The food here is amazing! I highly recommend "The Spotted Cow" it is so damn good! The atmosphere was amazing, the waitress was really nice. It's very good quality food and very delicious if you're ok with a small wait but it's honestly worth it

Cruise on in to this small Waterford bistro for an elegant, simple, and warm experience. Yes, you'll recognize every item on The Cruise's menu, however they put their own spin and presentation on every, single, dish. Their kitchen expo needs a raise! Bravo! The pork belly fries were both intriguing and satisfying. LOVED both the chocolate deserts and drizzles that adorned them. Service was exceptional (large group) and the owner checked on us a FEW times to make sure that we were satisfied. The Cruise checked every box and hosted the perfect boys night out.

Yum. 10/10 food and very pleasant and enjoyable service. Havent been here before, and it was about a 2 hour drive but worth it.

Friendly, attentive service. Fantastic, creative food. Unexpected items that taste delicious. I dined in alone, but grabbed take out as well. Beef mole bowl was amazing, the wontons are a nice alternative and add much more than tortilla chips. A must try. To go, ordered the strawberry avacodo burger (again, a nice change from tomatoes) and the poutine style fries with beef ribs and bacon..unreal. This place deserves multiple tries for sure! Not important to me, but decor and design wasn't much in the main room, very plain, which was odd...the side rooms look very nice.

Why not go here for Friday fish fry. It is within walking distance from my moms place. A little expensive at $15 and the sides come in a prepared containers, so unprofessional. The fish was good but I was not impressed with the premade sides in to-go containers. I can get all you can eat for this price with my sides fresh on the plate. The have live music on some nights, which is really cool. The owner is not very friendly but the ambiance is really cool.

I have to say when I drove into the middle of no where I was skeptical. Also the outside of the building is very plain. However you walk in and there is a very long bar and seating. The setup is more for a bar feel, so I decided to sit there. I ordered the pork belly appetizer. I have never heard of pork belly, mozzarella, and blue berries in one dish. And I have to say it actually all worked together very well. I tried different combination on the plate and all worked. The pork belly was cooked perfect as well. Then for a main dish I tried the duck leg. The duck was perfect I would have loved a crunchy outside but not an easy task when it is confit. It was toped with candied orange peel and it was outstanding. Even the mash potatoes were great. The green beans were the only thing I can say I wasn't impressed with. They were very small and but they did have a great flavor. All in all it is a must try. Plus they change the menu each season.

They have multiple large TV's strategy placed so if you want to watch a game it's great for that. They have both high-top and regular height tables with the major regular height. We tried the Pot roast dinner, Mushroom Swiss burger, and the chicken dumplings soup. The soup had excellent flavor and was homemade. Only wish it had more dumplings. The Pot roast dinner came with three large, thick pieces of beef, mashed potatoes, gravy, and carrots. Everything was very good and something that I would order again. One part of burger patty was a little over done but the rest was much better. Ordered medium and it was more medium well but still very tasty and delicious. Our server was amazing and took great care of us. Also got to meet Mike, assistant GM, and really enjoyed talking with him. They have a large parking lot and I believe you can also pull up in your boat. Only recommendation I would have for them is the handicapped parking spaces are on the west side of the entrance and the handicapped ramp is on the east side of the entrance. Would be nice if they were on the same side of the entrance. Highly recommend Doc's on the Fox!

The place is divy and dated looking with a bar and restaurant with two small dining rooms. Service was a little slow because the place was packed and they are clearly under staffed with one bartender and one server for a Saturday at 1ish. The menu says that the prime rib is market value so I didn't know what to expect but the sandwich starts at $18 which was a monster sandwich and the table next to me couldn't stop talking about it for a few minutes, that table had 4 obnoxious young men practically disturbing the whole restaurant which is my one real complaint and obviously locals because the staff didn't do anything. The king cut is $34 which is huge and a great value when you consider that they start you with a loaf of bread and butter which I declined because my plate would be more than I can eat. I had one issue with my whiskey old fashioned sour, no garnish which I brought up to my server and he promptly got me a new one and comped me my drink because it was so out of the norm. I ordered the king cut prime rib that comes with a vegetable medley and I upgraded to the twice baked potato. My plate looked great with probably the biggest slab of prime rib I have ever had. The vegetable medley was average with some vegetables mushy and some with some crunch left in them. The twice bakes potato I didn't care for at all because flavor was odd and too much baked potato was left in the shell. The twice baked portion was a rough mash so the whole twice baked potato had the similar texture to a regular baked potato which I didn't care for at all, not the pillow soft mashed that I'm used to. The prime rib was huge and too lean for me because I like a little more fat/flavor in my prime rib. The crust was pretty tame flavor wise probably to appeal to a wider audience. The prime rib was tender and juicy with the au jus being bland but no problem because the only thing I likes on red meat is salt for a good seasoning. Yes this nailed the crave for prime rib totally. Overall the prime rib dinner is pretty solid and very reasonably priced compared the the Milwaukee area known good prime rib restaurants. This is going to be my lunch time go to prime rib restaurant for sure.
