After three calls on her landline, and left messages each time. she then called back on her cell phone. They picked up and gave her the number for the installer. She called the installer. They have no order to install her pool. She has her permits. She told Namco that After getting them. They have her money, her contract yet they won't answer calls or do the installation. More recently I asked him for an evaluation of our above ground pool for possible new liner and he was very helpful. We proceeded to have him install a new liner and while there was a problem initially Bruce made everything all right with no hassle. I find his prices competitive with the big pool stores, especially considering the excellent quality of the new liner and a new winter cover. I will never buy a liner or winter covers from one of those stores again. He is a gem of a small retail store owner.

Last year we stopped in to Sterling Pool, and are happy to report that we won't be going back to Namco anytime soon. Sterling is well stocked with quality parts and kept clean. More importantly, the folks there are friendly and helpful. I'm glad we finally found Sterling Pools. I just wish we started coming here sooner!

On this given Saturday, I spent about half an hour walking through the various greenhouses. There are lots of interesting plants to look at - though many are not labeled - and in one of the building, the plants and flowers were for sale. There is also one area that was just for plants as part of the collection, which were really nicely curated and tended to. The community garden was also exquisite and quite dense. You have to be a member to participate, and you can tell that those who work in the garden know what they're doing. We saw some awesome tomatoes, rainbow chard, sunflowers, dahlias, and more. I can't wait to bring more people here to walk around.
