Par-Tee Putt is an okay spot for a casual activity downtown Toronto. They offer mini golf with 18 themed holes and ping pong courts, but it felt kinda cheap compared to other putt places I've been to. The holes are short and gimmicky, making it quick to finish. We tried a variety of food like the deep dish pizza, nachos, and wings, and overall it was decent pub grub: crispy wings, solid pizza slices, nothing standout but good enough to pair with a game and drinks. Fun for groups or a low-key hangout nearby, but not a spot I'd rush back to. Worth a one-time visit if you're in the area. read more

They're currently undergoing renovations, but I believe it was an even smaller space prior to the renovations. It's not a well built course, but rather a few makeshift putting greens thrown into a bar. The website also said there would be 27 holes but there were only 19. Keep your expectations low and with that, I can give it 4 stars. For being affordable as an after dinner date spot, I get it. Granted, I was here on a weeknight so it didn't feel packed. I'd recommend this place as somewhere to screw around with your date in you're in the area. I'd say a third of the holes need refurbishing and have some issues where balls can easily fall out of the putting area so be prepared to run around catching bouncing golf balls. But some holes were really creat I didn't try any food or drinks so I can't speak on that but it is loud and dark in the place with strobe lights in certain areas. read more

Let me start by saying I did not pay for this, someone else paid for me to play so I cannot comment on the cost vs the experience. We played all the holes and I enjoyed at least 90%. Only 1 or 2 holes weren't as fun for me and mostly that's just because I didn't do well on them and I got frustrated. I would say if anyone is looking for a fun thing to do for a few hours Par-Tee is worth it (again I don't know prices) but if you only did part of the holes I would do the middle or back 9 holes they were more fun to me! I went to Par-Tee Putt for a work social and enjoyed my time there. Along with my colleagues, I played a set consisting of nine holes, each in their own individual sections with their own themes. Each of courses had unique challenges, but were also short and could be completed quite quickly, and some of them were based on pure luck. I also found the courses really close to each other, which made the space a little tricky to walk around, without bumping into other people. Nevertheless, I had fun and would recommend Par-Tee Putt as a work social to any groups of people who aren't looking for an activity that is too serious but still want some friendly competition :) read more

Pretty bad experience. I went there for some chill fun and there aren't many mini golfing options downtown. It was cheap but it should not be considered a mini golf spot. The courses were so small and kind of stupid and didn't really work. It would seem a bit more fun if you're drunk but an activity business shouldn't really rely on drinks to make their TO BE activity fun. I understand that they're trying with such a small venue but they could have made one giant course thats super intricite and it would be more fun than 24 mediocre holes. read more

My co-workers and I came here for a work social event. I was skeptical at first, but Par-Tee Putt was a lot of fun. When you come in, you pick up a golf club and pick up a coin. The coins are used in the golf ball vending machine. There are 3 sets of 9 holes. The ball isn't returned on the 9th hole. There is a bar when you come in, so you can order drinks and/or food. Each hole has a mini table to hold your drink while you play. What I enjoyed the most about each hole was that it brought back so much nostalgia. The 80's are alive and back here. Each hole is unique and brings with it different challenges. Ultimately, it doesn't matter how well you do on each hole because the 9th hole will destroy you. Overall, I thought Par-Tee Putt was a great place to go for social events with groups of friends or co-workers. I thought that 9 holes was sufficient. read more

We had a fun time a Par-Tee-Putt, note there's a Tuesday date night deal for 18 holes for $12.50pp, which is 2 courses of 9 holes and you get two balls since the 9th hole they take your ball (~1hr incl. 15min wait for 2pp). Opportunities for photos throughout. Verdict: Worth it! There are 3 courses you can play in. As a group of 2, we finished about 26 holes in 1.5hrs including the 15 min wait time. I think they send everyone to the bar for 15 mins before they call you up. Just so you can spend some more at the bar. Hack: If it isn't busy, you could skip the 9th hole and try another hole instead that's empty. But be mindful of others, don't do this unless it's not busy/empty on the course! We noticed this is the case late into the weekday night (after 10pm~) Best courses: I say out of the 3 courses, we liked the stretch where you started at Ferris wheel or the green with the gopher. The other where you started at CN tower was fun too, with Pokemon characters and beer pong/pool combination. But we liked the challenge, or maybe some would think is gimmicky - tilting table and the skeeball mini putt. I say this is worthwhile, and we had fun. The contraptions, characters and Toronto themes are well thought out, unique and everyone should try it at least once! Perfect for travellers or group gatherings, though it may be tight (large groups should split up). Recommend checking this out as a weekday night when it is likely less busy. read more

I love the different themes here! There's a lot of great ideas and creativity put into each hole but I just wish each hole was bigger so that all the cute little things could be appreciated more...instead of trying to position yourself over the props in order to hit your ball. read more

I am really a sucker for the cool places on Insta! This is another one that drew me in. Most of the mini putt places in and around Toronto are the huge glow-in-the-dark variety or the outdoor ones. This one is contained inside a building in the entertainment district which is convenient for after work socials. You might want to book ahead of time for this reason since there might be big corporate groups ahead of you at the holes. It's a super small place but they managed to squeeze in 3 different 9 hole courses. The theme of the holes range from Toronto landmarks to pop culture. They're pretty clever and you'll probably want to take pics of them. Each hole is very small. The smallest was probably some arrangement of a 4'x4' space. We flew through them and finished in well under an hour including checking in, getting clubs, waiting for other golfers, and taking pics. For $35 if you're just concerned with a challenging putt, probably not worth it. If you're going for the pics and social aspect, possibly. They do serve food and drinks here in a bar type setting so you can hang around after you're done your games. read more

Came to visit Toronto and saw this on Instagram. Pricing: a bit overpriced for less than 20 mins per course. They are very small (table size)) and it should take about less than 3 hits to get it in (star lost) Customer service: the lady was sweet but she kept being distracted and was wondering off many times or be talking to other staff. She told us to wait for her to bring us to the 2nd course when we are done but waited too long. We went along to the course since it's just right there (star lost) Golf: it was fun due to some obstacles during the game, creative and there's a bar next to you. It was funny seeing some tv characters and some familiar board games as the course. It's small and can get can get crowded easily. Coat check: I wished they give tickets orr numbers to grab the coats for you, did not feel safe leaving my coats right next to the door where it's open to anybody to just grab and leave while you're on the other side and can't see I would come here to try it once for the experience but wouldn't come here again due to the price and the short amount of time you spend here. Very difficult place to review! Firstly, a mini putt place downtown is exactly what Toronto has been missing for a bit of fun entertainment and this place is so cool BUT it's more of an Instagram opportunity then it is a mini putt course. We played the full 27 holes which cost a total of 80$ inc tax for 2 people...this is not value for money when you consider each hole is literally like a Par 2 (meaning if you need to hit more then twice your bad haha) We got around all the holes in 45 mins max which is a bit disappointing as takes the competition out of it a bit. On the other hand though they have put a lot of effort into the holes and they do look amazing so credit there! You can drink going round so that's fun! All in worth going once but not really something I'd be interested to do again. read more

I came here with a group of friends after reading about it on BlogTO. We managed to find a Groupon deal for this and we are glad that we paid a discounted price. It was actually my first Mini Golf experience so I enjoyed this place a lot. We had the 9 holes package (which was one course) and our group of friends were all assigned to the same course so we could hang out. The courses itself weren't hard to be honest. They were all themed and very fun to play with. To be honest, this place is more like an insta-worthy playground than a real mini golf venue. While I enjoyed my time here, my friends (who have done actual mini golf before) thought that this is mediocre and not "real mini golf". However for myself, I enjoyed my experience and had lots of fun with the different themed holes. I would definitely recommend this place for when you are looking for a hangout with some friends around downtown or if you want to take cute pictures. read more

Definitely a go to for your insta pics type of place - my boyfriend and I decided to go after seeing it on BlogTO and popped in Monday afternoon to try it out. There weren't too many people, so we were able to start playing immediately. We did the 18 holes/2 courses option and got through it all in less than 1 hour. The themed holes were cute and punny, but the holes itself were small and didn't include the typical challenges or calculative moves that mini golf would require. A fun experience! I came here on a quadruple date and we had a great time. There are two full areas that you can play in, thus making for a 9 hole or 18 hole experience. The host stand at the front made things really easy and clear upon arrival. We were able to order drinks at the bar before playing, but we couldn't pre order or order food to bring around with us while we were playing. Though our area and some of the games were a little more compact than I thought it would be, a bunch were very creative and challenging for novices like us. It was really funny watch everyone go and we didn't feel rushed at all. Luckily, it was a weeknight and perhaps not the busiest time to go. Decor is really on point all around and it definitely has the vibe of downtown. They know who's coming by. This would make a great date spot if you needed a bit of an icebreaker. read more

We had a little child so the experience was a little more amusing. But being an adult, I can't really see the appeal in coming here on a date or a hang out. The place is small so most course are small in space also. There are three groups with 9 holes. Depending on how many holes you pay for will depend how many groups you'll get to try. There is a full bar for the drinkers. The one thing I noticed is that every group of adults that show up, were drinking. It looked more like a drinking experience with mini gold than it did mini golf with cocktails. Like I said, if you're with kids, it'll be worth it. If not, maybe try another social event. read more

yesterday i called Par tee putt to make reservations for my family to celebrate my wife's birthday... I spoke with a female around 10am and advised her my son is 11 and my niece is 18 would that be an issue... I was advised that once we arrived before 8pm there would be no issue "its not like anyone is gonna come tell you to leave". i made the reservation for my family of 5 We arrived at Par Tee Putt at 7:30pm driving from more then an hour away and i sent my family in as i looked for parking (very hard to find parking but the door security was very helpful) my wife paid for everyone and we went in i came in about 10-15min later. everyone was playing golf starting to have a good time, there was a lot of people. we decided to get some food and this is were it all went down hill, even though i had made reservations i was told that there was 2 other parties and there was no where for us to sit and eat, and they now need us to leave because i had 2 underage people with me. i explained that i had called and made reservation and that ment nothing they gave our seat to the other people in the place and now after less then half hour we had to go... i ask to speak to the manager "JD" who offered me a refund but can only refund me in store credit (i'm not ever coming back why would i want store credit wtf) i advised this was not acceptable and then he advised i could leave get something to eat at another restaurant and come back to play more golf... i found the manager a complete idiot if i'm being told to leave because i have under age ppl with my party why would i be advised to come back at an even later time. My family and i were the only coloured people in the place receiving this kind of treatment, and these experiences just make you have to question the integrity of ParTeePutt. This was one of the most embarrassing thing to happen to me and not only that but this ruined my wife's Birthday. - why was i made a reservation and not even have a table? - why was i told i could bring kids if i come before 8? - why am i offered a refund in only store credit? - why is the manager offering me to come back at an even later time? so many things went wrong and i can say i will never support or come back to an organization that treats people the way i was treated that day. Our group of 4 arrived an hour early, so we sat around at the bar area. The menu was very underwhelming and tiny, but I ordered a cocktail to try, anyway. The Grandma's Getaway (or something along those lines) tasted extremely mediocre; like a terrible, watered down version of the Pina Colada. We decided to eat elsewhere, and come back at our reserved time. Two of us had reserved a time slot 5 minutes earlier than the other two, and I guess the place really places an emphasis on exact times, so the four of us couldn't start at the same time- They made the other two wait exactly 5 minutes before they could join us. The place itself was shockingly tiny- With 27 themed minigolf holes (split into 3 courses of 9 holes), but each one was approximately 2 meters in length. It took maybe an hour or so to get through all 27 holes, and it definitely was not worth the price. 18 holes cost $25+, and while putting away at the tiny themed holes and taking pictures was cute and fun, it was nothing special nor memorable. It also got extremely hot inside, as the amount of people increased. Honestly, if they don't switch up the courses every few weeks, I really don't think they'll last long, since people generally only go there for the novelty of the themed holes. We originally had a great time, we loved the concept where we could drink, have a good time playing, be accompanied by good music and just overall enjoy ourselves. We had an amazing time until we were leaving putting our items back and singing along to a Kanye song when we were called "ghetto" by the security guard. Yes we were loud and enjoying ourselves but we were wholesome, not vulgar and honestly were confused by the comment. Not only did he say "ghetto girls" when we turned around and said we're actually far from it, he said "you wouldn't be offended if you ain't from the ghetto". We were mostly shocked and trying to figure out 1) why he would say that and also how to handle the situation. When one of our party members came back into the place to go to the bathroom he said "oh u need to go to the bathroom G". I hardly think that his conduct was appropriate and him trying to be derogatory left us with a bad taste in our mouths and we won't be coming back. Contrary to prior reviews my group had a great time at Partee putt. I accidentally booked the wrong night and had already gotten a sitter. After freaking out, I emailed Par-Tee putt and the general manager, Nicole, responded saying she would happily change our date for us. When we arrived we were greeted politely and taken to our course. Nicole went above and beyond to show us around make sure we were having a good time. I think everyone needs to remember that this is a putt putt golf course, not a bar. Yes, you can drink and eat there, but you can't just hang out on the courses. I came here for a fun anniversary night, and unfortunately was met with disappointment. We had finished 18 holes in half an hour and in the meantime had spent $18 on only two drinks (a beer and a screwdriver). We expected less of an instagram attraction and more of a mini-golf experience. I think if you were to go with many friends it may be a good experience, but going as only two people and hoping for a worthwhile time did not come to fruition. It felt like they tried to stuff as much as they could in the little space they had. Each "hole" takes a maximum of 1 minute to complete, some of which don't even make you swing your putter (the only hole that took longer than a minute was broken...) Went with a group of 4 and it took us 20 minutes to complete 9 holes (as a group)!!! Cool concept overall, but very poor execution. It does not warrant the price at all (15$ for 9 holes, 25$ for 18). If you're looking to go mini putting, don't bother coming here. I signed up for 2 people was charged for 3. When I got there I asked about refunding me for the extra as we were just two of us. I was told no refunds but I could pay a little bit more to simply play 18. After that I looked at the course and it was quite disappointing and will not be returning. My friends and I went to Par-Tee Putt for a group outing. The concept is great, you get to drink and play mini putt on a bunch of cool courses. We had a group of 7, quite large, and we were excited to drink, play, and then have dinner at the venue. We started on our first course and had a great time. There was a couple behind us so we asked them if they wanted to go before us but they were completely fine waiting for us. We finished the first course and started on the next course, when we were stopped by a staff member who split our group up to play on different courses. Half of us were not informed of what was happening so we regrouped and asked for an explanation. The manager, Alain, came up to us and explained that he wanted to split our group because it was too large and it wasn't fair for people behind us (this was very fair and made a lot of sense). So we asked him if we could split our group into 2 groups (group of 3 and group of 4) but still be on the same course and play back to back. He proceeded to explain that he couldn't do this, BUT he could let our group of 3 play first, then put a different group of people in between and then our group of 4 would play after that? He didn't explain why he had to put another group in between our group to split us up... so after more discussion he finally let us split up into two groups and play back to back.. The worst part was that Alain didn't asses the situation before talking to us, and didn't realize that there was absolutely no one lined up after our group (see photo of empty course).. our 2 groups went though 7 holes before another group showed up at the first hole. Very poor communication and poor management by Alain. I don't suggest going to this venue unless you're going with a small group of people or if you're ok with your group being split up onto different courses for the majority of the night.i read more
