David is absolutely fantastic-- he truly knows his stuff when it comes to mattresses and will help you navigate the strange world of mattresses in order to figure out which mattress will best suit your needs. I definitely plan on recommending this store to my friends who are looking for mattresses or other home goods. David is extremely knowledgeable about mattresses and will educate you and help you when it comes to picking out a mattress for you. He is extremely honest and kind. Genuinely educational experience; I didn't feel pressured into purchasing anything and am really grateful for that as many mattress store retailers just want to make a quick buck and will just push whatever is popular onto you. David actually listens to what you say about your needs and will recommend you options based on that. This is extremely helpful because now I actually feel as if I want to come back. They also carry some really fancy and soft bedding here which I definitely plan on exploring more one day. This is probably one of the most genuine mattress stores in LA where it feels like your sleep hygiene and needs are actually considered. Absolutely fantastic experience!!! I will be coming back!! read more

We really needed a new mattress. Ours was in need of replacement and in haste, we had ordered one off the internet and it was awful. We shopped around and found Mattress Central. We were helped and guided and undecided as I like softer mattresses but my wife likes firm. We settled on firm thinking it would soften up. Once we got it, it felt way too firm and we tried to make it work but needed to switch to the plusher version. They have a policy where you can swap out within a few months and they helped us quickly. The delivery team took the firm one away just two days from deciding on the plush one and we are sleeping way better already. I'd definitely recommend Mattress Central! read more

Researching mattresses, so I have been to Mattress Central twice to compare/contrast their products with others in the market. David helped me both times and has been very informative and personable without being pushy or giving off that "salesman vibe." Have not made my purchase yet, but I am definitely going to soon, especially since they have great perks with purchase. Minus a star because the AC has been broken for days, and I was surprised management had not yet fixed that. My husband and I desperately needed a new mattress and happen to drive pass this store all the time. We were greeted by David, who is a phenomenal salesperson and from our conversations with him, a phenomenal person! He is very knowledgeable and was very helpful guiding us through the many options the store has - and for what seems like a small store, they have so many options. We were lucky enough to take advantage of the sales, which of course is a plus. No reason to doubt... visit here if you need a mattress. read more

Mattress Central is the best place to get your mattress in LA. In fact, I purchased a mattress from Mattress Central in 2018, got such a fantastic deal and customer service, that when I moved back to LA 4 years later I came back and bought the newer version! I've never had such dedicated customer service and great pricing. Delivery was flawless and the mattress held through the test of time. read more

David was so incredibly helpful! Thank you! I bought from this store when they had a dtla location and just returned to upgrade to a king. David spent tons of time on the phone with me answering all types of questions I had and figuring out the best replacement based on what I had before and loved. I also don't have a bed purchased yet and they are providing a loaner frame and box spring so that we don't have to sleep on the floor until we get the bed! Had no idea this was possible and I'm so grateful for the flexibility! I will definitely return to this store when it's time to buy again! read more

I hate mattress shipping--mostly it's like a used car lot. Mattress Central is COMPLETELY different. David asked what type of sleep experience we preferred, sleep position and firmness. Based on that, he zeroed in on two or three, no "up selling" to the priciest. Because I expressed an interest in a floor model, he made it extremely attractive to buy two mattresses, which I did-- with NO pressure. They have a liberal return policy and price-match. Delivery--despite the pandemic-- within two weeks. And as a single woman, I was treated with the attention and respect of a couple. Signed, sealed and (free) delivered within half an hour. Great store, great service. read more

100 percent satisfied (so far.. will update when we get our bed) This is regarding their services. No lie I had 250 thousand questions and Montez answered each and every one of them over a few days. Work with me because I had a daily limit on my card and had to make 3 payments on separate days. We are so excited to get our fancy new bed. read more

What a hidden gem!! I found this place on Yelp and so glad I decided to stop in. David greeted us right away and asked what we needed and promptly found us the perfect mattress. He wasn't pushy, he was patient, and so easy to work with. They have a ton in stock and is also offering floor model sales. They also deliver to the greater LA area which is nice to know! He offered my mom, a recent widow, a great deal on a mattress and pillows. DEFINITELY recommend coming here and working with David. I was in desperate need of a new mattress. David helped me pick the right one, a hybrid Temper- Pedic. It was delivered a week ago by two very nice, efficient deliverymen (delivery was free) and so far I'm loving my new mattress. The whole process went very smoothly, so I highly recommend this business. The store itself is conveniently located and they have their own parking lot, so that's a plus! read more

Informative and helpful! Thanks to David for helping me find a good mattress and pillow!

I made the mistake of ordering a high end hybrid mattress in a box (which I can thankfully return). I stopped at Mattress Central to try out the different options and David was so incredibly helpful, generous with his time, and genuine in trying to help me find the best mattress for my needs. The customer service that you get at this family owned business is exemplary! I'll be recommending David and Mattress Central to all my friends and family! read more

I purchased a budget mattress from a spot in Glendale in 2018. Less than three years later, this mattress has been causing serious back pain. I felt overwhelmed by the prospect of purchasing a new mattress after being disappointed by budget beds. I also felt inundated by mail order mattresses that seemed to only last a few years. Upon entering Mattress Central I was helped by Kyle, who answered my neurotic questions, explained different types of mattresses, and found a fit that would help my back. While these mattress a just a bit more expensive than budget softies, Kyle explain thoroughly why they will last longer and provide the best nights sleep. I never felt pushed into buying anything. No pressure, just answers. Do yourself a favor and visit a Mattress Central. You will meet with service and answers that will set your mind at ease before you make a serious purchase. A very important purchase for your mind and body I might add! read more

I was looking for a mattress and needed one by that same weekend since I was moving. I tumbled across Mattress Central and arrived at 7:30pm. I met David and he helped me find a mattress in the easiest and best way possible. To be honest, I had no idea what I was looking for. I was confused and didn't know where to start but he helped me find something that fit my budget! What I really appreciated about David was the fact that his sales skills didn't come off as salesy. Instead of talking to a sales associate, I felt like I was talking to a friend (which is how all sales people should be in my opinion)! I felt comfortable and it was overall an enjoyable experience. But the greatness didn't stop there. He accommodated my mattress delivery schedule and helped me get the time I needed since I had movers coming that same day. He even gave me advice on bed frames and couches! David truly went above and beyond. It's obvious that he takes care of his customers throughout the entire process, from start to finish. Communication was always clear and he always followed-up. Owners - give David a raise ASAP! He really deserves it. read more

Great store and great service. They have a big variety of mattresses, in different price range. David was super helpful in directing us to the best option for us.
