Easy to use and love how easy it is to order half pizza toppings and the other half as my husband and I like different toppings. The pan crust is still a little thin for my liking. Tried the stuffed pizza tonight and the crust was soft and like 5x the thickness of the pan- almost too thick. Next time will try the cheese stuffed crust. Store is always clean. Do not use the app! I ordered 5 pizzas, 4 salads and 2 sodas on the app. I waited until pick up time and entered store. They were working in one of my pizzas and asked my name and said they were just finishing up. While I was in store waiting four new customers walked in ordered their pizzas and left with them. I asked why they weren't working on my order and they said it's papa murphy's policy to help walk in customers before online orders even though I was physically in the store before them and it had been an hour since I placed the order. I asked for a refund since I wasn't going to get my order unless people stopped walking in. They said they could write the manager a note but they couldn't give me a refund or my order. That is a terrible policy and all three employees working said that is for sure the policy. So if you want to get pizza do not use the app. I'm so disappointed that I spent so much time ordering, driving to and from the store all while having a party at my house and had to come home and order from a pizza delivery place in order to get pizza. read more

When I passed by this location I was estactic! Since the one on east washington closed near me I said self we are stopping here on the way back home. I did and the look on the unenthused young man with dreads was a turn off since I greated him with a smile and very friendly approach. Then as I watched him measure a lower amount of cheese as required but then slung it over the pizza as he turned his head to read the wall of instructions I was saddened & tried to get him to correct his mistake all he could do was look at as if I was speaking something he could not understand. I did spend a lot of money that day. I'm glad I didn't leave a tip as I was going to after I was serviced but then the clincher came. I am handicapped and walked with a cane & a boot on 1 foot no one got the door for me or even offered assistance to help me get to the car with my multi purchases. If and when I return handicapable let's see if service warrants a tip? It should get a smile at least in return. It cost you nothing. read more

I usually give multiple chances before leaving a food review. I have been disappointed the two times prior at this Papa Murphy's location, as my pizzas were never made correctly, and a lack of professionalism among some of the staff. However, this time I carried low expectations through the door with me, and upon arriving home I was mind-blown with how amazing my pizzas looked and tasted!!!!! I also want to thank the two staff I saw working last night. The lady who handed me my pizzas and salads was so kind and kept in conversation with me, and the gentleman in the back prepping the toppings and the dough seemed to be in high spirits. read more

I stopped by tonight needing a quick pizza fix. They had a special and-best of all-they had it already prepared for takeout. Better of all (it's a thing) I had signed up for their text club and was offered a free cookie dough with purchase. They gave me a choice between the dough, a s'more pizza, or cheesesticks. I probably legitimately come to this location once a week. The staff are always welcoming and efficient, and the pizza is of the quality that you would expect at Papa Murphy's. The main issue with this location is: PARKING. If you are coming during congested traffic hours, it is difficult to get in and out of the parking lot, and there are people driving in the parking lot in many directions. read more

THREE STARS ? Yes based on the service. The staff was less than smiling, happy and welcoming, the pizza I ordered to take home was wrapped in simple plastic wrap. I am torn! I do like the taste of their pizza and the price. A very good value and it is eaten hot and fresh out of my oven. I fed an army of teenage boys with the family size 5 meat stuff crust pizza. I They raved about my culinary talent and I thought it was quite tasty My complaint with this visit (and loss of two stars) comes in the on-line ordering. I ordered on-line and was offered a 25% off coupon for the order. I tried to enter the code and was rejected repeatedly. I sent a note with the order requesting the discount when I picked up the pizza(s). The web site states that the credit card is NOT charged until you present the card at pizza pickup, so I figured I was safe to get the sizable discount. When I picked up the pizzas I was told the discount was impossible as the card was charged at time of order. Credit card mischief by the company! A pet peeve of mine. The manager did offer a "free side" to ease the pain but I was told the fault was mine for not entering the code correctly. Really? Three attempts? Good thing the pizza was delicious.... read more

My gut reaction is that "take n'bake" is a somewhat silly concept. Either order pizza or make your own! Why do we need this hybrid method unless we are trying to fool guests into thinking we've gone through the trouble to make pizza from scratch when we've actually just paid Papa Murphy's $12 to do it for us? Concept concerns aside, however, the Papa Murphy's veggie 'za wasn't bad. Definitely better than your average frozen pie from the grocery store. We got the veggie special with regular tomato sauce instead of the creamy garlic sauce they offer. It had so many veggies, it was kind of like a garden in my mouth. The sauce could have used a bit of basil or some more interesting spices to bump up the taste of the pizza overall, though. I would probably rather have this than Donato's or Hot Box and definitely more than a Tombstone from the freezer aisle. Would I rather have it than 'Za or Bazbeaux? No. read more

Skip the breadsticks (bland) and salads (looks like typical bagged lettuce) and create your own side dishes. I really like the "deLite" pizzas (ugh, that spelling) but everything I've had is good. These pizzas are basically foolproof. Parking at this location can be a bit of a pain, as traffic is quite heavy in both directions on 62nd. I like the idea of take home & bake it yourself. This concept gives you the convenience of eating it when you want to. I like the fact that you can tell them to add more of the toppings that you already paid for w/ot the side eyes or the request to spend more money. If you don't have any coupons they always keep extra here. Each time I come here, they are always friendly & ready to assist me. My favorite pizza to order is the spinach, bacon & red onion pizza, on a thin crust with half garlic/pizza sauce. For my children they like the stuffed pepperoni, which I can only eat once slice of, because it's so filling. When I came this last time, I ordered a pizza for my bff to take home to her family. She called me after she got home & said that she only seen the pizza for 3 minutes after she took it out of the oven. That just goes to show how fast her daughters ate it! lol! I lead such a highly active lifestyle & despite the fact I still cook every night, my children are very picky when it comes to eating & would rather have my home cooked meals even over fast foods, believe it or not. On the days when I'm trying to cut back on consuming foods that raise my LDLs, Papa Murphy's pizza wins over any other pizza maker in the city. The dough has a perfect amount of chew and flavor, the take-and-bake concept let's me make it when I want to, the online ordering makes it convenient on those busy hockey nights, and you get a lot for your money. Don't judge me. Yes, I am giving this place 5-Stars and yes they deserve it. First, they always have a deal somewhere so it's cheap every time. Second, it makes for some of the the BEST leftover pizza EVER. Third, you make it at home so it's as fresh as you can get. Whatever special baking time secrets you have, you can do it with this pizza. I spice mine up at home to make it even better. Someone wrote to skip the breadsticks. Don't kid yourself, buy them too. Heat them up before the pizza, dip it in Queso and sprinkle an uncomfortable amount of red pepper flakes on everything. You're welcome. It will leave you just hungry enough for a few slices then reheat the rest the next day for a truly enlightening experience. Order it online and just walk in and out. Forget to do that? It takes SECONDS to make your pizza in front of you so no worries. They are fast and helpful. Out of breadsticks? They will make a new one JUST FOR YOU, so treat yo' self and splurge the pennies for some really good pizza. I go Pan but have love for the original crust as well. I even like the Gluten-Free pizza crust, though I wouldn't buy it on my own. I'm pretty sure the staff here knows my face by now. I like to think I've earned that "regular" status and maybe they add a little more topping cheese on top. I prefer to go to the Nora location for better service or I will choose a different company that does not have a franchisee that is a control freak. The people are nice enough, but this particular franchisee has too many rules for the employees to provide good service. Example: I like barbeque pizza, but I do not like chicken. Papa Murphy's sells a barbeque chicken pizza. Any other Papa Murphy's location except this one will let you substitute toppings. I asked about it and I was told by the employee that it was the owner's decision. The franchisee needs to understand that people have different tastes. Who cares if a customer wants to substitute chicken with pepperoni? This can't make a difference to the bottom line. The "my way or the highway" attitude has caused me to hit the highway and go to the Nora location where making customers happy is more important. If I don't feel like driving, I'll go to any one of the other 20 or so pizza places in the immediate area. Sometimes, I want to pick something up while I am out, but I do not necessarily want to eat as soon as I get home. Take and bake fills that niche. The prices are almost the same as a cooked pizza, so you do not really save anything and it probably costs more by the time you figure in that it is your electricity and time cooking the pizza.
