I had an outstanding experience at Mattress Pros in Culver City! Richard made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. He was incredibly patient, friendly, and knowledgeable, taking the time to understand exactly what we were looking for instead of trying to rush us into a purchase. He provided several thoughtful recommendations based on our preferences and encouraged us to spend as much time as we wanted trying each mattress. There was never any pressure, which made it easy to find the perfect fit. We ultimately purchased a king-size Maxim Windsor 3 during their fantastic "King for Queen" promotion, which let us get a king-size mattress for the price of a queen. Between the exceptional customer service and the great value, we couldn't be happier with our purchase. If you're looking for a new mattress, I highly recommend Mattress Pros in Culver City. Be sure to ask for Richard--you'll be in excellent hands! read more

Kyle was great and their delivery crew was great. I even called Kyle a couple of times, once to move up the delivery date and also to ask if they can take away the box springs. Yes and yes and he was 100% gracious and accommodating. We decided to do twin XLs in place of our eastern king to make it easier to change the sheets, as our former mattress was a behemoth. So glad to be able to actually sit and lie on the mattress before buying. I buy things online all the time, but this was too important a purchase to leave to chance. A saggy mattress is depressing and uncomfortable, so I prefer to control my own toppers and now I can. Feeling grateful. read more

This place rocks, and the owner rules. Even if you're thinking "but maybe there's a better deal somewhere else" there isn't. This is the place you've been looking for. You've stumbled upon greatness my friend. Heaven if you will. So lay down, and stay a while. read more

I had a genuinely great experience with Mattress Pros in Culver City. I went in skeptical, as the mattress industry can feel opaque and salesy, but these guys were the opposite. The staff was knowledgeable without being pushy, and they took the time to really explain the differences between options. I ended up purchasing an Aireloom mattress at a very competitive price. Delivery was yesterday and everything went smoothly, right on time and handled professionally. Overall, this is exactly the kind of local business worth supporting. If you're mattress shopping and want a straightforward and low-pressure experience, I'd absolutely recommend Mattress Pros. read more

No wonder this place has a five-star overall rating. I worked with Richard when buying my new mattress, and he was very knowledgeable and accommodating. I accidentally ordered the incorrect mattress size. Instead of charging me full price for the replacement mattress and refunding the money I paid for the original mattress days/weeks later, Richard simply charged me the difference between the two mattresses. The delivery team also hauled the original mattress away after delivering the replacement. I'll be recommending this Mattress Pros to all my friends and family, as well as returning for all my future mattress purchases. read more

I was so well cared for. The owners are the best-hearted people. They sell really great mattresses, because your spine and sleep matter. I will only buy mattresses here. read more

Kyle is the man! I came in looking for a complete queen bed setup and he was so accommodating. He took the time to explain the different frames and options, had us try several mattresses, and really listened to what I needed. And then he gave me a GREAT deal--one nice price, everything included, out the door. No pressure, just really good customer service. I was actually going to leave and go to Costco, and I am SO glad I didn't! If you need a mattress, go see Kyle. He is definitely the Mattress Pro! Highly recommend! read more

They were both so nice and helpful! Very happy to be supporting a local small business and got a great deal on an incredible mattress.

Rewriting this review as I wanted to give more insight on how great this place is! I came in to these guys after sleeping on a rough mattress for the past few years and was trying to find one that would help with side sleeping. When I walked in we spoke with Richard who was friendly off the bat and got to know what exactly we needed in a new mattress. We were shown a few mattresses and his recommendation was what I went with. Richards choice was perfect for me as my lower hip pain disappeared the moment I got the mattress. Even after a half a year I prefer sleeping on this mattress over most hotels Ive stayed in. Richard was able to give me a solid price and also accommodate replacing my current mattress with a temporary one while they got my new mattress shipped. I would highly recommend this place if youre looking a mattress and want friendly and no frills service. read more

I had visited two other stores looking for a mattress before I came here. Not only did I find a great full sized firm mattress, but it was $200 cheaper than the best offer from the previous stores, and was ready for pickup the next day. Kyle even helped us load the mattress in the car the next day. Couldn't have asked for a better mattress buying experience! read more

This place sucks. They will lie to you about inventory to get you to come in. Bad attitude. Bait and switch.

Superior knowledge, best pricing in SOCAL, great service! Thank you Richard! We love our new Aierloom Mattress!

I was tired, weary, and beaten down by the overwhelming journey of mattress shopping, until I walked through the doors of Mattress Pros and met Kyle. Kyle is patient, kind, and knows his mattresses! He helped me narrow down my search by asking questions and listening to my preferences--all with my budget in mind. Not only did he give me a great deal on my dream mattress, he recommended a wonderful pillow and mattress cover, and helped me find the best price for everything! Now my bed is so comfortable that I refuse to get out of bed. My friends and family plead with me to be reasonable. "Get out of bed, Grandpa Joe!" they cry. But it's 2025, and the comfort of my mattress is the only thing that I live for, that I can count on. Anyway I just *know* that my grandson is about to win that golden ticket...then I'll have something worth getting up for. In all seriousness, I had a great experience with mattress shopping here. So much so, that I told Kyle that I will be patroning Mattress Pros for the rest of my LIFE! THANK YOU, KYLE. SEE YOU IN 15 YEARS. HOPEFULLY THE EARTH WILL STILL BE IN EXISTENCE. read more

Very helpful service, great deal on pricing, on time delivery and mattress removal. Satisfied customer.

I really appreciated Kyle and his staff with helping with my picky 15 year old's mattress. They were super helpful with returns and exchanges, a real small business that works hard to make sure the customer is happy. I highly recommend this company, if you don't see what you want in store, good chance they can make it. Just ask! read more

Very limited selection. We ended up spending upwards of $11,000 on our bedroom setup (separate motorized base, two twin mattresses, mattress protector, and a mattress pad - admittedly sounds nuts now). I debated writing this for a long time because Richard was so nice, but all of the great reviews made me choose mattress pros somewhat blindly in a desperate situation, so I felt like posting an honest review might help someone else do a little more research before choosing (I wish I had). They only offer store credit, so we ended up with a much less expensive mattress (that we ended up giving away), and lots of leftover credit we won't ever use. Richard is very amiable, but left us feeling helpless. He basically told us that none of the mattresses in the store feel like they will once they're broken in at home, so we ended up having no idea how to choose. At first he was very responsive. By the time we switched he was less so. By the end he was dismissive, but never rude - we still haven't received the two pillows we ordered with our mattress around Memorial Day that he said would show up eventually (we just needed to be "patient"). I don't think we would have liked them anyways as they were larger versions of the free one he gave us the first day we went to look (again, super nice at first). There were lots of reasons we finally gave up. We couldn't find a mattress in the store that we found comfortable (we were reminded it didn't matter if it was comfortable there, it would feel different at home). We were very unimpressed with the delivery - the mattresses showed up in the back of a pickup truck with three angry guys who bumper-car-ed their way up our staircase. Every interaction made us feel like Richard was doing us a favor, so we felt like a burden. I have a bad back and it was more urgent to find something that worked, so we went elsewhere. We were informed from the start that it was store credit only, so that is on us. read more

I had a really great experience at this place a couple weekends ago. I came in looking for a new mattress. It's one of those processes that sounds pretty simple and straightforward until you are standing in a showroom, overwhelmed by all the options. The salesman here (I think his name was Tracy? He was covering from another store...) immediately approached us and went about asking us questions to help us find the right mattress. He was well informed, personable, and patient. I liked him right away. Within 15 minutes, we'd found one we were liking quite a bit. We had initially planned on visiting a few stores, but Tracy quickly offered us a price that was simply too good to pass up. He got us checked out quickly and our mattress arrived a week later. Had our first night's sleep on it last night and it was perfect. Can tell it's a very high quality mattress and I can't believe the great price we got on it. Would definitely recommend coming to this spot if you want a fast and VERY friendly shopping experience, while also getting a great price. read more

Happened to be in the neighborhood and I needed a new mattress -- so all those positive YELP REVIEWS really helped me pick this place. SO GLAD I did as Kyle was very helpful in finding me just the right mattress. Tried out 3 or 4 and took my time since it wasn't that busy that morning. They don't do the hard sell and Kyle was very knowledgeable about what type of mattress would work best for my needs. Went with the Eclipse Glacier Plush Euro Top and got a great deal on it after mentioning Yelp. They just delivered it today and I couldn't be happier -- it's like sleeping on a cloud of feathers (but with a bit of firmness). Thanks Mattress Pros -- I'll be recommending you for anyone I know who has an old mattress that needs replacing. read more

My experience with Mattress Pro was the most gracious experience I could ever happen when shopping for the perfect bed that will bring me that perfect rest and peaceful sleep. Richard was very informative and educated on the many brands their store sells. He brought his Professionalism to myself and my beautiful friend. We were actually shopping for her son mattress in which we did purchased that day. Not to mention the King size Tempur as well. He also provide free layaway and delivery and setup which these days you don't get. The delivery guys were exceptional as well. I would deeply recommend Mattress Pro to those who are seeking a new bed. Thanks Richard You were truly pleasurable and awesome individual to work with. Mark O Jones read more

Wow. An absolutely amazing experiencing I had shopping here. I found them on Yelp and watched their YouTube video that had me sold on coming through. First of all it's family owned, and I love supporting local business. Second, when we walked in Kade was amazing right away he helped explain all the different mattress styles to us. We wanted an aireloom mattress and came here specifically for that knowing that only a few matttess places sell them. Kade helped us compare other brands and was super knowledgeable throughout the process. Who knew there was so much to know about mattresses. I literally hate mattress shopping because it normally comes with salesy pitches and pushy salespeople. But here, they really do care about getting you your dream bed and making the experience more pleasant. It was very refreshing after being on the search for a month. In the end, they hooked it up with an incredible deal so we could get our dream king aireloom and sleep like the obamas Thanks so much for everything! Y'all are the best and I'll recommend you to all my peeps. read more

I came, honestly not expecting to find the perfect fit for a mattress on my first stop. I thought I would have to check out different places, compare prices, etc. bc frankly I had in mind a specific brand/bed that I knew they didn't carry but I came in and I'm so glad that I did! A gentleman helped me right away, I believe his name was Sean. He helped me find the perfect type of mattress based on what I liked and in the size/price range I needed. I thought I could only ever want a full memory foam from now on but I ended up getting a king size hybrid style with a plush top, from a boutique California company (supporting local, love that). I've had it for nearly 8 months now and it is the absolute BEST. I describe my bed as a cloud from heaven, better than my last, which was hard to beat. I find myself longing to get back to my newer bed whenever I visit my home with my older mattress. Guests always comment that I have the most comfortable bed they've been in. read more

Mattress Pros - No clue where the brand tag is but this mattress is a cloud from heaven - Mattresses Near Me - Culver City, California

After visiting most of the mattress stores (both chains and family-owned) in SaMo and Culver City, we found our mattress at Mattress Pros, thanks to the Yelp community and the amazing Richard! We already had our sights set on a latex mattress and called Mattress Pros on a whim to see if they have something similar and at a more affordable price. Richard only had a similar one and promised to price match over the phone and, when we weren't happy with the similar product, he casually showed us a few different options and gave us space and time (2+ hours) to try them out on our own. We didn't feel crowded or rushed to make a decision, and he made sure to check up on us every so often when we have questions. Even gave us different pillows to try with the mattress. When we finally made a decision, he gave us a bargain and hooked us up with a few accessories. Hint: if you check in on yelp, the current promo gives you pillows and a mattress protector. We loved the deal, plus the fact that there is a half-year trial period where you can switch mattresses if you change your mind. If you decide to return a mattress, there is a restocking fee. Our mattress was delivered in two weeks (due to manufacturing issues, no fault of Richard's) and was quickly replaced with another one when we spotted a defect on it. Overall, there were plenty of choices, great customer service, and I would return to Mattress Pros again in the future if we need another mattress. Thanks Richard!! read more

I can't speak highly enough of this place and of Kyle in particular. This place is clean and inviting unlike most mattress places with creepy, pressure sales personnel. Kyle was incredibly patient, kind, knowledgeable, respectful, true to his word, and ultimately guided me to the right mattress in their store, given my back condition. If you go here, call to make sure he's in. He's simply the best. Good luck! read more

Kyle was welcoming and professional. He helped us find a great mattress for a good price and was very accommodating.

My wife and I recently purchased a mattress from Kyle at Mattress Pros in Culver City. They have a great selection to choose from, and Kyle totally listened to what we needed. We shopped at 6 different places, and at Mattress Pros, they matched the best price that we had received. We are not from the area, but drove for over an hour to see what they had, and to see if in fact they had the best price out there, which, in fact, they did! We visited several places that basically only carried stearns and foster, or posture pedic. However, I learned that they are all made with the individually wrapped coils, so in my opinion, they are all very similar, or nearly identical in construction! What sets Mattress Pros apart from the other guy, is service, and price! Because Mattress Pros doesn't have all the high dollar advertising of stearns and foster or posture pedic, they can keep their cost down. They can also negotiate a lower price, which I found out stearns and foster and posture pedic will not do! Now don't get me wrong, stearns and foster and posture pedic make a very good mattress. But the difference is the price. You're paying for the name! We paid quite a bit less that HALF of what I would have paid for a stearns and foster mattress. We needed a firm mattress with a pillow top, and they had several to choose from. They are all high quality, and have a 10 year warranty, which is pretty standard, I believe. I went to several other dealerships for mattress, but one in particular was kind of shady with what they were telling me, so I ended up going back to Mattress Pros, where Kyle matched his price, without the shade. I almost never do a review for a product of any kind, but Kyle and Mattress Pros were the very best! You won't be disappointed! read more

Could not recommend this place more. I had not changed my mattress for over 10 years. This was my first time and Richie made it a great experience. Richie really knows his stuff and took his time walking me through each of my mattress options. He explained the science of each mattress and how each one would fit my needs. I went to the store twice and my second time I walked away with a great mattress that I'm very happy with. Fair prices. Great service. I'm sending all my friends and family here. read more

I purchased an "expensive" king size mattress two years ago at another store and immediately started having back pain. I came to Mattress Pros based on the reviews. I had the great pleasure of getting helped by Kade who walked me through all my options. I literally laid on three different choices for over an hour. He offered me a beverage and let me take my time. He also explained how I am able to return the mattress, hassle free, if it's not working for me. True pleasure working with Kade. Will be buying additional mattresses soon. It also is a family business and you get a sense they care. They have my highest recommendation. read more
