Had no idea how long it had been since we've had Jets pizza. But thanks to Yelp I know it was over 6 years ago. I ordered on line. Large pizza with two kinds of pepperoni and sausage. And their cheese bread. I found a nice coupon doing a search online. When I walked in l, the building was well lit and there was a bench to sit and wait on if your pizza isn't done. My pizza was ready when I got there. And a friendly guy with lots of tats gave me my pizza. I did have to go next door to Kroger for Nacho cheese because I didn't see it on their list of dipping sauces. Pizza was really good. Good amount of toppings. Nice thin crust. Cheese bread was ok to me , but my husband liked it more and it was mostly for him anyway. We need to remember to order here again. read more

I think this is the best Jet's location on the north side, possibly in town IMO! Last time I tried to order from the Glendale (62nd St) location on a Saturday night because I was closer to it than Lake Circle. Online they had already closed (~9pm)? Which was strange to me, but maybe they did not have staff or were too busy. Regardless, I placed my order online at this location. My food was ready within the 20 minute estimate; when I arrived they were just finishing up my Greek salad and the friendly young man at the counter let me know it would only be another minute. While a pizza place is a pizza place, this kitchen appears cleaner than others and the employees here are always friendly and courteous. I tip them accordingly for that reason, and appreciate their commitment to quality here. read more

Decided to try something new......pleasantly surprised!!!! I ordered the Aloha BBQ Chicken Pizza, cause pineapples DO GO ON PIZZA. I was told it would be about 45 minutes which was totally ok, no worries, I'll keep binging on Hulu. The driver arrived in about 30 minutes....excellent. I didn't get his name, but he was probably one of the BEST delivery people I have had in about a year. We really liked them and the price is good! Just a little puffiness to the crust, which we thought was just right. Great amount of toppings and cooked well. The wings were ok... if you need a wing fix, this will do... but they weren't my favorite. A few of the bones were broken. Sauce was good without being too spicy for mild, but your young kids probably wouldn't be able to eat it. And they were also a bit greasy. Since they were small and not to my most favorable liking (and that's my opinion), I found them to be a little bit overpriced, too. The Salad was good! I would have liked it to be a little larger for the price and what was included on it... but i did eat it all and enjoyed it! We didn't get to interact much due to pick up ordering... so I can't much comment on the staff. But pick up went quick and smooth... once they found our order. I appreciate that they offer gluten free pizza, but it's extremely frustrating when you don't get everything in your order for the cost of everything. First delivery, we weren't given the soda we ordered. Fine, whatever, it's not that much money. Second time, we ordered a salad and it was completely incorrect: Wrong cheese, wrong dressing, no beets, added croutons (gluten free house). We have been ordering a basic thin crust sausage pizza with extra sauce and it tastes like a northern indiana style pizza that reminds us of home. They also do a deep dish style with thicker dough if thats your thing. Delivery on a Friday night was estimated at 90 mins and it took a bit less than that. Use to be my favorite Jets location but in the last year, pizza has been hit or miss. It's always extra cheesy and saucy when i didn't ask for that. That messes with the integrity of the crust and pizza as a whole. I even ask for well done and that's not always granted either. Pretty disappointing. After asking for my order a second time. as there was no end to my wait insight, a stack of pizzas that had been sitting in the warmer the whole time was handed to me. After arriving home I found out that the calzone was made incorrectly. I returned to the store to ask for a corrected calzone and a refund. After all the inconvenience, I was advised I could either have a corrected calzone or refund. Delivered cold wrong pizza. When I called to ask for the correct pizza to be delivered I was told they would credit me for that pizza. I said no I want the correct pizza delivered. They said what do you mean no? I repeated me request adding that I paid $70 dollars for two small pizzas, bread sticks, and a brownie. I should get what I ordered since it was so expensive. He said well people make mistakes. They did not offer anything more than to make and deliver the correct pizza. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Pleasantly surprised! Website ordering was great- super customizable- which I loved! Ordered the Jet 10, thin crust, cut the onions, added jalapeño. Also picked light cheese and extra sauce. The only bummer was we added the "flavorized" garlic crust- couldn't taste it at all. I figure it would've been more of an impact if we'd have something other than thin crust though! My favorite pizza place. I love a good deal and Jet's always seems to have one. Whether in those Val-pack mailings, rewards through Flocktag, or just random specials I have used it all to my advantage. I wouldn't work this hard if the pizza wasn't good, in fact, I just wouldn't even go. I always order the small deep dish sausage and cheese with turbo crust ( I love that you can flavorize the crust) and when I call in they already have my name in the system. This past time I visited I had a Flocktag reward so I got a large deep dish. When I went to pick up my order, it was messed up. There was a new person that originally took my order and didn't get it correct, but I didn't trip. The manager just made a new order and asked if I wanted to keep the pizza or they would have to toss it. I kept the pizza because I knew I had at least two friends that would eat it. I just want to start about by saying to Jet's Corporate-- Give Tim a raise. I think his name is Tim, but I'm positive it rhymes with Tim. ASK the staff who took care of the guy who's girlfriend hates olives and he'll immediately correct anything wrong that I got on his name. I'm a former general manager of multiple pizza places--I've even done consulting for a couple of unique pizza places to walk them through becoming profitable and tightening up their operations--and I can tell you (without a doubt) that the customer service I received today was the absolute best service--kind, generous, competent, understanding, and generally compelling--that I've recieved in any delivery experience I've had so far in my lifetime. This is the kind of service that I would strive to provide any and every day that I had worked in pizza; to provide this on a Saturday night (during a pandemic in which more people are ordering in than ever) was nothing short of remarkable and noteworthy. If he isnt on the track to be a GM within a year and/or a regional manager ot director within five, Jet's Pizza (as a company) is making a mistake. You can teach management and/or financial questions-- You can't teach likability, professionalism, and care for the customer as an individual. I really hope his name is Tim, because otherwise I'll feel like a jerk, but if you're unsure about who it is, reach out and just put them on the phone. I'll know the voice, and the person behind that voice genuinely deserves to be recognized for providing what was truly incredible service, above and beyond what any employer could reasonably ask an employee to do. This place is literally less than one block from my hotel. I talked to Cole who took my order said 45-60min after over and hour and 15min I called back. He said the guy was on his way with pizza. Now, it's my go-to pizza place. Some of you 30-something folks may remember that Pizza Hut was the prize for filling your Book-It pin. That was pretty epic in elementary school. I coveted their pizza for years. Needless to say, the quality had declined significantly in my lifetime. There's been nothing that compares...until now. I'm totally dedicated to the 8-sided pizza; two 4-sided pizzas with four pieces each. The crust is exactly like Pizza Hut pan-style: thick and spongy on the inside with a buttery, crispy exterior. The pepperoni is on TOP of the cheese, broiled to crispy perfection. There's no shortage of cheese on this bad boy. Really, no shortage of anything. Seasoned with a flutter of flavor to offset the greasy goodness. If you do carryout, which I always do, your pie os ready in 15 minutes. Total ninjas. And since none of us can agree on the same toppings, we go halfzies for both 4-siders. Finally, everyone's happy for five minutes. This stuff is the ultimate crowd pleaser. I spent two years living in the heart of Chicago, and consequently came to truly appreciate great pizza. When I came back to Indy, I found myself without great pizza. Sure, there's the chains like Uno's, Papa Johns, Marcos, Pizza Hut, etc., and even the "local" places like Bazbeaux, Some Guys, and Hot Box, but Jet's is really something special. Let's start with the pizza. We got a pepperoni 8-Corner (a deep dish pan pizza with a crust on each piece), an order of Jet's Turbo Stix, and an order of the Cinnamon Stix. They were all excellent. The pizza was pillowy and soft on the inside, but crunchy on the outside. The turbo stix were amazing; cheesy and garlicky and buttery. The cinnamon stix were a nice finisher. Three people got through about half of it, with plenty left over. One thing: the interior is all cooking space, so it's take out only. Thats fine, because everything comes out of the oven fresh and tastes just as good at home! If you're looking for pizza, and want to try something new and excellent, Jet's is your place. read more

Okay, so I take a prescription medication for acid indigestion as it became really unmanageable a few years ago. (I promise, this is totes relevant) Ever since I've been on the med, it's like a miracle. No more heartburn! No sore throat! The only time I get it is if I miss a couple doses. When I had Jet's, my roomie and I ordered carryout and we were both in the mood for some greasy, cheesy non-gourmet pizza. That's essentially what we got. It was decent, but nothing spectacular. I really wanted to give it three stars, but later that night, while not having missed a single dose of my med lately, I got the worst heartburn ever. That's a pretty amazing "breakthrough" (if you will) if that sauce can break through the iron wall protecting my tender guts from acid reflux. So many great reviews here...maybe my local Jet's was having an off night. Ordered a large pizza, deep dish bread sticks and a Greek salad for delivery. After waiting just over an hour, I called the location to check on the order...before I could even identify myself I got a curt "She's on her way." Sure enough, about ten minutes later the food arrived. Even though they traveled in a hot bag, the pizza and bread sticks were only nominally warm on arrival, and the pizza had that sweaty look that sets in when it's been out of the oven and in an enclosed space basking in its own humidity for too long. In addition, the marinara sauce for the bread sticks was actually *chilled*--which made for a less than pleasant dipping experience. If the driver couldn't find us, a call would have expedited things; if there was a problem with the order, a call from the store would have been appreciated. But beyond the time and temperature issues (which can happen to anybody), all of the items I ordered seemed to be made with strictly commodity grade ingredients...from the rave reviews here, I was truly expecting something more. So, though there are many Jet's fans, I am not a convert; I will go back to my neighborhood one-off pizza joint where I enjoy fantastic service and far superior ingredients all for only a marginally higher price. read more

For my money, the Jet 10 (pieces) is the best overall pizza in Indiana, period, and definitely the best deep dish around - no question. Some of you are thinking - welp, for Indiana, maybe. And you'd be right. Chicago and NY are the meccas of pie for a reason. That said, Jet's is the truth. Order a Jet 10 (essentially a large supreme), tack on some cheese bread, and you've just secured 2 very indulging meals for at least 3 people. Yummy x 3 (or 4)! I heard they had deep dish pizza and I always loved Noble Roman's deep dish as a kid. NR really pioneered the rectangular, crunchy corner delight to us backwoods Hoosier farmers. OMG, this was excellent!! and every bite was delicious and crunchy and wonderful! I didn't want it the end. The cool thing is they make a version so every piece is a corner (oh my). This was some sort of crazy good innovation of the NR Sicilian. Maybe they're from Sicily? If I had to order a pizza my first question would be "is there a Jet's nearby?"
