They had a nice selection of draft beers for a pizza place. There were about 12 different drafts and they weren't your typical selections. However, they need to pay more attention to the execution of their salads! I ordered a strawberry/spinach salad and unfortunately a portion of the spinach was quite wilted. I mentioned this to our server and showed him the pile of sad greens. His response was "it's hard to keep fresh." Did not offer a discount or replacement. This is the 2nd or 3rd time that I've run into issues with their salads. C'mon Crafter's, pay the same attention to your salads as you do your pizza! At a cost of $13.99, with no proteins in the salad, this usually happy customer was disappointed.

It looked like she was the only server on shift for the whole time we were there, meaning she was running throughout not only her section inside, but going outside as well! Despite being so busy, she made sure to check in on us multiple times. Our garlic bread was cheesy and tasty, although we wished it was a little more garlicky! My salad was very refreshing and quite large for a small portion. My husband loved his turkey sub as well! My husband enjoyed his pizza flavor wise, but he prefers thicker crusts. However for me, the crust was PERFECT! I love a thinner, greasy crust. NY style, CA style, and similar are my favorite. These pizzas are great for that! The only problem we ran into was the toppings. The kitchen accidentally messed up on my pizza and put a different topping than what I ordered. When Grace quickly had them remade it, the second pizza had the correct topping.... But was now missing a topping that was originally on the first pizza! It honestly didn't matter at that point, because the pizza was absolutely delicious. The cheese was stretchy, greasy, and gooey. The sauce was pleasant , and again I love a thin crispy crust! The management was kind enough to take off my pizza from our bill as an apology for the topping fiasco, without any complaint from us urging it. I would definitely love to have their pizza again!

Food and service have been on point and everyone leaves with happy bellies as well as yummy leftovers. On our most recent visit, Cole took great care of us. The only 'nit' was that all of our ordered items were delivered to our table in a cascade fashion, not all at once. Being raised as respectable Midwesterners, no one begins eating until everyone has been served, so having items delivered at different times wasn't ideal. Not a huge deterrent, but something we'll need to keep in mind, expectation-wise. This is definitely a great casual place to dine if your party requires vegan as well as non-vegan options!

Finally about 10 to 15 minutes after my pizza should have been done, I decided to walk inside. Sure enough, there was one pizza box sitting on the rack all by itself. Someone walked over from the bar area to help me. The guy behind the pizza station didn't even make eye contact with me. I asked if the pizza on the rack was mine, and OF COURSE IT WAS! The only pizza in the building, and nobody bothered to check to see if it was a curbside valet order while a car was parked in the curbside valet area. My pizza had been sitting there getting cold.
