 Would I Be Back? Without a doubt. I even told my mom about this place and I think she went a couple months ago! I received my dish first, but it took about 10 more minutes for the person I was dining with to get theirs. I also noticed the same thing happening at a few tables around us, so it seems like the kitchen was running a little behind that day. Now, the food itself? Delicious. I ordered the shrimp ceviche, which was fresh and flavorful, and the filet mignon lomo saltado. The steak was a bit tough to chew, but the flavor of the sauce was spot on and really well seasoned. Overall, despite the slight delay with the dishes, I enjoyed the meal and would come back to try more. I ordered a pisco sour that was perfectly made. My appetizer was a fish and shrimp ceviche: the leche de Tigre was soooo fresh and well balanced, I absolutely loved it. Main course I was pleasantly surprised to see there was an option of a plate with half tallarines verdes and half lomo saltado (the menu says "steak" and you can choose how you'd want it); I've never seen this kind of split-a-plate before so I thought I'd be perfect because you get to try two things, it's a great value. Both the tallarines and the lomo were flavorful. I just wished there was some way to keep the juices from the lomo away from the tallarines because at the bottom of the plate the pasta tasted like lomo, not like pesto hahaha -still, yummy-. Against by best judgement and my capacity I ordered dessert and the dulce de leche was a little too sweet for me (I couldn't finish it) but I ordered a coffee too, that helped. The staff was on point; I loved they were always checking on us (and the place was almost full) and I also noticed they use intercoms so they are always making each other aware of what a table needs. The owner (or manager, not sure) is very sweet and greeting all customers. The bar service seems to be tons of fun, I noticed a few couples having drinks and enjoying the evening. The music was 80s-90s: I truly enjoyed it. I definitely will be coming back. I recommend!

As far as food, they have a Combo menu that includes a list of about 15 different dishes and you get to choose 3 for $20. This combo menu is available until 7 pm. In addition to their large list of traditional Peruvian dishes, they have a separate menu for Chifa (Chinese-peruvian fusion) dishes, as well as, sushi rolls. All of the dishes we tried were very well prepared and the restaurant atmosphere was casual and relaxed. Nice choice if you are looking for traditional peruvian food.

Specifically waited in the area until they opened this morning to try their coffee in hopes of a unique Peruvian blend. Upon entering I felt that this location could have been a Quik Stop as a past business. The market was on one side next to a clean spacious dining area with several tables surrounded by green plants with a full wall cooler of bottled and canned drinks. The kitchen was positioned on the left where the echoes of food prep were evident. The owner greeted me and offered a menu and proudly explained that all the food is authentic Peruvian cuisine and cooked fresh per order. The Iberital Junior espresso machine behind the FL Lotto dispensor caught my undivided attention and requested an espresso. He informed me that its going to be a while since the machine was just turned on and needs to heat up. My brief confused stare was evident. I'm taking into account that the market opened at 9am, which was twenty minutes ago. Browsed through the Peruvian market products and saw huge olives and peppers but then realized there were no prices listed, nor on any other item. OK, at this point, I purchased FL Lotto tickets and left still thirsty. Upon leaving, I did my due diligence and double checked that the large steaming cup of coffee was still on the front of the building, and it was. My odd unimpressed experience today was hopefully rare to the business. Will return to try the coffee and some of their cuisine, just maybe way after the 9am opening time - in a hopeful quest to raise my current 2.5 star rating.

They also have this deli/restaurant portion inside with some tables and chairs. They have most of the Peruvian classics, including PERU tamales, Peruvian empanadas, Papa rellena, Papa a la huancaina , and some Peruvian style pastries, and desserts. You can eat it right there at table service or take it to go. It's located in a small plaza with only a couple parking spaces shared with some office building. It's not an elevated date night spot but more of a quick casual bite that is worth checking out. They've been around for years. I remember coming here when I was small before they renovated the inside. Service was kind.
