shredding 1 of white linen duvet cover (Parachute)

White duvet cover shredding badly after less than 2 years of use and 3 washes - following the exact care instructions. Very poor quality considering the $300+ price point. I can get higher quality product at Target for $50. I was unable to share the complaint with Parachute until 3 days after the 2 year warranty expiration - no help offered. Last year I purchased 2 expensive bath towels from Parachute that stained after 1 use - Parachute claimed this happened because I use a mild facial cleanser. At the end of the day, Parachute has low quality products with strong BRANDING - don't be a sucker. I suggest avoiding Parachute at all costs.

The lint and shredding coming off of these linen sheets- A YEAR after purchasing is insane. There is rust red lint over EVERYTHING; the mattress pad, the pillows, the floor, in my hair. I wash them exactly to parachutes specifications. I have to vacuum every other day to be ahead of it. Will not purchase again.

Spent over $500 for the first time ever for "quality" bedding. We got a whole set and loved it. Followed the care instructions and were pretty gentle with these. After about a year the quilt started to tear- little holes here and there. So I decided to keep it on our bed seasonally to minimize the use (although I've never done this before). We kept using the sheets and after almost 2 years of owning, a large tear showed up on the fitted sheet (not in the seam so NOT fixable). After one more nights sleep, the tear was huge and it had to be tossed. I contacted customer service and their response was "there is no set amount of time your Quilt should last" and they did not address the sheet. After running an Airbnb for 2 years- and washing bedding every 2-4 days my Ikea and Target products have held up beautifully! Horribly ran business in my opinion.

What I wake up too every day. Peeling not matter how many times I have washed the duvet.

Honest review, I bought my duvet and pillow cases on the Black Friday sale. I was super happy to recieve them because I needed the exact color. Straight out of the package I was met with a lint storm. Believe me when I say that was the best way to describe it. I figured that it was due to them being new. Well it's March and the duvet has been washed. It's still peeling or shedding everywhere. I can't believe that I thought paying $300 would save me from peeling. The pictures really do say it all. I love the color but I'm starting to regret this purchase because I spent so much time cleaning it up.

Each wash/dryer load thins the sheets. 1st set ripped. I give this 2nd set 3 months before holes appear again.

Hate to say I told you. Here I am 6 months from the last review and surely the thinning turned into a hole. I've been using the gentlest washing process possible to extend its lifetime (and drying on damp) because air drying sheets isn't an option. Anyone have recommendations for linen sheets as beautiful comphy but actually sustainable for daily use?

Bad quality , asked to repair sheet I. The Venice store , they didn't want to help . Bs

Store front, they control the amount of ppl in store due to COVID-19:)

First time in their actual store and it's beautiful just like their site. First, they have signs outside and control the amount of people in store which made me feel a lot better to shop in person. Once you get in, there's a hand sanitizer dispenser that you step on the peddle to dispense the sanitizer. Showroom is that that big, couple of the rugs I want to see which is a shame. But I did find another rug that my husband actually really like. They don't have the 8'x10' in store but they have free shipping and return which is pretty amazing. I also found couple sets of bedding quilt, cover and shams that I like which they have in store :) Staffs are nice and helpful without being pushy, if you are not too far away from the store, it's good to go in and see the quality in person!

These towels are crap. I registered for these for my wedding and thought they would be high quality since they were so expensive. Every. Single. Towel is stained! I have NEVER had an issue with stained towels EVER before. Apparently this is common for the grey ones to turn peach orange in some places. I have followed their care instructions and used natural detergent, washing with like colors, dryer balls rather than fabric softener sheets, and oxy clean on the stains. But alas, after 6 months of use I officially have ugly peach stains on 4/4 large grey towels, 4/4 hand towels. 2/4 of my white bath towels are totally discolored after only a handful of uses, and 4/4 of my white washcloths are now off-white after 1 USE. It's embarrassing! Save yourselves and get towels from somewhere else!

Very disappointed!! I registered for and received two sets of white Parachute Percale sheets for my wedding. We started using the sheets and very soon after they began to discolor. I used a natural oxygen-based whiter to try and whiten them (as per the instructions), but nothing worked. We washed them regularly, rotated between both sets of sheets and are very clean people :) However, all parts of the sheet sets (fitted, flat and pillow cases) continued to darken to a greyish/yellow color. They are also very loose fitting on our queen bed - don't hug the mattress at all. I was so excited to receive them and it's upsetting to see such a (supposedly) high quality product deteriorate so quickly. See the difference in the photos. In both pictures I held the exposed part of the sheet up to the portion of the sheets that we tuck under the bed - you can see that the part we tuck under the bed is still white. Finally purchased a set of Brooklinen sheets to replace them and have been much happier with the quality.
