I would give 0 stars if I could despite not placing an order here. I went here last Wednesday asked what the specials were and decided to look through my emails for one of the coupons sent to me by Papa Murphys and that's when one of the employees because he thought I was taking too much time (the overweight tall guy with no hair) starts acting like a complete idiot. He ends up threatening to "kick my ass" and saying he would "clock out and go to the parking lot with me". The individual working the cash register was rude and obnoxious to the point of verbally abusive. Based on other reviews I'm not the first to deal with the man. I went there to pick up a pizza with my 3 year old and she needed to use the restroom very badly and they wouldn't let her use the "private employee restroom" which I can understand if it were behind the counter but it's literally down the hallway and I could see nobody was using it. Terrible customer service. Apparently they have had a change with their Mini Murphy orders. I have always been able to get a small cup of sausage with a cheese mini murphy order for my son who does not like pepperoni. Just got a cup less than a month ago from this same place. Now told, I cannot get a cup of sausage. When I questioned the employee that I was talking too as if they had a change in their policy on this request, the manager on duty has to shout across the room about how mini Murphy's only come in cheese or pepperoni like I am a two year old who cannot comprehend. Customer service at the Oak Creek location is unbelievable. I wanted a calzone, was told they don't make them - that Papa Murphy's has never had calzones. They're on the website to order online, and I've gotten them at other area locations. Got told that even if I ordered one online, they would cancel my order because "we don't have calzones." I told them maybe I should just talk to corporate, because it's clear that corporate isn't communicating to the stores what they should have available. And I said it nicely, although I know I was not happy about it - but that certainly isn't an employee's fault and I wasn't upset with them. That was all I said, and before I knew it, the two teenage boys working there became nasty, snarky, unprofessional, condescending, and rude - and had a real attitude toward me. Just kept attacking me like I was an idiot and knew nothing. Like a gang war against me with personal attacks. At one point got told "You don't tell us what we make!" No wonder, at 1:15pm on a Saturday the parking lot was empty. Actually, it's no wonder - I found out why the parking lot is empty on a Saturday at lunch time! read more

this place is supposed to be open and third till 7 o'clock. I got here at 6:30 and was told they are no longer serving people unless you ordered it online. then I asked to speak to the manager, and some young kids told me he was the manager and owner! I laughed at him and told him he wasn't the owner cause some guy when I was in here two weeks ago told me he was the owner. Then this young guy proceeded to laugh at me hysterically and fell on the floor, laughing at me! I asked what the managers name was and everybody said they couldn't tell me they didn't know even the guy who said he was. The manager wouldn't come out to tell me anything. VERY IMPORTANT !!!! worst experience i have ever came across for a job i got hired on to. went through my paperwork process and started my first day just over a month ago. first walking into the building to start my first day training , I opened the store with no management around and only just an employee(which i believe is not allowed) and most places require management to be present at the store locations when opening the store. after a few hours are going by i see very sweet customers entering the building to order their meals/pizzas , when being approached by a employer the customers attitudes would always change as if they were frustrated and upset (which i understand) due to the other employees not giving enough respect and help to the customers. at one given point a customer walked in while only me and one other employee were there , as the customer approaches the front end to order my coworker at the time looked at me rolled his eyes and walked slowly to the customer and simply said " what do you want" as if he did not want to willingly help the nice customer. at that given time i was feeling unpleasant with the environment . my other big concern to that location (which may also be found at other papa Murphy locations) is the cleanliness to the stores. as making pizzas in the back and the meals they serve we were NOT required to use gloves . but at the front while putting a cold pizza together we would put gloves on to put the toppings on the dough. as seeing employees making dough and setting up food in the back i did not witness persistent hand washing after touching different food choices, and other objects for food making. with all that going on and the unpleasant feeling i had , i decided it was not an environment i want to work in. they only scheduled me 3 days out the week for 6-8 hour shifts when i asked for full time and I gave any day availability. now I'm sitting here over a month later speaking day after day with new managers at that location about my paycheck from that day that they are refusing to give me. also they have no corporate number and the only email for them i could find I'm not receiving a response to my issue about being paid . I'm being told multiple times i was paid for my time their , yet in my bank there is no deposit from this company or these people. I've tried to keep my patience with these people and this company BUT THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN !!!! I'm very disappointed in the food industry and this company has made me realize i do not trust fast food workers , their cleanliness and their respect. read more

Papa Murphy pizza and the staff at this location are great. You can customize the pizza the way you want it. Yeah I know you can do that anywhere, but to me it seems to taste better. For those who did not know the pizza is not cooked, so dont run in thinking your going to get a cooked product. I don't mind getting off work picking my pizza, and throwing it in the oven. You go in and out. Staff is very friendly, place is clean and small. Nice to bake the pizza at home so you can get other things done and get it right from the oven. We did order a big pizza, the crust was thin just how I like it and it had lots of toppings. The price was kind of fair not too pricey but just a little bit. I don't know if its their sauce but it didn't have much flavor for a fairly packed/ busy pizza. read more
