3 of us for dinner, 2 ordered the 4 pc chicken dinner w/mashed potatoes and gravy and vege....1 ordered lasagna with a cup of steak and potato soup. 1 chicken dinner came out, 7 min later the lasagna came out and another 4 min for 2nd chicken dinner. Waitress says, sorry for the wait but I couldn't find the cook, he was outside because he was hot. Yes....she did......had to ask for the cup of soup, mashed potatoes were cold, gravy warm at best. Chicken leg had to be ripped from the bone, was rubbery, dry and very tough. Lasagna was "good", soup had no flavor so I cancelled the fact that I had one to go, which also didn't come off of the bill. Both chicken dinners were left barely touched. Still tipped waitress decently, but will not return. I went home and ate my own leftovers. read more

My favorite pizza in town! Absolutely love all their food here, but the pizzas are just top notch. Thinner crust and they always cook it perfectly. I came bowling next door and ordered a pizza from Bruno's. The pizza was pretty good for a night of bowling. It's thin crust and the cheese is really good. I came a second time to pick up tiramisu for my husband since it's his favorite especially when we go to Italy. I am however very disappointed in the "tiramisu." It is not authentic whatsoever, so many corners were cut that the identity of this dessert is actually a vanilla cake slice with lackluster espresso grinds on top. I would not even call it a "tiramisu inspired cake" because there is no respect towards the indigenous tiramisu that is deeply cherished by the culture. I love travelling to Italy and am incredibly disappointed in this false identity cake. I was not expecting a perfect tiramisu, but there is no respect here towards the culture and it's very off putting and won't be coming back for the pizza because I'm so disappointed in the dessert. read more

Got to taste Bruno's catering at a friends birthday party this weekend. I was pleasantly surprised. Pulled pork was delicious, as were the broccoli salad and taco bar. Didn't taste the beans or pasta salad so can't comment on those. Set up was timely and presented in an appealing fashion. read more

Apparently, this is the place to go for pizza, but I certainly wouldn't recommend it for other food. The service was extremely slow and the food was not editable. Barly soup was cold and had no barley. The vegetables appeared old. Big chunks of gross broccoli, some carrots, a few peas and whatever else that was left in the kitchen. The soup meat was hard. The rib sandwich was full of gristle. The side salad appeared to be poured out of a coleslaw bag. The chicken sandwich was just a flat piece of meat with no seasoning. My fish fry was the worst I've had with limp fish and soggy breading. Again, barley warm. The kid's spaghetti had little sauce and again luke warm. The guests at the table across from us sent all their food back and a woman who was apparently the manager came out and apologized. They left without eating. We will definitely not return. read more

We took our grandchildren here on a Friday night for pizza. The pizza was hot, crispy crust, and delicious! My grandson had the fish fry and said it was delicious, too. Our server was very nice, conscientious and friendly. if I had to knock a point off a star, the decor was more "family restaurant" than "pizza pub." But, the food and service were both great, and a good value to boot. Definitely worth a visit or carry-out. read more

A family member recommended the Italian beefs, so we gave'er a go... one of the worst beefs my Fiance and I have ever had. Neither of us could even finish it, was super fatty and had no flav. Probs would rate the beef at a negative 3. HOWEVER, on the plus side the pizza was BOMB.COM, one of the best pizzas I've ever had! I ate there with 3 other people and we all thought the food was pretty good. We ate off the lunch menu, I had the pizza sandwich, one had a salad, and the others had Italian beef sandwiches. It's a bummer that the pastas were only available for dinner. The Italian beef and pizza sandwich with out drinks came to $15. Also, it's connected to a bowling alley, like, you have to go thru the bowling alley to get to the restrooms. Don't let that deter you, it's a nice restaurant and the bowling alley was nice. read more

The food was absolutely terrible. I saw the kitchen staff grab frozen pre made dough out of the freezer for the pizza. I was disgusted that the pizza tasted like straight cardboard and I thought it would be FRESH... guess not. That's just Gross!! The service was okay...but slow. 10/10 would NOT recommend going!! This place is not known for its food or service but it's known only because they are by the bowling alley and is the only place to eat while bowling. So expensive and weird service because it's on the bar but we got a pizza which you can't mess up and it was ok. read more

Food is pretty average. The waitress that I had was a bit bitter to me, but other wise solid consistent food every time I have been there.

Used to be good. We recommend to friends in Milwaukee. The past two times we ordered takeout, the fish was more like fish sticks and dry. We tried again last week, same thing. Really sad as we thought we found a local gem but just disappointed. Guess we will travel back to Milwaukee. Wish the Waterford restaurants would have some quality consistently. read more

Hm. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Party in the adjacent room, with plenty of people milling around. We arrived around 7pm, waited to be seated, only to wait for an hour to get our food. I don't know if the chef wasn't in, or wasn't interested in serving us - whatever. There were other people in the restaurant being served before we were. We got our food and it was COLD and disgusting. The service was so terrible, I would never even recommend this restaurant, much less go there again. Stay away! read more

The only good thing from here was the French onion soup. I ordered nachos without meat since I'm a vegetarian and they came out with only meat and the waitress tells me the meat was beans! Also the Caesar salad had so much bacon I couldn't pick off I had to send back to kitchen. Spinach and artichoke dip was cold. We were the only ones there and they still messed up our order bad. My husband and I have eaten at Bruno's several times and have found the food always fantastic! The 6 months before St. Patrick's Day menu was also fantastic, I had the Reuben Quesadillas and my husband had the Reuben Roll, it was served pipping hot and had a great flavor. We ended taking 1/2 home because the servings were huge. The wait staff is always friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and very cozy. You can tell that everything from the soup to dessert is homemade, and not frozen. Bruno's is one of our go to restaurants. read more

My family and I eat at Bruno's quite regularly and the food and service are always great. Excellent pizza, homemade soups and a great Italian beef sandwich are a few of my favorites. We took my mom here for mother's day, the brunch was fantastic! The selection was huge, the food hot and fresh, desserts amazing. The waitress made my mom feel special, giving her a rose and glass of champagne. Though it was self serve our waitress refilled our drinks and cleared dishes in a very timely manner. Pretty good. We have only gotten the lasagne which is very good. Always served hot. We took home two pieces of "pineapple fluff" cheesecake tonight and after two bites threw it out. Got ignored by the bartender/server when picking up my to go order. Not busy, but waited on everyone around me, going back to serve others twice. After 15 minutes I returned to the restaurant side (they sent me to the bar area) to get my food. They told me they would take care of it. Food was cold! I checked it in front of the bartender.
