It was easy to order via the website, step one in a great customer experience. I had been price checking this item and was mad to find other websites requiring the customer to go through the rigamarole of emailing for a quote -- PrintGlobe thankfully didn't do this. It had templates on the site for submitting items you design yourself. These were easy to follow. And after I ordered, I was sent a proof to approve. The price was the best I could find, and I got the items in two weeks. I will definitely post pics once I give out these fun items!

Terrible customer service- would have been a 5-star review had they not jacked up the price of an…read moreorder by over a thousand dollars- AFTER providing an invoice. The mistake was on their end, and was not even a charge for materials, it was a set-up fee, for a product that was already set up from a previous order. Tried to work my way up to someone reasonable- but was told by an unprofessional sales manager that she was the top of the chain as she spoke for the CEO. I did reach out to the CEO to let him know this, and there was no response, and my order was canceled with a "sorry we could not help you" message from my account manager. They could have helped by standing behind their quote. NO ONE is going to pay over a thousand dollars more than quoted- especially when it was an error on YOUR part.

Great service and great sturdy, clean, reuseable boxes. Really appreciate the home delivery!

Fasclampitt. Fasclampitt. Fasclampitt…read more I think I love this place mostly for it's name. I want to adopt a pet and name it Fasclampitt just so I can say it all the time. Or I want to become a bird trainer so I can make parrots and african grays mimick the sound of this fantastic word. OK enough about the darn name. The folks that work here are just darn nice. Last time I was in here they only sold the paper I needed for laser printers but they are so helpful and honest if they don't know the answer to your question. Think all shapes and sizes of paper (not really shapes, they pretty much stick to the rectangle but lots of bulk paper). Long story short after several attempts trying paper- they let me return it even though I had used a few sheets to test it. Their prices are great and they have good ole Texas sized customer service. Soo... back to the name... I asked them where it came from (because I'm a curious girl and all). They kind of collectively scratched their heads and then we all decided it was a play on the words "Fast Clamp It!" That's what you do with lots of paper- you clamp it together, right? Oh well. We all had a good ole hillbilly/blonde moment.

I put the pics against an etching board as the matte finish felt better on the board and the pics adhered a little better. Technically you're not supposed to use etching board outside etching, however, it is a crafters that many people use this for photos.
