I really do not like to leave negative reviews, and even called the owner to let her know what my concerns were. When given feedback, she was extremely defensive and not at all helpful. She even accused me of being aggressive- no solutions provided or even an apology. In fact, she accused me of not communicating because I did not call her personal cell phone when no one answered the business phone (!!!!!) To top it off, she ended the call by letting me know that she would be charging my card for the remaining package payments that I will not be utilizing. Don't get sick. The day before my last appointment in the promos I purchased I had to go to urgent care for a sore throat and pain in my neck. The doctor determined that I had tonsillitis and wanted me to start antibiotics (amoxicillin) immediately. I've been going to Par for over 2 years and she has always told me under no circumstances will they do laser with antibiotics in your system. The following morning I texted oar as soon as I woke up and I called the office as soon aa they opened. I left a voicemail twice and never got a response (it's been 4 days). Par opened my message and I saw she read it but she never responded. Instead she sent me a generated message stating that my appointment was going to be considered a no show and she was keeping my deposit. I then texted her again and told her I tried to reach out multiple times because I was not physically able to get my laser done. She again, opened the message and did not respond. The message also stated that I could call and reschedule an appointment or start a new promo if one was available. That would have worked if they answered the phone and responded to texts/voicemails. This is how they treat their customers of over 2 years who commute over an hour to make appointments. read more

It's been four days since I had my very first hydrafacial. My skin still feels smooth and soft. I live in San Diego but I was in desperate need for a facial. I have a six month old and haven't had a moment to take care of my skin so when I got to Washington, DC to visit family, I knew I had to make an appointment with PARLASER. I l heard amazing things about them and they had their Labor Day specials and $175 for a facial was a deal I could not pass up. After Tati was done, my skin was instantly glowing and so smooth. At first I thought it was because of the moisturizer and the extractions. That night I washed my face with their recommend iS Clinical warning honey cleanser and my skin was still glowing. It was no longer due to their moisturizer, it was because of the machine used on my face. Again, four days later and I still see the glow and my nose still feels smooth. I felt like I looked sick before, my skin just looked dirty.
