The prime rib was huge and too lean for me because I like a little more fat/flavor in my prime rib. The crust was pretty tame flavor wise probably to appeal to a wider audience. The prime rib was tender and juicy with the au jus being bland but no problem because the only thing I likes on red meat is salt for a good seasoning. Yes this nailed the crave for prime rib totally. Overall the prime rib dinner is pretty solid and very reasonably priced compared the the Milwaukee area known good prime rib restaurants. This is going to be my lunch time go to prime rib restaurant for sure.
