It's hurts me to say this, but I'm done with this Marcos pizza place. I have given this location several opportunities to excel. A few times the pizza is really good, but most of the times it's not, or it takes way too long to make it. We were dining in at this location and it took one hour to make a large pizza. It must depend on who's working, or if management is paying attention, because when it done correctly (which is rare) it's really good food. So from now on I'm going to Taco Bell where the food is always good and served quickly. read more

This was a very good pizza place in the past but just got a medium thin crust that came cold with rotten pineapples and cold sausage. Will not be going here any more. Will drive farther to get better pizza. read more

Met the new GM today, very friendly lady & also pretty funny. Had an issue with the app not showing my order & when I went in to ask about it she checked & said well I just put it in the oven. She also mentioned they were updating the app so that's probably why I was having trouble tracking my order. I hope she sticks around, if so this will be my go to pizza stop. read more

Overall great pizza from Marco's! The food was made on time and the flavor was great. One thing I was slightly disappointed about was that I had ordered a flavored crust and they did not make it this way. I did not find out until I got home. **this was a delivery order** Speed: The order arrived quickly. The driver came down the street like he was driving for NASCAR. It's probably not a good idea in a residential subdivision. That's why I took away the star. There are a lot of kids that play here on the street. Temperature: The order arrived hot and fresh Quality: The pizza and wings are always some of the best quality for chain pizza places. This franchise did not disappoint. Atmosphere: The atmosphere eating with my niece at the table was awesome. Definitely made a memory or 2. Overall experience: Our experience was good. We ordered our pizza via the Marcos website this evening. The pizzas were ready about 20 minutes later. We paid for the food online which made the pick up efficient for us. The pizza is a little greasy for my taste and the portions sizes are smaller than many of the their competitors. You also pay a little more than you would at other Pizza restaurants and I am not sure why. read more

This Marco's just opened in a strip mall about a mile from home, and I thought I'd give it a try, even though I kind of knew how things would go. The restaurant itself is actually very nice inside, although I got carry-out. From the moment I walked in, I knew that I was going to have to do most of the thinking for the staff. It was about 9:30pm, and no one else was inside the restaurant at that hour. As soon as I walked through the door, a young lady pointed to a lone pizza sitting in the pickup area and asked me, "Is this yours?". I'm not sure where to even start with that one: A) How am I supposed to know?!?!? B) You're the one behind the counter, not me. How about asking my name and then looking at the ticket on the box. C) Seriously?!? In terms of quality, it was what you'd expect. A step above Tombstone frozen pizza, but that's about it. The pizza was very sauce-heavy, with about a pound of corn meal on the bottom of the crust. So anyway, my visit was a little disappointing. read more

I used to love Marco's Pizza. I would order from there 3 to 4 times a month. Since I've lived in Bedford, indiana. I've been very disappointed. Hours late orders, cold food, wrong food, called and no one answers. This has changed my opinion of Marco's and their employees. I won't be ordering from there anymore... this has been going on for at least 9 months now. Totally done!!!!! Had to add one star...even though I didn't want any stars!!! read more

The old man cashier is rude and confrontational. You know how they often send you $4 off coupon when you subscribe to them. Today, I was yelled and cussed at for wanting to use it. He assumed the $4 off coupon was a birthday coupon. He said "You kept using this coupon everytime. You'll be 100 years old by now." He was wrong. On your birthday, you receive a small pizza not $4 off. When I tried to explain it to him, he just kept yelling "You're not welcome here anymore!!" It's ridiculous. That's not how he should treat a customer. Probably just a racist. Cause he was always rude every time I picked up my order. I reported him to the corporate. He should get fired. read more

Placed an order for a medium pizza over the phone, I arrived to pick up and it wasn't what I ordered. I had my kids in the car and had other things to take care of. When I told the "manager" who was dressed like he just did some construction work, if we could have the pizza as it was made wrong I didn't have time to wait for them to make a new one. The regional manager who made sure she knew she was over the entire state came over and said we offered to make another one or discount the wrong one. Understandable. But again I didn't have time to wait. The manager and the REGIONAL manager were to busy talking over me, he had his arms folded up speaking so aggressively she said he didn't speak to you wrong but what happened. We DO NOT need this type of business in Westfield. I don't need a response because this is exactly what happened Train your employees better customer service and to clean up when they are working around food. read more

Delete the app, delete your account. Ownership is terrible and your food will either be wrong or will take hours for the morons they hire and don't lead to make. whatever you do DO NOT WORK AT MARCOS, especially this location. I worked there for a couple months before i quit. Amber is always in a bad mood and always getting mad at people for no reason. it pays $8 an hour which is extremely underpaying for the stuff you have to deal with while working there. read more

When it first opened they were a little unorganized and wait times got long but this hasn't been the case in a long time. There are always specials if you are looking to feed the family for cheap. Two in our group ordered salads, and they were happy with them. I observed two employees sitting on a bench, having a conversation while it appeared that tables needed to be bussed and cleaned. We waited a long time for our server to bring our checks, and then longer for our payments to be taken. I also had a recent experience with a carry out order where some of the items I had ordered were missing when I picked up the food, even though I had been charged for them. I was picking up an order to take to work so I didn't have time to return and pick up the items missing from the order. Crafters has a great atmosphere but improvement is needed in both food and service.
